We spent there 10nights and you really dont have feeling that anyone from personal is happy that you are in this hotel, they dont care..personal is just not your good friend there, but if you ask for something they will help you. Maybe twice someone greeted us with hello when we came for dinner (except reception). No music on dinner. No drinks included for dinner, you dont have even free water there. Really bad. At least water should be free for this money. Cala Millor is small Germany :-) Mattresses/beds like to split from each other, it would be good to connect beds each other.

perfect location although we were just at the beginning of the season, not sure I’d choose it if it were peak season. Really clean room and daily housekeeping. Food was very good , easily found something every evening and breakfast had everything you could ask for.

Occupancy was around 80% German so felt slightly isolated from all the conversations around the pool, dining room etc.

The property was even better than my expectations! The hotel and room was very clean, towels were changed everyday, the breakfast was really tasty and there were many options. The location couldn’t be better! It’s close to many shops and restaurants, and 3 minutes from the beach of Cala millor which is one of the best I’ve visited! It was always possible to find a parking spot in the nearby streets even in July Even if it’s in a touristic area, there was not much noise from the pubs and locals nearby or they were max till 23.30 or so Honestly I highly recommend this hotel, and the sea view from the balcony is a big pro! I would be back for sure

There is noise in the hallways from the cleaning staff and other guests so we weren’t able to sleep after 08.00/08.30 The balcony indeed gives no much privacy but it wasn’t a big issue for us

-nice and clean hotel -beautiful beach right next to the hotel -many markets and bars -very beautiful promenade -bus stop near the hotel, so you can easily get here by bus A42 from the airport (Cala Millor) -near to hotel is port, where you can book some trips :) -we had late arrival, and got som dinner which was great and not usual in each hotel -swimming pool with bar :)

The hotel is in a great location in Cala Millor, in the centre of the beautiful shopping strip and a very short walk to the beach. The food at the hotel was fabulous. Lots of choice, very tasty and all kept very hot. The room was clean, with daily service to make the bed, change towels etc. The bed was comfortable but we did need to ask for an extra pillow. The bar staff seemed a little stressed at times, which led to some confusion over drinks but all sorted with no issues.

It would have been great to have a kettle in the room and also a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. There is a laundry room which has an iron you can pay to use, which isn't great. An iron in the room would make the experience staying at the hotel even better.

We choose Biniamar for it's location, their prowess regarding their food and the really good price for a 10 day stay. It did not disappoint. Buffet style breakfast and dinner was well above & beyond hotel standard - smoked salmon, King prawns, steak, lamb, chocolate fountains... It was just amazing. Don't miss the Friday night special dinners! Something for everyone. It is expensive to eat out every night in the bars and restaurants which serve your average food for the tourist. I'd highly recommended half board as I believe their food was better and for the price it was unbelievable. If you want true, authentic Spanish cuisine at a sensible price, go to the smaller towns around the back streets. Room and hotel were immaculately clean - beds were super comfy. Staff were friendly and always helpful. Pool was great, jacuzzi and lots of space. Gym, washing machine, table tennis too. Lively bar in the evening with cocktails and dj. Located a minute's walk from the beautiful beach. It was very clean. Cocktails and fresh fruit being sold by vendors, even beach massages! Plenty of shops around the resort selling everything you need. Lively evening night life but became quiet at night once 11pm came and we weren't disturbed. Would definitely go back because I wouldn't be able to guarantee any other hotel would be able to live up to Biniamar standards - and we've been to a lot!

Nothing to criticise, we had an amazing stay.

Good value for money. The hotel is well located, just a few metres from the beach and close to many shops.The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed and the bed was made. The staff are friendly, especially the waiters. There was not too much noise at night despite the music in the bars. We enjoyed our room, especially for the sea view. There was an empty fridge in the room which we could use to store whatever we wanted. There were plenty of choices at the buffet at breakfast as well as at dinner. We were happy to find many salty options at breakfast. There is also a pleasant swimming pool with water jets and a bar.

Unfortunately, the wifi connection is not always good. We would have preferred a double bed rather than 2 beds next to each other. The sweet options at breakfast and dinner were of lower quality than the salty options. The furniture is a bit old-fashioned, but that's just a detail.

The location of the hotel is really close to nice beach, plus hotel has nice outdoor swimming-pool. Nice selection of different foods every evening. Perfect direct bus connection from the airport, local bus No. A42. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

We had a triple room, where third extra bed was only implemented into double room, so practically no space, even small table was hiden under the shelf due to lack of space. The matrace on extra third bed was extremly soft for adult, but maybe good for jumping for small children :-)

Heart of the Cala Millor, very good location. Beach, shops, restaurants are all around. Beach is only 250m away, parking could be found nearby the streets. Breakfast, breakfast, BREAKFAST! BEST of the best, cheese, meat, coffee, cereals, fruits. Everything is crazy fresh and tasty. Buffet unlimited. Great sea front view, wide balcony with table and chairs,shower, A/C, clean bed dressing. The pool is spacious and cozy, with children area and jacuzzi. Gym is open Best option for Cala Millor!

No complimentary water in rooms, but you can buy it right down in an adjacent supermarket.
