Everyone working in the hotel was really nice and helpful! Cleaning ladies did amazing job, our room was cleaned and towels were changed every day. Thank you so much! Location and the proximity to the beach made our stay unforgettable. We will for sure come back!

The cleanliness everywhere, the super friendly and excellent staff, the proximity to the beach, and the peace and quiet. The food was a true work of art. We had a late arrival, and they made sure we were fed.

We booked a room with a sea view, but we were given one with a pool view instead. On the day of departure, unfortunately, a late checkout was not possible. Also, once, my husband was yelled at by the receptionist when he tried to exchange beach towels, as they could only be changed once every three days.

We stayed here for the second time but this time it was even better than the first stay. We loved everything about the hotel but I have to mention that the cleanliness of every part of the hotel is fantastic and the facilities are outstanding! The staff is amazing,always helpful and super kind, especially: Szimonetta(reception)-makes the whole stay unforgettable, Aguela(kitchen)-super hardworking and Renè(pool bar)-delicious cocktails! We will return for sure!

A water kettle would be nice in every room to boil some water and the pool temperature would be more pleasant if it was 2 degrees warmer.

Wonderful hotel at the quieter end of Cala Millor. Close to the lovely sandy beach and a nature park great for morning walks. The hotel is not too big, which makes for a nice experience as it doesnt feel overcrowded. The rooms are comfy and spacious, beds super comfy (on the hard side, which is my preference). I had a room with a sea view - wonderful to watch the sun rise :). The food in the hotel is excellent great breakfast choices. I had dinner only twice in the hotel and this was also great. They have a very nice wine selection too at reasonable prices. The staff are very friendly and professional, to name few Kiara, Pilar and Marga at the front desk, Diego at the restaurant, the pool bar team and the entertainment team. It is adults only hotel for more mature guests (like myself), so very limited entertainment program (thankfully!), so ideal to rest and relax. Thank you for the great and relaxing stay, I look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended!

Some improvement points: the coffee served during bfast is of very poor quality, which is a shame as the rest of the bfast is wonderful. A better coffee machine (or barista) during bfast would be highly appreciated. It would be great to have a little kettle in the room, to be able to make a cup of coffee or tea in the early morning, while enjoying the sunrise view :).

Everything! Friendly reception with great welcome and very helpful. Quietness of the hotel. Cleanliness. Beautiful pool area. Air conditioned gym overlooking the pool area. Small spa and sauna. Snack bar with reasonable prices. Good selection of food at the breakfast buffet. Great, friendly staff. Proximity to the beach (about a 3 minute walk). Beach towels provided. Daily cleaning of room. Size of room and comfort. Evening entertainment for about an hour each time, which is perfect. It's a nice sized hotel with enough facilities for everyone so you could always get a bed by the pool, always get a table at the snack bar and buffet area. Never seemed over crowded. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for a peaceful getaway.

Oh their dinner was exceptional. The options are changed daily and there are always a bunch of great ones. Very comprehensive for anyone who has a preference of food. I especially liked those paellas, and those goulash like beef/lamb stews. The cods and chicken thighs were also cooked tenderly. I don't know which dairy product they use for the ice creams but they were so creamy and tasty. The dessert area makes me feel happy by just looking at them and of course they were tasty as well. What else - ah the grills were so yummy as well, there was a crispy pork that a staff would cut pieces for you upon requests, and that secret sauce was such a nice addition to that incredibly tasty pork. You can tell how much I liked it from how much I wrote :) Breakfast was more standard but they put little surprises like some special Spanish bakeries, and churros that you don't see a lot in the hotels in other corners of the world. The pool bar was great as well, definitely worth trying sangria and appreciate the evening entertainments. In addition the bed is somehow so comfortable, I wanted to see the sunrise in the early morning because the beach Cala Millor is facing the east, but I was not able to get up from this bed, sleeping was the sweeter choice. (But for people who are able to get up in early mornings feel free to try) The shower was nice as well, I like the design of the sliding door so when you open the door the water doesn't drop a lot on the floor.

I didn't get the idea of how the comforter was designed, was more like a blanket so I wasn't able to get used to it. Maybe an option of a standard summer comforter would have been helpful. And the hed of the bed.. there was a huge hard board and one could easily hit their back head there (and I did misearably). I hope there could be at least some cushioning materials. There was a pillow with texture, but it didn't look like what's supposed to put on clean linens. But anyways these didn't change the fact that I had very nice sleeps with the bed. Also the room didn't have an espresso machine which I consider a standard for a 4-star hotel. Maybe the purpose is to have coffees at the pool bar.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Everyone at the reception was very friendly -especially Szimonetta. We booked a room with a seaview and we it didn't disappoint us. The room was everyday super tidy ! Breakfast was amazing! The beach is just a couple minutes away. Every night there is an entertainment program/show, that was also fun! Completely positive experience! Thank you to the whole team!

Maybe the dinner could be improved. The desserts are a bit boring after a couple of days. There could be a small cosmetic set in the bathroom.

Since it is a 4 star hotel ,it would be nice to have bottled water in the rooms .

Beautiful property! Great location for what we wanted: close to/on the ocean but not in the middle of higher density pedestrian area. Nice sized pool Breakfast included was a great addition for us. Small property with inclusive aspects. Great views of blue /green ocean from our balcony.

Pool hours were very limited- closes at 7pm in the peak of summer. Sauna not available for use in summer - or not available to us. We were not the traditional guests at the this location and we felt it: we were English speaking and we were traveling with our 3 young adult children. Very limited entertainment and food options on property. 8:30 started DJ or other show. Lasted longer than it should (11pm) and was nosier than expected.

Nice, clean hotel with nice views to the sea. The closest sea shore is rocky - however, 10 mins by car, you can reach to a proper sandy beaches. Most of the staff does not speak English well, though they try their best to communicate and are definitely friendly. Food was of great variety and quality. Once they got to know about my food allergy, they prepared some desserts I could eat each day.

However, they could improve on putting signs of allergens next to the trays of food - would be very helpful - and get education on allergies as they are an issue for several people nowadays. As for the entertainment, I found it a bit weird that you have to pay for using the billiard table.
