We really enjoyed our stay. The location is amazing and the views breathtaking. It’s really worth it paying a bit extra for the sea view room! The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast and snacks at the bar were ok - definitely not as bad as some reviewers say and I say this as someone very picky and demanding about food.

It’s visible that there used to be an old mediocre hotel before and Icon did some refurbishing and polishing up. However, some things might need refreshing - old airco, doors, etc. But overall the decor is nicely done and rooms and facilities are comfortable!

It is beautifully situated overlooking the sea. As we were walking down the stairs from the taxi when we arrived we could see the incredibly gorgeous views. It was a magical ooohhhh ahhhhh moment! Simply stunning. The staff were fantastic. Their customer service support was outstanding. Every single person was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

The quality and pricing of some of the food items can be improved. The hot food items, especially for breakfast need work. For example, bacon always undercooked and eggs either made in microwave or made from some egg substitute. Had a very strange texture and taste. Also pricing an order of French fries/chips at almost €12 needs review. These 2 things were the only blip on a fabulous stay.

The hotel is on the smaller side which makes it very calm and cozy. Even in July where you expect it to be crowded there was always a lot of space to lay by the pool or to sit in the many places at the property. The food at this hotel is exceptional, many choices for breakfast, you can order snacks and drinks at the pool and a very nice dinner. The view from this hotel is amazing and it is very close to a little bay where you can swim and lay on the beach. There are also some restaurants in a walkable distance, which is really nice. The staff is very friendly and really make your stay comfortable.

If I have to say something, the price for the drinks and snacks are a bit on the higher side compared to other places on the island. But the quality is really good and I would be really happy to come back here if I get the chance.

The view of Cala Domingo is amazing! Sea view room is totally worth it. The access to the beach and the walking trail around the sea coast is very stunning.

Facilities need improvements. The 1st room I stayed was on the “ground” floor, maybe because it was so close to the sea, the wooden furniture has some dampened smell. But after I raised it to the staff, new room was arranged ASAP on the 1st floor with sea view as well, and free Prosecco was provided by the hotel after new room was arranged. But on 2nd day, our new room’s lock could not lock, a staff came by to make it locked immediately but then it couldn’t be opened… it was eventually fixed within the day, but the whole experience of room movement, lock fixing was not much fun…

The big sell is the location overlooking the two beaches from on high. From the pool and sundeck it is quiet, a perfect place to really unwind, to read, to take dips in the pool and enjoy the bar service. In short you are paying for the view and privacy. breakfast is very good.

The dinner menu is imo over complicated and limited and did not encourage us to eat there, but if youre not looking to venture out it is fine and of good qulaity.

first of all it is great to stay in a smaller hotel good breakfast buffet and good coffee room nice and clean - space well used well decorated hotel easy access to the beach good terrace with several corners

in a high end hotel like this i would expect complementary water at any time in the rooms but it was 4 euro for a small bottle bathroom was not cleaned during our stay, but towels were replaced even though we did not put them on the floor, so far for the "green" label in general not very welcoming staff

Nice view with a great access to the beach. It’s a not too crowded beach with crystal clear water. Perfect place to have a few chill days, but also a a good location to explore Mallorca. The sundbeds at the pool are really cozy! The staff was always friendly and the room was thoroughly cleaned up every day.

Snacks at the pool are overpriced. The menu in the evening isn’t worth it. There is room for improvement in terms of taste.

As we were staying to celebrate a birthday, the hotel upgraded us to a junior suite FOC and had left a bottle of prosecco and cake waiting for us. A very nice touch! A special mention to Marga on reception who was incredibly welcoming and lovely to chat to! Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from. The views from the pool area were very pretty around sunrise/sunset.

The food on the hot counter at breakfast was very tasty but not always hot, everything seem to cool very quickly after being replenished.

Lovely setting, private access to the beach, nice pool, very friendly/attentive staff. All the amenities you could wish for including a small gym. The bar and outdoor areas have an incredible elevated view of the ocean and beyond - quiet part of this cove, away from the masses which we really enjoyed. Would come back, highly recommended.

Not much to say.

The views, the room and the hospitality were all really good. The Pool was perfect and the intimacy of the whole hotel was lovely, with the staff being all smiley, happy and willing to help when needed. The view from the Junior suite was awesome, with an amazing amount of space in the room.

The Aircon was a bit lacking during the nights, but overall nothing to complain about.
