The hotel is perfectly situated by a sandy beach. The outside ( garden and pool area) is very well maintained and the pool chairs and umbrellas were cleaned and washed every morning. We had a sea view room with a great view of the Mediterranian, the coast around, the palms around the pool and you can wach the sunrise if you get up early. The room itself was big enough for two people and well internaly designed. Next to the bed is a closet and the bathroom is on the other side of the closet, givig enough privacy to people who do not like to share everything. The beds are comfortable. I personally prefer the double (king size) bed, but the hotel does not have them at all to what I understand. The breakfast and dinner were plentyful. Breakfast from fruits and yogurts through cerials and pastries to full English. Dinner was thematic : every evening with its own flair such as Asian, Italian, etc. Also there were always cooked meals , grilled meats , raw and cooked vegetables, fruits and very large choice of desserts. The service was really great, the people very friendly and very helpful. All of them.

We stayed in CM Playa del Moro for 10 days at the end of April 2025: + food is amazing! Breakfast as well as dinner with many options and varieties, we stayed 10 days and the meals were truly delicious. Special thanks to Jhon who stood behind the grill station most of the time! Also there are enough tables inside and outside depening on weather conditions. + clean, spacious rooms, big cozy beds (2m wide). Make sure to book sea view, it is stunning! Shower hat good water pressure + nice spa (indoor pools warm + cold, sauna open intim 10pm) + staff was always nice and service in the dining area very quick (Special thanks to Marina for always Smoking and being so friendly!) + outdoor pool and sunbeds clean and comfortable + the beach is only 50m across the street with soft white sand and clear water + there is a Supermarket directly in front of the hotel, there is also a „Shopping“ street with many restaurants and shops

Overall this hotel is worth considering due to its location right on the beach, having rooms with lateral sea view, friendly staff, and cleanliness. They keep the place clean, and this is one of the few places where staff is really friendly, always smiling and greeting guests. The buffet, as other guests noted, varied from day to day, offering various food choices. Welcome drinks offered upon arriving.

Although the buffet varied each day, the food wasn't always best quality. Specifically, the quality of the meats could be improved, and more substantial dinner dishes should be offered instead of predominantly finger foods. Additionally, the hotel seems to cater primarily to German tourists.

The staff is extremely nice, really makes you feel welcome and makes you forgive small details that might not be perfect. The room was always very clean and tidy everyday, the buffet was plentiful and varied at both breakfast and dinner, generally fresh food and good quality. Each evening there's a different theme (Italian, Spanish, Asian) that makes things more interesting. The gym had brand new equipment, the indoor pool was nice and also the spa. It was March so we didn't use the outside pool but it looked great. The location right by the beach is also awesome, you can walk outside and go for a walk, run or swim. Also the room was very big, with comfortable beds.

Our room was right above the kitchens, so we heard noise early in the morning and at night, as well as smell, they should find a solution for this. We could find parking in March, but I can see how it would be pretty hard in more busy times. This is a really small detail: the floor in the spa changing room was always very wet, it would be nice to have a squeegee in there to get rid of the water. Would be nice to have kettle in the rooms.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect for us and for our twin little girls. The view from the room is amazing, good location, right on the beach, food diversity (we had a lot of good options baby friendly), the facilities are great and the staff very professional. The bed was comfortable, and I also loved the cosmetics from the bathroom.

The only thing that somehow bothered us were the shows that started around 21-21:30. Our kids are already sleeping at that time and we would have preferred a quiet room, where the music is not heard. However, we do understand the need of entertainment for other guests, and we appreciated that the shows were ending at reasonable times.

The view from the hotel room was extraordinary. There was coffee machine in our room which is perfect for us. The location is perfect, free parking near the hotel. Breakfast and dinner were very good, lots of different things for everybody. On arrival we were greeted by the very friendly reception staff and offered a complimentary drink with everything explained perfectly. Super friendly and kind staff especially John, Christina and Alvero (hopefully we got his name right) and the staff in the bar.

The bar program could be improved a lot. The atmosphere is dead and the bar is empty after 11 pm. We really liked The Gipsy King tribute Band but it was very short. We didn't like the twin bed.

Restaurant service. Waiting staff and catering couldn't do enough for us. Particularly in view of food allergy . Personal service given by Marc Jenny and Juan to prevent cross contamination of fish, crustaceans, molluscs to prevent anaphylaxis. Chefs excelled at cooking specific personal meals. Choice amazing, creative themes for each evening meals. Availability good. Superb deserts, stunning appeal. Waiting staff work effectively and efficiently to clear tables, serve drinks and offer advice. All staff approachable, service with a smile. Enthusiasm, swift service of bar staff, Christiano and team. Efficiency of Berta , setting up BBQ. Variety of entertainment, Tribute acts, animators, traditional dancers. Massage given by Maria, out of this world. The best ever. Well worth it.

We had an absolutely delightful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond, demonstrating exceptional kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay. Despite our late arrival, they graciously prepared a delicious dinner for us, ensuring we felt welcomed and cared for. Our room was perfectly sized, spotlessly clean, and provided a comfortable retreat after our travels. Additionally, parking was a breeze with ample street parking conveniently available near the hotel. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have been more pleased.

The food could benefit from some improvements. While it was generally acceptable, the menu felt a bit repetitive with similar dishes served daily. Introducing more variety would greatly enhance the dining experience, as the current selection lacked diversity.

The hotel was absolutely great, everything was exactly as expected. The staff was very nice, the room was spacious and bigger than expected, the cleaning was done daily and I can say that it was really crystal clean. We used both the indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. Buffet breakfast and dinner really rich in choice, at the same time the themed dinners were good, every day one tasted something a little different. Free street parking, we only found a spot one night and even then we didn't park far away. I would love to go here again in the future.

Only small thing, really petty, the indoor pool was really quite cold, could have been a little warmer.

We can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel. We had an incredibly nice week at Playa del Moro. The rooms are large, clean and modern and the sea view is wonderful. The food is varied and there is something for every taste. The staff are friendly and do their best to fulfil guests' every wish. We would especially like to thank the chef Jhon, who made every breakfast and dinner a highlight with his friendly and personable manner, but above all with his delicious food. Thanks to the whole team - we will be back!
