It does not make sense to book this hotel (as well as any other hotel in Spain) through Booking.com. If you do not want to pay 5-7% more (i.e., tribute to Booking.com) just book your stay directly at the hotel’s website. In fact Booking.com never returns the difference between both prices even you provide Booking.com with sufficient justification and prove. Do not trust Booking.com’s statements regarding the prices or number of free rooms! This is pure mis-selling and cheating the client. If you realised that you have been cheated than notify your consumer protection authority and/or consumer ombudsman.

One of the best hotels I have ever visited! Totally recommended for families with the kids. It's a paradise for them. Huge number of activities on daily basis. Both, for kids and parents. Workshops, sport activities, concerts and many more. Hotel has a large territory. There are mini buses (cars) that can take you from the stop to desired place. That brings a lot of comfort! Hotel has two big swimming pools and the sea coast. All very clean. A big variety of food. Each day something new. Many local dishes. Fresh seafood and steaks. Buffet with steamed food is also available. All kinds of alcohol drinks. The rooms are being cleaned every day. If something doesn't seem ok to you, contact reception. The Team is very customer-oriented. They will do their best for your comfort. We have fully enjoyed our stay! Iberostar has won our heart!

Excellent staff, very polite and very helpful. Buffet with good quality, variety and quantity.

Room size is not good. We booked a superior Bungalow for me, my wife and our 4 years old daughter and the space was very tight.... This resort is very big and extensive (something you don't realise from the description) with over a thousand of guests, and for this they have a buggy service which is essential, but the number of the buggies is not enough....sometimes you have to wait 15 minutes because they are always full....

The beach wasn’t that clean (lots of debris on the sand), and the company running the beach wanted to charge us €60 (7 people) to use the beds, when it’a advertised at €4.30 per bed. Very unfriendly guy. It’s a shame the beach is not private. The hotel could do with a sofa area (at main hotel by reception) or somewhere for guests to sit and relax before / after dinner.

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and the rooms/hotel immaculate. Would definitely stay again if travelling with children, not sure I would stay as an adult couple as very family friendly hotel, Other than that a lovely stay and a very clean and well decorated property.

One point in which could improve but very picky is if they offered tea/coffee as part of the buffet for lunch and dinner rather than leaving restaurant to collect.

Best hotel to stay with a child! Food is 10/10, varieties of different cuisine (Mediterranean, Mexican, local Mallorca, Japanese), activities for children for whole day. Every night there are shows for whole family which was also really nice. Special cheers to stuff - reception and cleaning personnel was super friendly and quick. Definitely worth visiting more than once!

The hotel is very modern, green and clean. Food is good with extensive variety. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

It is a hotel for families therefore except small kids almost in every room and respective noise at night and around the pool. I was waken up many times as small kids were crying at night. In restaurants it is super noisy cause of kids. This is a good place for families with kids but not for couples.

Perfect hotel for a family with children and babies. All facilities well thought out. Beautiful location, good swimming pools, especially for children, beach/cove very clean and nice. Excellent food - super wide selection -breakfast, lunch, dinner, every dinner new theme, and everything’s tasty! Friendly staff, animators do really great job, there was transport between rooms and facilities passing every few minutes.

I’d say small room/toilet/bathroom. We were family of three - two adults and toddler. With two big luggages on the floor, backpacks and stroller we were pretty tight on walking space :) also, coffee… Coffee machine is closed during lunch or dinner in the main restaurant. You can get it only in the bar, but all desserts are in the restaurant :) for a person like me who loves to finish a meal with dessert and coffee that was a pity :) but in general we really enjoyed our stay and hotel exceeded our expectations!

The bungalows are spread across the property and they were very comfortable. The food was consistent and like any inclusive resort, the menu was varied to suit all tastes. The Beach was lovely and when we arrived we were given a very good impression of the resort and it delivered on its promise. The resort is off the beaten track which we welcomed. We had a car and that allowed us to explore the southeast and southern coastlines of the island.

information about things to do was not very well promoted - info about local beaches/activities etc would have been helpful but was not very obviously accessible. I would possibly have liked our bungalows to be cleaned thoroughly even once during our week - sand gets everywhere. However, I am digging deep to find things I did not like because it is an efficient operation and we had a great week.

The property is well located near a nice beach. It is very clean and very well maintained. Staff are polite and the food all day great. The restaurant has variety of things, very clean and the staff very polite. There is a small bus service with a cart car running continuously to serve rooms and the beach. The swimming pools are very nice.

The beach is not clean, had a lot of seaweed so we didn’t even swim. You have to pay a deposit for a kettle? Really? And the key of the safe and 20euro deposit per towel! There is no drinking water in the room and you have to look for a water fountain close to you. The rooms are very small and the bathroom not isolated. The kids room (star camp) is not something special at all and the kindergarten is not maintained. There is no walking path to the beach so you walk on the road and cars are traveling so be careful.
