Casal d'Arta is a unique place. The hotel is located on a charming square. Its interior is neat, clean, beautifully decorated and cozy. Our room was perfect - again very clean and very cozy. During our stay, the weather in Majorca was quite unpredictable, it was cold and rainy. But thanks to the heating in the room, we could adjust the air temperature to our preferences. Our host Ida was very welcoming and warm, and willing to share her recommendations for visiting the island. What's also great is that we had a choice of cafes, bars and restaurants just a few minutes from the hotel. I recommend Bar Ca'n Matemales for breakfast and lovely Vermuteria by Baudot 1926 for tapas and drinks.

Ida & Carmelo was the most helpful, kind & warm host(s). We felt like they are family. The rooms appear to all be different but just as our room, lobby, restaurant, rooftop terrace, staircase, beautifully decorated. Centrally located, (churches are close by) many seemed to enjoy their very popular restaurant. We enjoyed our beautiful stay in Arte-unforgettable, THANK YOU Ida & Carmelo for a PERFECT stay!

Very cute boutique hotel with a family feel to it. Tasteful decor in the rooms, spotless bathroom. We ate at the hostesses Tapas bar on a couple of evenings- which was fabulous.

Just a heads up- the restaurant sharing the entrance has nothing to do with the property. Might be an issue if you’re worried about valuables.

Fantastic location, clean, bright and air-conditioned! It was easy to find and communicate with the owners; Ida also had great beach recommendations which I really appreciated. Local restaurants, cafes and bakeries were all fantastic and just steps away from the front door.

The front door code/lock is a bit unreliable.

Fantastic host, Ida, was very friendly and welcoming and always very helpful. The location was great in quiet part of Artà with great restaurant for bfast, lunch, dinner in the small square. The rooms were great, smallish but well equipped and with nice local views.

Not many things to jot like - no lift so if you have heavy bags it’s a bit of a struck up the stairs and the rooms were a bit small but neither were significant issues.

lovely little boutique hotel in the city of Artà, 10-15min by car from the beach. The owners are incredibly friendly and have also a restaurant (Vermuteria) nearby where they serve phenomenal tapas - probably the best ones we ever had! There is absolutely nothing to complain about and we can highly recommend staying at Casal d‘Artà!

The breakfast was excellent- we ordered individual items- coffee, orange juice, and pastries- it was delicious and the prices were very reasonable. It was nice to eat outside in the sunshine.

Everything was great- this is our favorite place that we stayed at in Spain and if we visit Arta again we would not look around but return to this hotel. The location and facilities are perfect- close to the center of town but not in the middle of it.

The best place I have ever stayed. Would recommend to anyone staying in Artà. Truly beautiful, and large rooms in the center of the city. Ms Ida was more than a wonderful host, she was a genuine beautiful person who I won't forget. 🫶🏼 I could not recommend this book place enough

Nothing not to like

The property is stunningly beautiful, very clean, perfectly located and the owners are extremely caring, lovely and helpful. They also run a tapas restaurant which was definitely a highlight on our trip.

Lack of car parking was a bit of an issue . No mini fridge for water which would have been really helpful.
