The service was very good everywhere, in reception and restaurant and housekeeping. Everyone was polite, friendly, professional. The hotel was very clean. All the staff working very hard there, making an effort to keep the standard on high level.

It was too quiet, average age was about 70..no music near the pool area, everyone was reading books, so, unfortunately this hotel is not for young people. If you want to explore more or to feel that you are on holiday, is not here. Cala Millor Is beautiful place, but kind of boring. My bad ,I should research more.. Another thing, full of germans also, 90%, in the hotel and Cala Millor, for the one coming for the first time bear in mind. The label for food were in german too, you need to guess what you are eating.. Nothing personal with german people, but it was surprising, felt like I am in Germany not in Palma.. No kettle in the room..

The room was nice We had sea view OK but you shall raise the standards to 4* and improve quality of staff, services and food

Too German, we didn’t feel like in Spain Everything was in German The bed was not comfortable There was a coffee machine but without coffee.. Staff was barely speaking English but they all speak German (?) For the breakfast there were many choices but very poor quality for a 4* hotel.. we never find fresh juice altough the “freshness” was promoted Coffee was horrible, overall poor quality of food

The hotel was located right on the beach promenade and all rooms we booked were with sea view. The water was crystal clear, the sand was smooth, the beach very clean and large. The staff at reception, in the restaurants and in cleaning were consistently friendly. The selection at the breakfast buffet was large and there was something for everyone. The hotel is approximately one hour drive away from the airport and Palma sightseeing’s. The spa area, rooms and restaurants were all clean and well maintained. The selective rooms at 5th& 6th floors were with a coffee machine& bathrobes while the other rooms had no coffee machines and also no kettle. The furnitures in all rooms were new, well designed and with a balcony. All in all we had a great time in the hotel and would recommend the hotel to everyone.

Nothing really important, but maybe the rooms without coffee machine could have at least a kettle.

Even if sceptical because of the mixed reviews we found on the internet, we found out that everything changed after the hotel's renovation in early 2024. Shortly, everything was exactly how we imagined. An amazing, comfortable and full entertainment experience for the full duration of our stay there. From the delicious food and the cleanliness of the room and the hotel's facilities to the friendly and ready-to-help staff, everything was priceless. Room : - clean at arrival - cleaned every day by lovely and friendly ladies - we didn't go for the sea-view room, but we do not regret it because the sea and the beach are very close if you want to enjoy it properly (take the sea-view room if you want to enjoy the sunset from your room) - balcony towel rack (great for leaving the towels or clothes to dry over the night) - table and chairs on the balcony (we spent many nights there and it was the perfect addition to the balcony) - a lot of room in the closet and all the additional bedside nightstands - AC + fan (I did enjoy every second of the AC) Reception : - friendly and ready-to-help staff - speaking very well English, Spanish, French and German (big WOW) - many activities available within or outside the hotel, organised or sold by (through third parties) the hotel (bike and car rental, tours, massage, pool parties and games, bar parties, etc.) Pool/Bar : - clean and sea-water pool - plenty of sunbeds and parasols - available Bali beds (through reception) - clean outside showers & toilets near the pool (so you don't get all wet inside the hotel) - a wide selection of food and drinks on the Snack-Pool Bar - the food was prepared very quickly and it is very delicious - available towels from the hotel (you just need to pay a deposit) Others : - the gym was clean and ready to be used - the massage ladies were very experienced and did an amazing job (Full Body) - evening entertainment shows pretty much every evening on the Pool Bar

It is hard to don't like something at Hipotels Flamenco. However, there are a few things I didn't like but they are personal issues, not hotel issues. Room: - the double room is 2 single beds close to each other; it was not a deal breaker but for a married couple it would have been better to have a double bed; Others: - no parking available; you should park somewhere around the hotel (if any space is available) but the city has many places closer or far away from the hotel. I recommend you park in front of the hotel on your arrival to get the baggage out and then find a parking lot. DO NOT LEAVE THE CAR in front of the hotel because busses are going in and out periodically to pick up people to and from the hotel (or even local buses).

Excellent hotel facilities, great location right near the sandy beach. Excellent staff and food/drink options in the hotel or near it. We would definitely come back again, it’s one of the best value for money we have seen for a sea resort, so totally recommend it!

The only small downside is that there are no hotel sunbeds at the beach (they cost 14-20 euro per day) and right in front of the hotel is the part of the beach with some rocks, so you have to move a bit further away to find sunbeds on the sandy part of the beach. Despite that we always managed to find good sunbeds near the hotel and the beach was gorgeous with only sand and clear blue water.

Great location in the first line near the beach in a quiet place ( about 1,5 km to the city centre with bars and restaurants). Near the hotel are located market and a few cafe’s with great food . We have HB in hotel so breakfast and dinner with variety of food ( most European cuisine ), a lots of fruits and sweets;) Staff is very friendly and client oriented, thank you so much for your service and assistance;) Room is clean, with good condition. Bed is very comfortable for sleeping. Cleaning was every day and at high quality. Entertainment provide good live music show . Good transport communication ( bus, boat, car and bike rent near the hotel), so you can easily get to nearby beaches and cities.

Awful coffee and russians in hotel….

overall a great stay, we had a room partially looking at the sea and it was still perfect, we heard the waves in the morning and fell alseep to them. unreal. we highly enjoyed the tranquility of the place as we visited out of peak season but the hotel was still packed and lively. great variety of food both for breakfast and dinner which nicely accomodate allergies as well. the bed is comfortable and you can order pillows that suit you. really goes to show the care they show towards nuances. the indoor pool is clean and enjoyable, we didn’t try the sauna. every day the animator organized a great evening, we played bingo on one of them so even if the weather was awful, the in-house programs make up for it. it’s a well-rounded hotel that insures a great stay.

the mattress is not well secured to the bed so it unfortunately moves around. the elevators seem to be not well-synchronized. among the 10+ dessert options it would be lovely to have a better ratio of dairy-free or vegan ones. not a downside but a wish and I’m aware that it’s hard to accomodate.

I stayed for 10 days in the room with half board. The room was spacious, also the bathroom, the only problem when we arrived was the beeping ventilator. The desk stuffed sent immediately technician to fix it, they came in twice and fixed it in the end. They would have offered the room change but the hotel was fully booked. The breakfast was quite good - from teas and coffees, juices to cheese and variety of bread, eggs, chicken nuggets, pancakes. For everyone there is something to find. The dinner was 7/10, sometimes like in a Micheline restaurant sometimes not that tasty. But always have variety of soups, pastas, pizzas, meat and fish with the side dishes to choose. You pay the deposit of 30e for two towels that you can change every two days.

The taste of the dinner could be better.

location is in a big resort and it’s nice for walking. we went there off season so the beach was very calm. we upgraded our room with sea view to have a better experience and it was worth it. Breakfast and SPA was nice.

our first room was sea-side view but we had no view as it was facing another building, also the room had a bad odour so we changed but also paid extra for upgrade. Swimming pool was closed due to off season but would have been good to have the SPA cleaning more regularly as it became a bit dirty as many people used the indoor pool.

Great hotel, attentive and friendly staff, amazing breakfast, good spa facilities, fun Saturday night entertainment for the guests, good prices at the bar. I especially have to note how clean and new the interior and facilities were, we were very impressed. Breakfast was so good I will dream about it later, I'm sure. Staff were very helpful.

We could not figure out how to use the tv in our room but it is our fault - maybe a little information sheet on that could be provided. Also, blankets could be a little warmer and thicker in November. We loved the pool and sauna facilities but they could be either open earlier or closed later than they were at the time.
