Good location , Nice big room & bathroom. Bus stop right outside on the main road for travelling around the island. Food was excellent at evening meal & breakfast was plentiful too. Pool area was easy to get a sunbed everyday . The hotel seems to be very popular. with more mature guests , wasn’t a lot of children around which was a good thing for me. Drinks at the bar reasonably priced too .

Could be a little noisy up to 11.30pm if yr wanting an early night as rooms overlooking the pool also overlook the outside entertainment area - & A Car racetrack access the road too. Wasn’t a problem for me as I take earplugs everywhere I go !

The Santa Maria was very clean and it was in an excellent location, the staff where very friendly and very pleasant.

I had to get up at 5 o clock one morning to get a transfer back to the airport, there is a go kart place just across the road and the noise from there kept me awake until about midnight.

The location was perfect , room was spacious with balcony having a very nice view outside. Breakfast was amazinnnng. Highly recommend trying their breakfast options. Swimming pool , billard and other games were also available. beach is nearby too at 5mins walking distance

Sleeping at night was a real challenge due to noise from outside , as its a holiday spot you can expect people playing music outside. as the hotel is just surrounded by restaurants and bars. Also the toilet didnt had a lock which was dissapointing.

Really great budget hotel. I paid for single occupancy in a double room for one week during the last week of May. The price was excellent and it included breakfast. I was very impressed with the value and quality of this hotel. The pool area and bar are nice, there were enough sun loungers (not peak season yet). Staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast is really varied and tasty. The hotel is in a very good location as it's minutes away from the beach and places to eat and drink. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service, comfortable rooms,close to many restaurants and shops.Since I arrived late in the evening and I missed the dinner, there was a sandwich, fruits and water already provided in the room. The food in the restaurant is very good and there are many options for breakfast as well for dinner. The beach is very close. I fully recommend and will definitely come back...

Very clean, friendly staff , comfy beds and a good breakfast. Well organized.. Great shower.! Close to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops. I've never seen so many Spar supermarkets!

My room overlooked a go-cart circuit. Noisy from 4 pm till after midnight. The double glazing cut a lot of sound out but I like to sit on the balcony in the evening. A kettle in the room would be nice..an English TV channel would have been good too. Mostly German and Spanish stations.

Relaxing hotel with helpful , courteous, friendly staff. Nice pool area with plenty of sun beds at any time of day. Pool bar was good value for money and had nice areas to relax. Best thing about this hotel is the excellent breakfast which was plentiful,good quality and lots of choice. Never had to find a table as it is very spacious. Rooms are cleaned well , and towels changed on a daily basis by very friendly staff. Visited in July and September this year and will return!

Second room we had was a little smaller than the last one but was still comfortable.

Breakfast was very good, although it would be great if it was possible to add oats and/or muesli and a little more fresh fruit. Dinner was also very good. Great variety was provided. We loved the staff. everyone was very friendly, helpful and hard working. Air condition in the room was good and effective. The location of the hotel was great. It is right on the walking street with great shopping and dining opportunities. It is very near the beach, very near to public transportation, situated right next to a bus stop, that will take you many places you may want to go. Also, Wifi was really fast and efficient, which is not always the case at the hotels we have stayed.

The room was much smaller than what we expected from the pictures, which was a big challenge as a family of three. Also, it would have made a big difference if our room had had a small refrigerator and perhaps also a small kettle … but I don’t know, maybe that is not to be expected at a 3-star hotel.

I wanted to change rooms to have a double bed and was offered a new room straight away for no extra cost, when I changed my mind and wanted to keep my room there was no fuss from the staff, they helped with everything from bus times to recommendations and everything else, one staff member in particular, Miguel was very very helpful and was also very kind and we had multiple conversations and was just overall very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is right beside multiple big stores, a McDonald’s, a kids fun park, a big strip with lots of little shops, restaurants, pubs ect, a 5 minute walk to the beach and literally right beside the bus to palma and the bus to the airport, we got a shuttle bus to and from the airport which was completely organised by the hotel and only cost €20pp each way. The hotel room was very clean and we had an amazing view from our balcony. Overall the staff were amazing and it was a great experience. Would definitely stay again.

We went at the end of the season so the entertainment in the hotel was lacking. The bar was cash only which can be a bit difficult with us younger people only using cards. The food could have more variety and didn’t look too appealing which made us opt to eat out every night.
