It was very clean, the staff were polite and friendly and the food was very good. There were plenty of sun beds - it wasn’t full but, even if it was, I think there’d still be plenty.

The coffee was dreadful. The themed restaurants (not the main buffet restaurant) had two sittings - 6:30pm and 7:45pm - for us, the first was a bit early, the second a bit late. Also, there was a pressure to finish your food quickly- they weren’t relaxing. The pool bar closed at 5:30pm and the main bar didn’t open until 6pm. We’re not big drinkers but we do like a G&T at the end of the day, after being out and about. Time it wrong and you’re hanging around.

1. Staff was super helpful. Big thank you guys! 2. Dinner is good, we liked the quality of the food and variety of dishes. Deserts also nice. 3. Coctails are tasty 4. 10 minutes walk from the great beach 5. We tried one a La Carte restaurant - Country grill. The food is fantastic: steak, burito, kessadilya etc. Highly recommended if you like grill food 6. Kids liked mini-disco

1. It'd be nice if they provide a proper coffee at breakfast. The one from the machine is awful 2. If you come to the pool at 9, you will not find any free sunbed. Before going to the beach at 9 my kids wanted to swim at the pool a bit. So while waiting them, my wife and me needed to sit somewhere in the bar at the tables, because people just throw towels and go away. Would be good if the hotel makes some rule, e.g. not allow to leave towels until 8-30 - 9

Well positioned hotel that doesn’t feel too large but has everything you need for a family (8&12). Spotlessly clean rooms and facilities. Welcoming, friendly, attentive staff. Nothing is too much trouble. If you need something or spot something that isn’t quite right, they’ll sort it. Best hotel staff I’ve encountered - reception, bar, restaurant, cleaning, hotel manager all wonderful. Select apartment with jacuzzi is superb. Loungers on large balcony are a nice touch, as is Cava and water in fridge on arrival and pool towels. Room ready on arrival (11am but first week of season opening) and available until leaving Big pool, access to lots of sports and activities at offsite (3 mins) clubhouse and sister hotels. All inclusive drinks and food is fairly standard for this type of hotel. Indoor pool is a plus. Bars and indoor/ outdoor lounge areas great. Back entrance of hotel takes you to town and beach in less than 5 minutes. Big supermarket less than 5 mins away. Felt safe, secure and very enjoyable for a mummy travelling with two children. Second visit and will return. I’ve stayed in 3 or 4 Protur hotels and this is easily the best and most suited to us.

Evening entertainment ok, but could improve. Breakfast and lunch not freely replenished towards end of service, but easily sorted when you ask. Outdoor pool very cold (April, to be expected) but didn’t stop the children in there daily.

Liked everything about the Hotel, apartment was very comfortable. Pool area was lovely. Food was very nice with plenty of vegetarian options, and my vegan companion was happy too! Will definitely return!

There was nothing to dislike, very happy with the Hotel!

We liked everything, there wasn't anything that we could've faulted! 😍 The reception staff were so helpful & polite, the rooms were spotlessly clean, good variety of food & drink, with several themed restaurants spread throughout the sister hotels adjacent to ours, you need to book in advance, but highly recommended, all included in the AI option! The pool area was very clean with plenty of sun beds, towels are available from reception for a €10 returnable deposit! We had a great view from our balcony of the sea & overlooking the pool, which was all lit up at night, very pretty! Good entertainment in the evenings & the entertainment team getting everyone involved during the daytime activities! & it was nice to see that disabled people were welcomed with good facilities too! Plenty of shops & restaurants within a couple of minutes walk from hotel & if you arrive late like we did, there is a Burger King literally a couple of minutes walk near the beach, that's open til midnight! The hotel does lay on a cold buffet for late arrivals, which was appreciated, but we fancied something a bit more filling, after a long day of travelling, we were starving! 😂🤣😂 Public transport is really good, we got the bus from the airport & back again, using our visa card for the 3 of us, tap on & then tap off, it's cheaper than buying individual tickets on board & the more in your party the more discount you get! Altho it looks like we did get charged a fee from our bank, it wasn't much & still worked out cheaper! The bus drops you off almost outside the hotel back gate, which is usually unlocked all day, but the main entrance is just round the corner & the bus stop to go back to the airport is just across the road! Journey takes about an hour & 20 minutes ish! Overall, we had one of the best holidays here! Wish we had booked a whole week! 😔 9th-13th September 2024 😁

Coming home! 🤣🤣

Very good situated, within a short distance to the beach. The place was clean. The personnel was very responsive, and every problem we encountered was quickly resolved. The pool was clean, and the food tasty.

The room ( situated in front of the stairs) was noisy. The door does not seal, so every step from the hallway and every voice was very loud inside the room, especially bad when staying there with a toddler. The queen bed was composed out of two different beds, and there was always forming a gap between the beds where the child was always stumbling and even falling in.

The hotel is incredibly well looked after, with modern functional rooms, brilliant staff and a great range of activities for children. We stayed in a Select room with a jacuzzi on the balcony which overlooked the pool area and even had a view of the sea in the distance. Although the weather was mixed throughout our stay, the staff and especially the animation team were relentlessly upbeat, helpful and accommodating. Sun beds are plentiful and unless you're after a front-row seat by the kids' pool, you'll never feel the need to reserve one at any hour of day. The hotel is impeccably clean and is clearly well managed to a tight and reliable schedule. The food in the buffet restaurant is mostly very good and the variety is always vast. My only real issue was the range of special options on themed nights which could have probably been considered more imaginatively. The mini disco every evening is one of the best I've seen at a hotel in Spain and my daughter loved it. The animation team is full of energy and each member works hard to engage the children. Overall, the hotel is fantastic for families and managed to maintain a fun and friendly atmosphere even amidst a severe storm on the day we arrived!

Lunch was the weakest of the three meals, although not bad by any means. We tended to eat inside instead of at the pool bar due to the large number of wasps around the food and drinks. It would have been nice to have a bit more variety with lunch options which mostly consisted of burgers, chips and salads, but it was always more than adequate and better than many restaurants we tried nearby.

Great apartment with a kettle, fridge, large bathroom and comfy living room space and balcony. Everything is really new. My apartment was quiet and I was able to get a great break. The hotel is a bit more geared towards families than solo travelers but I still felt very relaxed there. There are tons of activities and stuff like bikes I didn't take advantage of. It's a 10 min walk to the beach along a nice street. I'd recommend if you are looking for a break where everything is taken care of for you. It's also close to the bus stop.

The breakfast could have been more varied e.g. in the selection of fresh fruits. The coffee was Nescafe from a machine. It would have been great to have 'real' coffee. I thought they would have a shuttle to Palma which they do but you need to reserve it 2-3 days in advance.

The hot tub in our room was lovely and always clean. The pool was clean and there was always beds. The choice of restaurants was very good.

In the superior suite instead of a master bed it is two beds and we felt this wasn’t value for money as the beds just slipped apart. The cups at the bar during the day were paper and we felt these should have been plastic or even glass for those just wanting to sit at the bar.
