A very stylish and comfortable hotel. Excellent breakfast, staff were fabulous and the restaurant was top notch. The leisure facilities are fantastic.

Absolutely nothing! Very good value for money. Personally I don’t think they need to allow children, it’s a very relaxing hotel and would be exceptional if it were adults only.

A beautiful hotel, the decor is dreamy and the staff are all wonderful. The bed is one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in. The breakfast has great variety, the location is wonderful. We would happily stay here again.

Excellent, stylish hotel. good staff. good location. all just was good but....

The cleanliness of the jacuzzi left much to be desired. I don't think the water inside was changed before we arrived. The mattress and pillows were wet. The ones on the other balconies were dry. It felt like it was washed before we arrived, but they just couldn't get dry because of the outside temperature. Thank you very much for the bottle of champagne. But they left 1 glass in the room. I asked for another one at the reception, but they never brought us anything.

Great location, facilities and great food. The staff are highly professional and the service is excellent.

My suite (2218) had a humming noise that came from an aircon unit, jacuzzi or generator. We could hear it being switched on and it could be heard through the walls. The team kindly tried to investigate but couldn't find the source of the noise. I slept terribly as a result, even with earplugs. The spa area is beautiful but disappointing that all of the plunge pools had only cold water.

Our stay was super pleasant, we loved our room and stay! It was our first time visiting from the states and we didnt know what to expect. We had a wonderful relaxing experience and took advantage of the complimentary pool spa/sauna. The shower and bed was our favorite, really comfortable. The staff was super helpful and kind, shoutout to Olivia and Alex. We didn't get his name, but he has red hair and a mustache, he always welcomed us to our breakfast with such great energy! It was hard not be in a great mood and enjoy our stay! I highly recommend and would come back.

The surrounding area was a little slow due to visiting during the off season.

What a great experience we had this week at the Barefoot hotel & restaurant in Portocolom, we really loved the vibe and the design is perfectly executed to the smallest details, The staff made us feel very special and did everything to make our holiday one to remember including a relaxed yoga session to start another beautiful day. Our suite with rooftop jacuzzi was really amazing and surpassed all our expectations, we loved every minute of our stay and hope we can go back soon…

Suite was wonderful! Staff were brilliant especially Victoria on Reception. Pool bar excellent but needed to be open for longer. Evening restaurant food was very imaginative and wonderful flavours< very different to anywhere else. Breakfast was ok but could have been a little more variety!Would definite ly

Very friendly and competent staff. Well done! The reception, as well as the pool/breakfast area are special places. We enjoyed our time there and were well looked after.

We used the hotel as a stopover for one night, which was a mistake in itself. As such we booked the cheapest room and the room we got was on the smallish side, which was fine for the one night, but if we should come back for a longer stay we would definitely choose another category.

Close to food outlets etc and good beaches. Hotel laid back and not too big

Only issues were that Hotel had only just opened but everything improved throughout stay. Ie Staff / Facilities

The hotel is well designed and has it's own charm, our room was upgraded to one with balcony and all the staffs are super lovely. Special shoutout to Alex at front desk and David at the breakfast area, they are both the highlight of our stay!

The toilet is our room has damp smell and we have to put some coffee pod and tea bag, also the water from the shower appears to spill out which we requested additional floor mat to resolve it.
