Property is ideally located by the beach. It’s lovely and quiet for families. Beds and sofa beds are very comfortable. Sofa beds are thick like mattresses and our daughters slept well. Duvets available in closet making it more cosy. Loads of wardrobe space for a family of 4. Staff were very pleasant and kind to children. Breakfast was very varied and tables always available. Pool bar has plenty of variation.

Rooms a little dated but extremely clean Water is intermittent in evening time ( probably due to peak use as people preparing to go out for dinner), it can go between hot and cold. Showers over bath so not ideal for a taller person A little pricey for standard of rooms- as mentioned, a tad dated but spotlessly clean.

The room was very spacious, nicely laid out and the balcony had a great view from the 5th floor. The room was cleaned daily and we were very happy with this service. The beds were very comfortable and the room was not too hot. We had breakfast each day in the hotel and could not recommend this more - the breakfast has every option you could think of. Food was fresh everyday and options were varied day to day. The pool has plenty of loungers, we never struggled to get a sun lounger. The pool was clean every day and the poolside bar had great options for both drinks and food. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is located close to the beach and the promenade along the beach. We will definitely return to another Hipotel hotel on our next visit to Majorca.

Had a good 11 nights there. Staff is brilliant there! ❤️ Quiet location, close to the beach, beach is just around the corner. Shops nearby. Lidl is 15 min walk from the hotel, and there is also MCDonalds near Lidl. All the attractions are also 15 min walk from the hotel. Bike and car rental is around 5min walk from the hotel. It was busy during our stay, but despite this it was really quiet there. We have booked only breakfast, pretty much the same every day, but i think it is the same in every hotel. Despite this we still had a decent breakfast everyday. And it was first hotel where pool water was warm. It might be because it was 35 degrees outside, but still much warmer water than in any other hotel we have been to. Overall a really nice stay! ❤️

Lack of entertainment. There was some entertainment for the kids every day, but not much for adults. It wasn’t bothering us, because we were outside of the hotel for most of the day 😅 And only thing about the cleaning, i’m not sure how it supposed to work, but i thought if cleaner was coming that they would clean everything, even wash the dishes. We ended up buying washing liquid and sponge to wash it ourself. It is not a big deal, we can do it, but i thought that it is included in the price we payed 😅

Good and various breakfast and dinnerbuffet (we uppgraded breakfast only and had four dinners at hotel buffet). Very nice and helpfull staff. Reasonable prices and excellent service at the bar. Also very active entertainment crew. Hotel lobby, pool and all the common areas were new, stylish and very clean. Pool was a little bit too small but handy, took a little bit time to get used to very salty sea water on the pool. Hotel room was a little bit old fashioned and worn out, but very clean and practical for a family. Uppgrading to seaview apartment was worth paying, stunning view from the 7th floor to the beach and sea.

Food was great, very good variety especially for the dinner. Hotel is very close to the beach. The room was solid and very quiet, ours was facing pine woods. There are showers and towels available for guests after check out. Everybody at reception was very polite and helpful.

The staff at the restaurant was acting a bit unpleasantly sometimes - especially right after working hours when they want to finish shift.

Super nice ocean view from the balcony. The configuration of the room is comfortable, with a mini kitchen and living room. The chairs in the apartment were also very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location - not busy area, very close to the forest (the air is fantastic) and the beach, although it takes some walking to the center of the town and the majority of restaurants. This is a matter of taste, I personally appreciated the exercise. The staff are very nice and helpful. Great variety of options in the breakfast buffet. Cala Millor is a very relaxing small town, with good vibes. Lidl and Mercadona are just 15 min walking distance from the hotel, which enabled us to avoid the high-priced goods at Spar.

Although overall comfortable, the beds in our room were a bit unstable and light. The sofa beds were okay comfy however the fabric without a sheet was a bit itchy. The kitchen has just the minimum amount of apparel, plates, cutlery. It was enough for two but I think it'd be a bit tight for a family.

Close to the beach, alright pool, pool towels, clean room. Alright buffet, but have had better. Quiet area, not too hard to find street parking. Walking distance to two close tourist areas. Good beds to sleep in.

Rooms could use an upgrade in terms of utilities and appearance. Water in the shower was unstable in terms of hot/cold. Could be ice cold in one moment and very hot in the next.

Great sea view , location is awesome - a few steps to the sea and next to park. All shops are around. room with a kitchen is good for cooking and having breakfast/lunch. Rooms is big, bathroom is big, a lot of space. Atmosphere on the balcony is amazing , you can enter from both places of the living place. Laundry is downstairs if you need.

Would be great to have at least one soft pillow

Great location, 5 minutes from stoning beach. The hotel has all facilities you will need: indoor heated pool, sauna, massage, great restaurant, outdoor pool, kids club, library and more :). Close to hotel are many activities for all family: horse riding, bike renting, mini golf...Lovely local restaurants with sea food in area as well. Warm recommendation for relaxing family holidays.

Everything was great.

The room with a sea view is the one worth paying little extra for - I guarantee that the view will stay with you for a long time. Additionally, if you're there in the right time of the year, you will see sunrises and moon rises and these are really one worth staying in the room for. Rooms are fair size and equipped good enough to stay for as long as you want. Staff cleans them 6 days a week (except Mondays). We have been celebrating a birthday at time, so ordered a cake through reception (for 4 ppl costs 20 EURO - 17,50 for the cake and reception takes another 2,50 for ordering it). Also, if you have kids celebrating birthday, there's a chance they get a little gift from the hotel staff. Breakfasts were good - great variety of good food to choose from - be prepared that sometimes you need to wait in line to get the table - I guess it's because it's served between 8:00 - 10:30.

Staff at the reception might be sometimes more professional and helpful. We were dealing mostly in English and sometimes needed to ask in Spanish or repeat few time to get what we needed. It also depends on the fact who you are dealing with. Also, be prepared, if you go in September, as we did, the pool is in direct sun only in the morning and then partially in the early afternoon. Neither outside nor inside pools are heated (I guess it's standard in Spain), therefore water can feel colder than the one in the see.
