It was PERFECT! Very friendly staff, many options to do in this area (quiet area), would definitely book it again!

the food option was okay for 4-5 days but I think they would need a bit more variety (if you don’t visit the 4 other restaurants which are offered)

Nice atmosphere. Quite a variety of food, there is always something new every day. Clean, fresh towels every day. Not far from the sea, there is enough space for everyone by the pool. Overall, I really liked it, it is an ideal hotel for a holiday with children.

I liked everything, the price corresponds to the quality. Sometimes only in the restaurant there were no croissants for breakfast, but there were enough other breads and rolls. We rested on the program: "all inclusive", and in our mini bar there were only 2 small bottles of water. There was not enough water. For lunch and dinner they gave a whole jug and it was good, but for breakfast and by the pool - the water had a taste of chlorine. It is also a pity that the sauna was closed.

The property was fresh and renovated. Rooms large and clean. Staff very friendly and great food.

The air conditioning wasn’t working so great in the room. They came serverai times to adjust it but still not working very well.

Amazing, modern, very well maintained design hotel. The rooms were completely renovated last winter and were therefore up to date with slick, scandinavian design, large balconies and a huge high quality TV screen. For the price I got through booking.com I thought it was an absolute steal. I especially liked the walk-in rainshower and the lightfeatures which could be controlled by touch panels. The hotel itself is also well designed with two big pool areas, with one only for adults, making this nice and quiet. The good thing about this hotel is that you have all the luxury of an all inclusive, but can choose whichever foodprogram you want (from breakfast only to all meals included). The prices of drinks if you didnt choose all inclusive were reasonable. The location of the hotel is fine. Not directly at the beach, but well situated within the complex and very close to the sports fields. It is very easily reachable by car with free parking. The best spots of mallorca are situated on all sides of the island, so if you rent a car, you can reach them easily from this hotel. The hotel was the ideal place to have a relaxing holiday for hard working people!

If you are a solo traveller and looking for parties, this might not be the hotel for you, as nightlife in this hotel and in Sa Coma is not the best of the Island.

the staff are absolutely fantastic, so friendly and extremely helpful. particularly the bar staff and children's entertainment. the mini bar in the room is also a great plus.

we booked the Italian restaurant in the hotel across the road and it really was not worth the walk across the road, never been so disappointed with the standard of the food. we left the restaurant and returned to the buffet restaurant in our hotel.

- The rooms were well maintained and clean. - All the staff were always smiling. - The drinks were good for a 4 star hotel. The drinks served at the table during dinner were always good. - Breakfast, lunch and dinner options were sufficient and delicious. - The beach was very close and the sea was very clear.

- The hotel was very crowded and the pool was too small for the hotel's capacity.

This was an all inclusive package. The quality and variety of food was excellent and all staff were extremely friendly,polite and helpful. The beach near the hotel was lovely and ideal for a break from the pool. The small pool was ideal for small children with slides etc and the facilities at the sister hotel were also available for use for a change of scenery. There was also a tranquil area with a pool for adults only. The evening entertainment was also very good for both children and adults. We booked a double room with patio overlooking the garden and it was spacious, comfortable and decorated to a high standard. The beds were also very comfortable and I would highly recommend this property for a relaxing break.

Nothing, it all exceeded expectations

I have enjoyed with everything:) Super friendly and helpful staff, superb food all the day, especially dinner time it's smth - tuna steaks, octopus, raw fish, lamb dishes and etc., well known drinks for all inclusive, plenty of activities for kids that they would never be bored, for those who wants more active vacation you can play tennis, padel, ride a bike, play golf, it was really amazing and restful holidays. I highly recommend to try yourself and myself definitely will come back again :)

Overall the Hotel is very good. Friendly staff, good location, clear room. If you don't have a car right in front of the entrance is bus stop. 5-minutes walk to the beach. Underground parking are free but there are very limited numbed of places.

Unfortunately the safebox in the room needs to be paid separately and only for cash (cards are not accepted). The breakfast and diner are almost the same every day. Only some positions are changing but in general – menu is constant.

We were impressed by the excellent food quality, cleanliness, and attentive staff. The wide variety of delicious food options made dining a pleasure, while the hotel's cleanliness standards were consistently high. The staff members were friendly and always available to assist with any needs or concerns. We booked a suite as have 2 kids and it was the perfect size with the sliding doors ideal for the evening when the kids went to bed.

Splash pool a little small. Advise pool shoes as the non slip surface used was particularly aggressive on the kids feet and even the adults too.
