The director is always there for any trouble or help. The room was in great condition and had everything you would need. The location is the best part, it’s literally 1 minute from the beach and all shops and restaurants. It’s not loud, even though there was always live music and a dj, we slept perfectly. We were also on the 4th floor and had a sea view, so all in all the price for the things they offer was more than good.

One downside is the food, there is variety but still the mixing of dishes and side dishes didn’t go so well. Another would be the balcony, there is not much privacy, your neighbors can literally see everything, if the curtains are not there, they can see in your room as well.

🌸We had a fantastic stay with my two daughters. What impressed me the most was the staff – everyone was genuinely kind, smiling, and welcoming. Especially in the restaurant, the whole team created a warm and relaxed atmosphere – always smiling and helpful. The cleaning staff also deserves recognition – especially one very sweet and cheerful woman who truly made a difference with her positive energy. That’s the kind of thing you remember. The location was perfect – right by the beach, with everything within walking distance: shops, restaurants, and a pool. It was ideal for a family holiday. The food was delicious and varied, and as a coffee lover, I really appreciated being able to take a cup of coffee back to the room after breakfast – a small thing that means a lot.

Honestly, I didn’t miss anything. We had everything we needed and felt truly welcome. I can definitely recommend this hotel to both families and adults.

We spent a week at Hotel Biniamar and overall had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent—just steps from a large, clean sandy beach and in a charming town that felt safe and offered plenty of shops, activities, and places to explore. The hotel itself is older but appears to have been renovated in recent years. It’s well maintained, and you can tell the staff and management are doing their best to keep things running smoothly. For the price, it offers good value. - Fantastic location near the beach and town center. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean and well kept. - The food was outstanding—both breakfast and dinner featured a wide variety of meats, seafood, salads, and desserts. The grill section was especially impressive. - Clean rooms and friendly staff.

• The in-room fridge was disappointing. It was rusty, leaked, and didn’t cool properly. We had to stop using it and buy cold drinks and milk for our toddler from nearby stores. It was replaced a day before leaving the hotel. • The shuttle transfer was very slow. We waited over 30 minutes before departure and spent about 2.5 hours getting to the hotel due to multiple stops and narrow streets. On the return trip, we used the public bus (tib - just use google maps), which was much faster—around 1 hour and 40 minutes.

Great location, just a minute walk from the beach and right on the promenade with many shops and restaurants. You really can't beat that at this price. We were also lucky to get the corner room with a nice view of the beach. The hotel itself has an oldschool vibe & the furniture is old, but it is very well kept and does not feel run down at all. Many things are renovated (bathroom, ac, ...). The breakfast has many delicius options (btw, the ham and cheese empanadas should be an everyday staple😉). The wifi worked great in our room. Keeping in mind it is a 3* hotel, it checked everything that we look for a beach vacation.

The main downfall is housekeeping. The room itself was very clean on arrival, but on a daily basis they were mostly sloppy in the cleaning department (my hair stayed in the drain for the whole stay). A few times we came back from the beach at around 13.30/14.00 the room was not done yet while 4 cleaning ladies were giggling in one of the other rooms. It was not a huge dealbreaker for us, but was a bit annoying. The rooms also are not really soundproof, so you can hear your neighbours. Also, some equippment to dry swimsuits and towels on the balcony would be nice.

The staff was very friendly. The cleaning was daily and great as even the beds were moved when cleaning. The dinner option was excellent. It was 12€ in cash for a dinner and for that value we could eat whatever we want as much as we want instead of the overpriced food in other places. There was a terrace bar with a DJ until around 12 am. The best of all for us was how extremely close the beach was from the hotel.

The wardrobe in our room had a broken part that was hanging loose in front of the door.

We spent there 10nights and you really dont have feeling that anyone from personal is happy that you are in this hotel, they dont care..personal is just not your good friend there, but if you ask for something they will help you. Maybe twice someone greeted us with hello when we came for dinner (except reception). No music on dinner. No drinks included for dinner, you dont have even free water there. Really bad. At least water should be free for this money. Cala Millor is small Germany :-) Mattresses/beds like to split from each other, it would be good to connect beds each other.

I stayed at this hotel with my friend and we were absolutely delighted with our experience. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The food was delicious and had a lovely homemade touch – it really felt like a home away from home. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

The only small suggestion I would make is to add clothes drying racks in the rooms – that would be very useful.

The property was even better than my expectations! The hotel and room was very clean, towels were changed everyday, the breakfast was really tasty and there were many options. The location couldn’t be better! It’s close to many shops and restaurants, and 3 minutes from the beach of Cala millor which is one of the best I’ve visited! It was always possible to find a parking spot in the nearby streets even in July Even if it’s in a touristic area, there was not much noise from the pubs and locals nearby or they were max till 23.30 or so Honestly I highly recommend this hotel, and the sea view from the balcony is a big pro! I would be back for sure

There is noise in the hallways from the cleaning staff and other guests so we weren’t able to sleep after 08.00/08.30 The balcony indeed gives no much privacy but it wasn’t a big issue for us

The hotel is in a great location in Cala Millor, in the centre of the beautiful shopping strip and a very short walk to the beach. The food at the hotel was fabulous. Lots of choice, very tasty and all kept very hot. The room was clean, with daily service to make the bed, change towels etc. The bed was comfortable but we did need to ask for an extra pillow. The bar staff seemed a little stressed at times, which led to some confusion over drinks but all sorted with no issues.

It would have been great to have a kettle in the room and also a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. There is a laundry room which has an iron you can pay to use, which isn't great. An iron in the room would make the experience staying at the hotel even better.

perfect location although we were just at the beginning of the season, not sure I’d choose it if it were peak season. Really clean room and daily housekeeping. Food was very good , easily found something every evening and breakfast had everything you could ask for.

Occupancy was around 80% German so felt slightly isolated from all the conversations around the pool, dining room etc.
