Location, views , breakfast, good size rooms

On the arrival I was asked to pay full amount of money for stay or I can’t get my room. It was 3 o’clock in the morning with 2 little kids. After an hour the reception person figured out I was only supposed to pay taxes as I already paid for my stay. Inside pool was always smelling like urine and water was cloudy. Sauna was locked. The restaurant staff wouldn’t let us sit together as group of 8 even there was tables free as they would have to set extra plates. Probably if I tip them I would get table every morning as it seems German guests were doing it.

We stayed for 7 nights in a one-bedroom apartment at the Hipotels Mercedes Aparthotel. It’s a very nice hotel located right on the beautiful sandy beach. Sunbeds were available for €5 per day, and pool and beach towels were provided by the hotel. The staff were very friendly and always smiling. They didn’t mind me practicing my Spanish with them, even though my level is far from perfect. The apartment was really spacious and had a side sea view. The furniture was a little outdated, but it was absolutely fine with us. The outdoor pool area was beautiful, though unfortunately, the water was already too cold to swim in by late October. Breakfast and dinner buffets were plentiful, with a variety of creative dishes. The hotel is located very close to restaurants, bars, and supermarkets (Spar, Mercadona, Lidl, HiperCentro). There is also a long shopping street just steps away. We used the public bus to get to and from the airport, and to visit the Rafa Nadal Academy in Manacor and Palma de Mallorca. Both places are definitely worth visiting! The hotel closed the season on the last day of our stay (November 1st), but the staff still made a great effort to prepare Halloween decorations and a fantastic festive dinner on the evening of October 31st. I would like to thank the hotel for everything. We really enjoyed our stay, though sadly, it wasn’t long enough!

The only thing that could have been better was the weather. ;) In late October, we had more rainy days than sunny ones.

Beautiful hotel with swimming pool and also located next to the public beach. Food quality and options were great. Big rooms. Amazingly helpful and friendly staff. There is not parking but it is easy to find a parking spot close to the hotel. Swimming big pool depth is around 150cm and entertainment is mainly for kids (ideal hotel for family with small children)

The 2 Brm apt was spacious. The location on the beach was perfect. The beach had shallow crystal clear water-great for swimming for all ages. The hotel was perfect for kids with a lifeguard at the pool. Breakfast was wonderful.

The pool was dominated by children. It’s a great family resort, but not really a pool for adult relaxation.

Great location to beach, bars and restaurants. Views of the sea and beach from the balcony were amazing and the hotel staff were very polite, hard working and friendly.

Neighbours were sometimes very noisy and children running up and down the corridor at 2am was not great.

Great location. Nearby is a beautiful beach with a good entrance and fewer people than other beaches. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Very beautiful view from the room to the sea. Large balcony with table and chairs, you can have dinner or breakfast with a beautiful view.

The staff were very friendly, the location was perfect, and the food was delicious. We loved our stay at the hotel.

We’re the only no germans there, not the hotel’s fault though, but i missed hearing more Spanish or chatting with people from other nationalities too.

We didn't eat there so I can't comment on the food but everything else was perfect and I would definatley stay there again and recommend it to others.

There weren't alot of guests at this time of year, but this was actually a positive. Not sure if the jacuzzi worked but that also wasn't needed as the outdoor pool was great because it was hot.
