It was set in nice gardens . The pool area was great with lots of sun loungers. We had 2 days of poor weather but at least there was the indoor pool, gym and things like table tennis. And the staff were excellent. Particularly our last day when they make it really easy to store your bags and continue to enjoy the pool and then showers when you need to leave

The breakfast - the choice overall was great but some better muesli / granola, some better fruit would have been good. And not really having anything to cook with in the apartment - thought there would be at least one pan to boil water in for tea/coffee. Had to request that.

The hotel is nice but its a bit out of date but overall its we had a lovely time there. All staffs were really helpful and friendly and the food was lovely too so I would go there again.

The housekeepers did not clean the room.

The hotel was nice and big, very clean. Beds were very comfy. Having the supermarket attached to hotel was a bonus, although it wasn’t the cheapest. Also Nice and quiet :)

Reception staff and bar staff could off been a bit more pleasant, very abrupt and not very forth coming with advice. Lack of communication between reception staff also.

upon arrival man on desk rude, asked three times where we could get a drink and was completely ignored. One of the women in the restaurant was extremely rude - apparently she was new but she practically accused us of stealing a glass of coke as we weren’t all inclusive so not allowed it - even though no one had explained, no one had taken a drinks order and we were prepared to pay.

Everything was well kept and clean! Great location, you can walk to cala millor and Sa coma beach and if you are driving there's always free parking in the streets. The breakfast was good and with variety!

Great breakfast buffet and friendly staff. The beach was only 10 minutes to walk.

The deck chairs under the trees were mostly dirty with bird dirt or leafs. The kitchen in the appartement doesn‘t have an ofen.

Food was a little repetitive but great quality. Cocktails for inclusive weren't the best and all inclusive options were visibly a lot worse than pay as you go.

Loved the all inclusive buffet, very nice and great variety. Also includes a snack twice a day which you can eat by the pool if you wish. Loved the spa with a beautiful indoor pool, turkish steem bath and sauna, very few people using it. Also a small gym, all free of charge. Hotel is cosy with lower buildings Mediterranean style, nice pool area with music playing. We had a studio on the 1st floor with a small kitchen and 3 comfy beds, TV and a balcony. We paid a little extra to stay till 18:00 the last day and it was well worth it. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

it was a bit annoying that on all inclusive you had to pay for your glass at the bar.
