The location was great. We had apartment with the sea view, so we could enjoyed stunning sunrises every day. Thanks to regular cleaning, we returned every day to spotless and clean apartment. I would also like to highlight that for all inclusive program we got reusable cups for drinks, which I found brilliant. Even that some people might find it bothering, from my perspective if they can carry the towel and bags full of “pool necessities”, the small cup should not be a problem. And as for me, I hate when tons of cups are thrown out after one drink. So big like for this eco-friendly behaviour of the hotel :) I shouldn’t forget to mention great animation program for adults and kids, which made our leisure time more interesting and funny.

Even that apartment has kitchen corner, it is not equipped, so I would love to have there at least basic equipment (e.g. two plates, two bowls, two mugs)

I was pretty impressed by this hotel. Everything was clean, they even put a baby cot in our room although the description states that cots are not provided. All-inclusive here means really all-in because you can only buy chips. The restaurant is open almost the whole day and the food is great. Everything was fresh and tasty. I recommend trying any paella, any grilled fish or meat. There were enough fruit and vegetables. The view from the stairs in the middle of the hotel grounds is breathtaking and also the path to the beach is longer but beautiful. It takes approximately 8 minutes of normal walking to get there. The pool was simple but nice, designed more for children, not for swimming.

There's nothing I didn't like, perhaps only the questionable performance with live animals (iguana, turtle, snake) and the subsequent photo shoot with the snake was beyond ethical for me personally. It is related to the price level of the hotel, so it is not a criticism, it is just information for potential guests. Drinks other than water, beer, and postmix are of poor quality and taste. The coffee is only instant (Nescafé Alegria) but the machine is therefore very fast. The wine was more like vinegar. As for mixed drinks, I recommend a gin tonic or sangria; mojitos and the like are mixed by machine from some prefabricated product and taste very bad.

Hotel staff and location were amazing. Special thanks to Raul and Manos they both were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The bar had a good selection of drinks. Pool aqua gym and evening bingo were our favourite 😍.

The food was very basic and tasteless, not good for value. The availability of drinking water in the room would be nice as the tap water wasn't good. The hotel was decorated with rocks, and they were very rough and sharp. Big hazard for kids, I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and witnessed 1 major accident to an adult and a few minor to kids from the rocks.

Can’t understand the people complaining about food. For the price you pay, it is more than decent. Overall, it was brilliant. It was my daughter’s first holiday and she really loved it. Clean rooms, very friendly staff, excellent pool, kids activities, etc. Would totally recommend to my friends.

If you rent a car, think twice. The hotel has like 10 parking places and it’s difficult to find parking on the streets around. I even spent one night about 40 mins driving around until I found one.

The rooms where very modern and clean. The food was very nice with loads of fresh fish. The drinks were really nice, great selection. Animation team is great! Beach is very near and crystal clear The view from the “sea view” rooms is stunning Food (even warm) is basically available from 8am-11pm, so if you have kids that need snacks, fruit, anything, there is always food

Super noisy, all day long somebody was dragging furniture? It is build on a cliff so there are tonnes of stairs to go everywhere with no way of avoiding them The pool is tiny and shallow. Effectively only for kids The curtains in the room are not blocking the light. Very hard to sleep in the morning The room is advertised as an apartment but doesn’t have even a single spoon. what are we suppose to do, bring our own spoons and plates to use the kitchen?!

Nice 3 star hotel. Near a board walk that takes you to beach in minutes. Nice beach (needsa bit maintenance). Good buffet for 3 star, needing only some adjustments. Great hotel for families, also near the small center. Large good rooms.

Being a 3 star is already a good hotel, however there are some things to bare in mind: - You need to take your pool towels (shouldn't be necessary in this type of hotel) - Lunch starts at 1pm ( with kids should be earlier) - A lot of stairs to reach the restaurant area. Ok for lunch and dinner, however for snacks should be served in the bar lounge next to the pool and with much more variaty (and healthy) - Gluten free and vegetable drink options would be nice - Only has cold water. - Since it provides a kitchet having something inside (just some mugs, plates a small pan)

Sea view was uninterrupted from the pool and some of the rooms, which was amazing. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and a good size for 2 or even 3 people

Paying for a safety deposit box seems wrong, it should be included in the price and makes the hotel look like it is trying to make money at every turn. Safety should come as a given

I absolutely loved our stay in Calas Park. This should be a 5 ***** hotel. The rooms are newly renovated and very clean. Daily cleaning is provided and rooms are spotless. We loved the entertainment- especially the aqua gym and night shows. Nice, shallow pool, lovely lounges. Never busy. We chose all inclusive option and we absolutely loved food. Lots of options and one would never walk hungry. I just wanted to share my experiences with staff there. First of all in restaurant -they were attentive and meeting all needs. Nothing is a problem. While participating in aqua gym I lost my bracelet. Silly me- I forgot to remove it. I went to speak to the lifeguard and frankly speaking I wasn’t even hoping it will be found. It’s like looking for a needle in a haystack. And to my surprise it was found 5 min after it was reported missing. The lifeguard called maintenance service who found it in swimming pool drain. I think their customer service is absolutely snot on and worth giving 5 *****. We will be back as it’s such a great value for money

Nothing really that would apply to us. The property is built on rock having lots of steps and that could possibly be a problem for those with prams or mobility issues. Internet is not the best (non existent in places) but who needs internet on holiday ?

This was our second stay at this hotel. We love the excellent value for money it offers. The food is delicious, and the head chef has curated the menu so well that every meal over our 7-day stay was varied and very tasty. The only downside is that there are few desserts, but there are plenty of fruits, which are truly sweet and ripe. What we enjoy the most is the bay, which is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The location itself is very quiet and peaceful, making it a paradise for family vacations. Things to know before booking: there are many stairs, and you will feel it in your legs. For us, this was a plus, and we specifically requested a room on the upper floors. However, this might be an issue for some. For us, it was a bonus because we got a beautiful side view of the sea from our balcony, even though we booked a room without it.

The property was absolutely amazing. The all inclusive package did not disappoint! We had booked sea view and it was stunning. Staff really friendly, amazing value for money. Great selection of drinks and a great Irish Pub nearby. Very close to a beach as well.

Food was solid but not much variety. You have to keep the same cup everyday for the pool bar. Guests had music boxes at the pool, that should not be allowed imo.
