A perfect hotel for relaxing retreat. The first word that comes to mind is tranquility. It is quiet in the rooms, around the pool and at the restaurant during dinnertime. Even the evening shows feature soothing and reserved music, rather than punchy rhythms, that are usually heard on the island. The rooms (we booked a suite with balcony) deserve the highest praise: spacious, freshly renovated, and impeccably clean. The large terraces in suits feature a table, a couple of chairs and two comfy sunbeams and overlook the serene outdoor pool. The lobby of the hotel is very stylish. The personnel is nice and attentive. We booked a stay with half-board and generally found the food selection to be of quite good quality and range. There are three things that became the highlights of our stay in the hotel: 1) the lineup for the shows: wonderful performers, with music suiting the mood of the place (we liked the “Alicia Keys”- inspired performance of Julia Samadhi); 2) the indoor pool - a rarity on the island - which was understandably empty during the sunny days, so we could have it for us only ; 3) the pastries served for dinner - our compliments to the pastry-chef!

There are few things however that need improvement. First, the “non-sweet” buffet was no match for the pastry. The gap needs to be filled, in particular when it comes to the prominence and presentation of the local products. Second, and the most important, the smoking is unfortunately allowed in the outdoor pool area, as well as on the terrace of the bar, where the night shows are taking place. As a result we couldn’t really enjoy any of these facilities. We aren’s sure about the legal framework, but in other hotels on Mallorca we’ve seen that all public areas (incl. outdoors pools and the areas where the food/drinks can be consumed) are completely smoke-free.

Breakfast and dinner buffet absolutely top class, star worthy. Heaven for healthy and fish lovers. Spacious rooms. Relaxed atmosphere. Excellent service.

Gym could improve, however basic attributes present. Some ventilation noise of the neighbour hotel. Sa Coma itself is quiet in the evening. No bar street if you expect that.

Very big and nice clean room, with direct access to outdoor pool and well-kept garden. Room has fridge, capsule coffee maker, and all other amenities you would expect in a high-end hotel. Staff was super helpful, always trying to accomplish whatever requests we have presented. Breakfast buffet was awesome - huge selection of both savory and sweet, and very tasty. Parking available for surcharge, right in front of the hotel. There is also a shop with groceries and souvenirs just across the street, literally 20 meters from the hotel - very convenient.

Indoor pool seemed a bit dated, could use some rennovation. Half board dinner was exactly mediocre - many options to choose from, but not even one item really stood out as exceptional (not saying it was bad either, we ate good). Evening entertainment felt like a retirement home program - singer was doing the best he could, and it was very pleasant, but the colorful lights like disco ball in 80' years was just ruining whatever atmosphere he built.

Hotel staff superb and friendly, good check in process, spotlessly clean. It's an older hotel that has had some modernisation but still has a largely traditional feel. Good beds, nice bathroom and views over the well kept gardens. The hotel is a very nice oasis in Sa Coma, which is a pretty unremarkable small resort.

Did not like towels on sun loungers at 7am onwards, the hotel need to enforce rules and remove towels from beds not used during the day. Food generally good but would have liked to see more fruit choice and the fresh orange juice wasn't the best.

The politeness of the staff, The room (we were upgraded to a junior suite, beds were comfortable and shower was powerful), The location (just set back from the beach and the noise of the strip but close enough for a quick walk to bars and restaurants), The breakfast was plentiful, the buffet dinner had ample selection, The pool (enough loungers so you weren't searching for space and the pool was relaxing), The entertainment in the evening was good (pleasant to watch, listen and see off the end of the night), The gym and sauna (would have preferred a barbell instead of a smith machine but was still able to put together a session), Overall had a great trip, the hotel is very relaxing and the food/drinks prices round the bar are similar to what you'd pay elsewhere. Would happily have extended our stay.

Nothing, had zero issues at all.

Everything was awesome. The room was spacious, and the bed was ultra-wide. The reception and the cleaning service were excellent and timely. The bar and the restaurant were very good. The hotel is also very quiet.

If anything, there is still room for improvement regarding: coffee quality (it's not bad, but it's not excellent either) and fresh vegetables variety during breakfast. The staff is super nice and friendly, and all products are fresh and of good quality.

The hotel really does go above and beyond to make sure you have an excellent stay. Amazing facilities, everything is really well thought through for the guests. They surprise and delight at every opportunity. We had a really lovely and relaxing stay here.

The only thing we didn't like were the mattresses. These are clearly quite old and sink in the middle, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The staff did go above and beyond to try and solve this for us, with mattress toppers etc. which made it a bit better. Think hotel owners should invest in new mattresses though. Will save everyone a lot of hassle, as by staff's response, we clearly weren't the first people to complain about this. Thanks to the staff who really did try and solve the issue for us though.

We spent a honeymoon in CM Mallorca Palace and everything was perfect. The hotel is perfectly engineered for quite and isolated vacation (total relaxation). Beach is near but you can easily spend the entire day near the pool or in pool area (beautiful grass, trees), guests are quiet and respectful and so is the staff. The food was also great. Compared to other hotels in Sa Coma this one is like a separate planet. Also I don’t know if this was somehow regulated by the hotel but there were almost no mosquitos during the night (only one night we had a mosquito in the room).

Generally there is a problem with taxi drivers on Mallorca. Palma is even worse.

The staff is incredibly nice (even if they work very long hours, always smiling and pleasant), the breakfast is superb (so so so many options), the pool area and pool bar are great. The hotel is in a very touristy village but the hotel remains as a calm place to relax far from the noise. The adults only experience was perfect

I only wish the bar opened a bit longer, they close at 00:00 but you can still finish your drinks even if they are closed, so no really big deal. This is not a party place and it is very quiet, which is what I was looking for; you can always go out to the nearby restaurants and bars.

To stay at the hotel you would need a car if you are picky about the beaches and nearby activities. We didn't even go to the local beach, because we were more interested in those picturesque cala's, and to reach them, you had to drive quite some distance. The pool area and the garden are very beautiful and relaxing, so I saw many stay on the hotel grounds all day and just enjoy what the hotel had to offer. The hotel itself is worth 5 stars. I preferred this hotel to other nearby hotels because of the low 3 floor architecture. Very spanish-like and beautiful. Not like other 7+ story high white blocks nearby. Very beautiful garden, balconies, interior. Reminds me of colonial-style architecture. The breakfast was rich. And every night there was some special occasion for entertainment. You could just listen to live music and enjoy your cocktails. Thank god for Adults Only hotels. So relaxing, peaceful, and quiet. I would also say that the staff was very friendly and very helpful. It really felt that they genuinely loved what they were doing, caring about the wellbeing of the guests.

The only thing my wife commented on was the mattress, that it was too hard. Although, I enjoyed that :)
