The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious, and I really enjoyed the snacks and drinks available at the snack bar. There’s a beautiful beach just a short walk along the trail—it's the perfect place for running! There were also plenty of great activities for kids. It would be even better if the gym opened earlier in the morning and stayed open later in the evening, and I felt that there weren’t quite enough workout machines. But overall, I had a truly relaxing and enjoyable time. I’ll definitely come back again next year!🥰

The location on the sea front is amazing. The food choices seem to have improved from last year. Brilliant idea this year, if you previously saw the amount of plastic single use glasses blowing about everywhere. They now operate a token system to exchange for a re-use beaker. But in some bars at some times you get normal glasses. Good luck learning those rules.

Little niggles. The public area toilets still need attention, many still have no door locks. Handrails are needed down from the pool bar. Appears to be no rush fixing the lift. Waiting for the one lift can take 10 minutes. The deep seating in the main reception area is so uncomfortable. Impossible to sit back on. Both snack bars leave food out, uncovered all day. Doesn’t seem very hygienic, but dried out sandwiches aren’t the best.

Location was amazing. Staff were very friendly. We were group of 6 and stayed across both hotels. We like the fact that facilities were shared and we could spend time together. Food was ok. Some nights really nice and some not a lot of choices but we did eat out as well as at the hotel so no problem. Indoor pool was out of use and water in outdoor pools was freezing but there is a lovely beach about 10 mins walk.

Only one lift was working which was annoying at times. Not 4 star hotel as such. No basic facilities such a kettle in the room. At the check out AI wristband was cut off and you could not use the AI anymore which is first time I’ve ever seen such a thing. Many drinks are not included in AI which is fine but we had very unpleasant experience when ordering Iced Coffee with Baileys. Ice coffee £3.50 and with alcohol £4.50. The bartender used their local Irish cream Liquor which is included in AI and was going to charge us full price £4.50 which is rip off. Maybe some people don’t mind but if you are paying extra you expect what you are paying for.

They remembered that we had visited before and put a bottle of champagne in our room as we were celebrating a birthday. The location is right near the sea so the journey from the airport is a little long but worth it for the views. There are three bars around the pool and there’s never a rush for the sun loungers. The entertainment has now moved outside which is a lot better as there’s more space for guests and sitting under the string lights at night is so nice. Perfect location for a relaxing break, facilities are really clean and the massage was amazing.

More of a selection of food options would be great and more allergy labels.

The views are just amazing. It’s exactly like how its shown in the picture.One can just sit by and admire the beauty of the place. Everything was fancy about the place. The food was almost similar every day but we always found something we can eat. The drinks in all inclusive were good.While the resort is far from airport we booked our transfer through hotel website and it worked perfectly fine.

For the first time we had to rent to use the locker. Not even deposit but renting, even the other 3 star hotels i have stayed in Europe gave complimentary use of locker. The food gets repetitive,by the end of 3 days we were just done with the food.

All round stunning location friendly staff very helpful food agood variety to suit all tastes staff always quick to help food plentiful, and drinks on tap all round excellent, entertainment was great in the evening well worth the visit would recommend for families and couples

The only downfall would need the lifts are inadequate during busy restaurant opening times

The Seaview is beautiful, offering a stunning scenery. The all-inclusive dining experience is abundant and satisfying. It's located in a quiet area, free from noise, providing a peaceful atmosphere. Shops are just a 10-minute walk away, making it convenient for any needs. The weather is perfect, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.

Slow internet.

The staff were extremely friendly, and amazing service. The facilities were great and always clean. Good spread of the buffet for breakfast and dinner. I would have enjoyed gluten-free options and do require more vegan/veggie options

People reserved the sun loungers ahead of time with towels, despite being told in the instructions not to. Something needs to be done about this. Would have loved gluten-free bread options and more vegan/vegetarian options. Wifi strength needs to be improved

Food variety. You show change breakfast (english breakfast) and if is part of Spain it should be more sea food (prawns, octopus, calamars, and local food). I was expecting to eat more local food, but we get it english food instead.

breakfast and dinner is amazing that chefs makes omelettes how u like. they approaches to dinner differently which so nice. All chefs were so friendly and other staffs including great team on the reception view was unbelievable, cleaning is great I would recommend Ali’s CALAS de Mallorca resort to everyone which is far away busy city

bathroom need to renovate a bit which is air conditioning wasn’t working in bathroom smell and heat doesn’t go for long time and I couldn’t find shampoo and washing soup overall they are all small problems but it didn’t effect my mood at the end hotel is good enough to recommend
