Amazing location and very good facilities. The room is huge and fully equipped. A lot of stores nearby. Good playground and swimming polls for kids. We had a very pleasure time here.

It is amazing, but it is missing yet to be 4stars. Need to pay to use beach chairs. fully equipped kitchen at room but the dishes are not clean by the cleaner and there is no soap or sponge to us to wash (you need to buy it). Missing something to clean the foots before entering on the room (a lot of sand going inside). There are only towels available at the reception that is far from the pools and you need to leave a physic credit card even having one already registered during check-in (i don't take my card to the swimming pool). The restaurant is super super super noisy.

Location is great . Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is good too .

No welcome water in the room . We come with a 2 small kids at 23:30h , all shops be closed and like we cannot drink water from the faucet- we don’t have a water I the room . Also I never stay at the hotel who not provided free bottle of water per day . Breakfast area : only one machine for the jus and water ( same machine) it’s always a lot of ppl who waiting a water , I cannot imaging how is at the full summer season . Kitchen: you don’t have a nothing for clean a dishes, so need to buy a sponge and washing up liquid. Some basic things need to be on the room , especially in the hotel of 4* .

- dinner is incredible and different every evening, breakfast was absolutely fine but nothing special, but dinner was special every day One evening we went to the Mexican dinner at the smaller restaurant La Finca because we love Mexican food and it was really good, delicious! - mealtimes perfect when travelling with little kids - green areas, they really take care of the garden areas, it just looks wonderful and was a delight each time we entered the garden area to our apartment building - cleanliness - the pools are great, especially for little children and our son also liked the playground a lot (good place to go especially after breakfast and dinner) - beach perfect with little children (clean, shallow water), sunbeds for free after 16 o'clock (at least there was noone asking us to pay ;)) - spacious apartment flooded with light and an extremely big balcony, bed very comfortable and also the sofabeds were comfortable - it was quiet at all times (but we also stayed in a building near the beach. The newer buildings are across the street where the pools and the stage are and there the noise level is higher) - very friendly cleaning staff - highly motived and helpful staff, animation very good, mini club (2-4 years)/Maxi Club great, 3 hours in the morning, our sin liked the mini disco a lot - always found free sunbeds at the pools (end of Sep/beginning of Oct) - quick check-in and check-out (we arrived very late and got food bags because we had missed dinner) - since we travelled with 2 little kids, we could not do any activity for adults but there was something on every day (yoga, table tennis, darts, aqua gym, ...) - other activities outside the hotel: 10 car minutes away there is a really cool dinosaur park (opened in 2022) right next to a cave (combi ticket 22€), there is a pony farm (walking distance) near the hotel (did not go there but seems to be a good option for kids), you can go with the "minitren" (to Cala Millor and back 60min).

- no soap in the rooms - extremely high noise level during mealtimes inside, but due to the mass of people not to avoid and normal (try to sit outside)

Amazing location right on the beach 🤩 Plus beautiful swimming pools - 1 small indoor, 2 large outdoor, kids’ pool with waterslides right next to the playground and even a splash pad! Very convenient grocery store directly across the street behind the hotel. Everything you need for a great vacation with small kids 👍🏻

The location was excellent. Right on the beach. Excellent facilities. Kids loved the pools and playground. Water Orbs were a definite hit. One member of staff, unfortunately I can't remember his name, helped us immensely the night we arrived. We got a flat tire on the way to the property and he arranged a taxi to collect and was extremely helpful.

The food overall was not great. A few good options but fairly lacking in quality. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were especially poor. We ate dinner in the cafeteria the first night and never went back. Definitely not good value for money especially when compared to the local restaurants. Others members of staff were pretty indifferent and not very helpful. The A/C in our room never worked properly.

It’s a great place to stay with small children. The beach is white sand with turquoise water, easy swimming and fun in the sand. There’s a nice boardwalk for walking up and down the beach too. The swimming pools are all really good and it’s nice to have so many different options to choose from each day. The food at the different restaurants was good overall, lots of variety. The room was comfortable enough, the air conditioning worked well. They provided a crib and a baby bath (upon request). We also arranged taxi pickup through the hotel and they were able to provide appropriately sized car seats for both my baby and toddler.

The rooms are a little lower quality finishing in some areas than I expected for a 4 star hotel, like in the kitchen (but really nice in some areas too like the shower and with all of the swimming and food included the shower was far more important than the kitchen). There is a road you have to cross sometimes in the middle of the property which isn’t a huge deal but a slight inconvenience with small children to make sure they are safe crossing the road.

We had a club apartment, very calm, close to the beach with a huge terrace. The hotel has a perfect location, close to restaurants, shops and beach. The food was good, lots of selection and the quality is very correct. They offer beach towels for free, and as well safety box. The entertainment for children is excellent. Staff was absolutely wonderful(reception, housekeeping, bar, restaurants, kids club), thank you for making our stay so memorable. They really respect their logo "we care"

Nothing really important, but if this can be helpful : The bathroom a bit oldish and small for 4 persons (shower head need a refresh and shower courtain need to be longer) We did not have the half or full board, and we found the price for the lunch/dinner buffet a bit expensive to be honest, specially for kids ....(13€ for a 8yo kid, and we were as well charged for a 2yo todler which eats almost nothing) - most restaurants around offer kids menu at 8€ max. Again, is just a personal opinion, our stay was perfect !

It’s very close to the beach, there is a lot of entertainment for the kids, rooms are spacious, the hotel are quite responsive to requests, food was great, it was fully booked and we never had issues finding a table for dinner/breakfast or waited long to get food. The multiple pools were also nice and thebkids enjoyed the kiddie pool

All the things were minor but slightly annoying. There were ants in our bathroom. They came in while we were in the room with the kids and sprayed the whole bathroom, which was not ideal as we were traveling with young kids and would have preferred that they are not there when they sprayed (which was agreed at reception but not communicated to the cleaning staff). The ants kept coming back every night and on the last day we found some on the bed. Apparently it’s a known issue in the hotel. The beach is separate and loungers have to be paid there. There are no nets on the windows and it’s full of mosquitoes so we had do keep the windows closed at night.

Good location for family vacation, many restaurants in the area and in the hotel itself excellent food for the whole family there was something to eat, wonderful staff. Many pools for every taste, the water was warm enough. The sea is clean with a good entrance for children, not deep.

The cocktails at the bar were not tasty, only ice, although the price is the same as in the nearest restaurants (there were much better ones there) for 10 euros the cocktail should be tasty, and not just water with ice, it is not convenient to change towels, it would be better if it was possible to do this in several places, and not in the farthest pool. The animation for children in the form of a concert was good, the animators are great, but I would like there to be more interaction with the children in the evening, some kind of competitions, dances, etc. We took half board because we also wanted to go out for lunch somewhere outside the hotel and drinks were not included in the price for dinner, this was very inconvenient, some of the receptionists were not very friendly

The hotel exceeded our expectations — it was perfect for us. The rooms are spacious and modernly furnished, with new furniture and a fresh atmosphere. Housekeeping was done daily, and towels were changed every day. We stayed in building 6, right next to the beach, with immediate access — the beach was stunning. A quiet hotel with exceptional staff. We truly hope to come back at least once more. We didn’t manage to get a sea-view room, but we saw one, and the view was amazing — definitely worth the money. The restaurant was very clean, offering menus to suit all tastes, plentiful and varied every day.

We have absolutely nothing to complain about. It was a dream!
