Fabulous location and historical ambience makes this one of the best hotels we had the pleasure to stay in during a two week vaca on Mallorca and Barcelona. Surrounded by a beautiful church and a huge medieval fort, we felt that we were in some kind of historical time bubble.. The owner was very helpful and accommodating, along with the staff who came up with a very tasty breakfast. There are views galore from your large well anointed room, beautiful grounds and to cap it off easy parking in a big lot steps away. Be sure and catch the sunrise, surrounding the nearby church in a breathtaking flow of early morn red. Unforgettable. Arta iis a neat town, and this hotel is one of the main reasons.

Beautiful place, peaceful. Stunning view from the room. Very comfortable large room and bathroom. The staff was fantastic, and breakfast amazing. Great value for money and location just perfect. Easy parking just next to the Palacio. Smooth check-in despite our late arrival, and overall really great service.

This is very personal. Being used to sleep in darkness, the curtains in the room let in too much light for me. The room got also very hot and the only option to cool it down is air conditioning which isn't for me, I prefer ceiling fans. But overall still an amazing experience!

We stayed at this palace for three nights, and it was quite pleasant. We only had breakfast on our last day, but I wish we had more. On the first night, we had cold water in the shower. However, we conveyed this issue to the management, and they did their best to fix it as soon as they could. I am convinced that the hotel management does their best to keep you comfortable. The palace reflects the island’s cultural heritage, and its garden is really beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by birds singing. There is a small pool that you can enjoy and a small bar where you can take your own drinks. The owners give you complete freedom to enjoy the place as you wish.

This has nothing to do with the hotel, but you need to know that the location is more than an hour away from the city center. If you are willing to drive your car almost every day, you will enjoy this property. Also, there are lots of great places to explore nearby. However, if you want to spend most of your time in the southern part of the island, it can be exhausting.

It’s very beautiful with a nice garden and pool to hang out. The room was very beautiful and I the bathroom huge.

There wasn’t staff around most of the time, and the hotel felt quite deserted. The construction outside the hotel and all over town is unfortunate and the drive there quite a puzzling challenge. Way better instructions ahead of time and clear signage would be a big plus.

The room was beautiful and very spacious. Always very clean and with fresh towels and linen very frequently. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful whenever we needed to (bathroom problems and breakfast time). The location was perfect, it’s close to the big parking lot.

The toilet was not flushing properly but the staff were very helpful anytime of the day.

Timetravel. As a customer said before: imagine if you just arrived one of your friend's early 20. century small "palace", and he just left you a key to you with the sentence "Hi guys, here you have your key to the "X" suit at the 1st floor ... we will meet at the breakfast, enjoy the stay." Its not luxury, its extraordinary, its different. Note: we only have 1 night there.

One of the parrots was really loud in the breakfast area .... they should talk with him/her about it... :D

Magical place. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay there. The hotel has a small outdoor pool but we didn't have time to try it.

The mini fridge in the room didn't cool enough. Everything else was perfect. The staff is paying a lot of attention to cleanliness, everything smells so good.

The jacuzzi wasn't working. The area is quite conjusted. However there is a free parking field near by.

The hotel is one of the most beautiful we’ve ever stayed in: Art everywhere but in a tasteful manner, unique and impecable room with superb bath, beautiful bar and a gorgeous garden.

Maybe the mattresses and pillows weren’t perfect for us, and we may have issues about the caged birds (poor things!). But this stay is a real experience!

Beautiful old building with interesting history. Fantastic honesty bar, very well stocked. Never seen so much coffee making equipment in a hotel! Perfectly situated for all local attractions and amenities.

One English family of 6 dominated the entire pool area, using all 8 seats on our arrival afternoon, and one of them was participating in a video conference with the speaker on the whole time.
