Breakfast was ok with a lot of options but not high quality bread, sauces, cheese, desserts etc. Super clean, no issues, all easy, ac working well.

One particular receptionist was very rude when I asked if there was umbrella for me to use for me and my baby to go for breakfast (cause it is not in the same building and it was raining very heavily), she simply said they do not have an umbrella, but when I came back I saw a guy giving her back one so I took it to use for my baby. The issue here is that she was very rude and did not answer as we expect a receptionist to respond to a guest. Also, I wish I had a double bed, but I had two single ones joined instead.

The hotel is very well located, just a couple of minutes to the beach and to the sister-hotel where the food is served. The staff was friendly and ready to help or give advice. Our room was very clean with a nice balcony and the side see view. The internet in the room was fast enough. Air Condition very good. The food is served in the sister-hotel La Santa Maria, two minutes away. The open buffet was very good. We had breakfast and dinner all the 10 days of our vacation. The variety of food is satisfying, always something for everyone. Great coffee, great deserts, ice cream, fresh fruits, for dinner variety of fish, pork and chicken. Especially the staff in the restaurant was wonderful. There is also the gentleman at the desk near reception who gives advice on what you can do and visit on the island. You can also arrange the trips there. For the price we paid, we were very satisfied.

The plaits at the restaurant were not always well washed previously. During breakfast you can take coffee and juices as much as you want, but during dinner you have to pay extra for drinks. The walls between the rooms are very thin so you can hear your neighbors. There are no french beds at all. We are a young couple but we got two single beds brought together. Check-in is a bit late, at 14 o'clock.

Very clean room. Cleaning every day, towels changed every day. Breakfasts are delicious. Very convenient location. From the balcony there was a view of the mountains on one side and the sea on the other.

The room was very noisy because of the music playing in the night club next to the hotel.

Breakfast was excellent, great choice and freshly cooked eggs and bacon. Lots of choice for vegetarians as well. Food to suit everyone's taste. The pool and surrounding areas couldn't be faulted. Lovely location not far from the beach. Cala Millor is a lovely, very clean place to visit.

The only downsides was the view from the balcony, faced a building and the proximity to the loud disco which played until 4 am.

Location is good just a few steps to the beach and the terrace had a nice view. Breakfast was great, with nice selection of sweet and salty options. Parking was very easy to find just across the street.

Our bathroom had some issue so it collected water so that our floor was constantly wet. It was cleaned every day bay the staff but it seem to be a structural issue (maybe it was just our room)

Little noise from nearby club, breakfast was in another hotel 5 minutes walk,no fridge in room,did not have great view.

- Breakfast was good, not amazing food, but in relation to quality- the price was good! - The staff was very helpful and lovely. - enough space to park around the hotel - really close to the beach - The hotel had a swimming pool, although we didn't get to use it as we left every day for a different beach.

Excellent location, super market and bus station near by. The breakfasf is well served and everything was delicious.

Our room was opossite of the carting race track and sometimes was a little bit noisy.

The staff were very helpful. Excellently placed for all the bars, shops an beach. Free bustop two mins away to safari park . Bus stop for airport 1 min away couldn't ask for better. The breakfast has a fantastic selection. Very clean an comfortable hotel. Would definitely go back

Some if the entertainment wasn't great . But the singers were very good

Location was great, 5 min walk to beach and away from loud night life. Friendly desk staff. Great breakfast with lots of variety. Nice pool. Cheap snooker. Clean and simple room.

Karting track close by, noisy until after midnight which is not good for light sleepers. Room and breakfast staff not so friendly.
