Great location. We took an evening stroll everyday...it's a lively town 👌The food was great different main dishes daily, lots og options. The kids loved the pool 💪 but got kinda dirty/sandy at the end of the day ..but that is mostly because of the guests. Room got clean daily too 👌

How people/guests just took an entire plate some even 2 plates of the main dishes. Fx there were a steak night/pork chop...and people had an audacity to fill the plate with just meats...not even a side dish or whatever...even if there were already a long que/line...

Everything was lovely the food was good I read comments and they weren't good . But value for money . Not a very extensive buffet but the food was very tasty.

Bed too soft for me I have a bad back but I slept well . I am sure a lot of people would find it very comfortable. The drinks in the bar not great we couldn't drink the white wine . The wine in the restaurant was spot on.

The food the cleansliness of the hotel was exceptional the staff went above and beyond to help out where needed. I would stay again.

The bad thing about the hotel that let everything down was the fact of some beds was constantly being reserved couldn't get on the sunbeds at all due to them being reserved and nobody was on them all day so we think the hotel would benefit from having a few more sunbeds around the bigger pool.

Location was central and easy to access, staff were fantastic especially Lauren the man on the front desk, the hotel was clean and when I said there were ants in my room it was sorted straight away and I didn’t see an ant for the rest of my holiday.

There wasn’t enough choice of food, not enough vegetables , there weren’t enough sunbeds. My daughter is disabled and I need a bed for her. As a single mother of 3 I was unable to stand in line waiting for the doors to open to run for a sunbed and people were not willing to give theirs up for her. Staff weren’t able to help me one day but then we’re able to hold back 1 bed for my daughter for a few days. There should be some beds kept back or hidden for disabilities. Also the windows seemed like they were fully opened from the noise of the entertainment. I had to pack around the windows with towels but this didn’t help.

Staff members is nice, breakfast, lunch and dinner was good, all inclusive drinks was good choices, no issues with food and drinks, but was impressed with my late check out, we were allowed use all facilities plus have a lunch and drinks which was plus for all family.

We have visited this hotel for the 2nd time and loved our stay just as much as we did the first time Good variety of food and drinks for all inclusive Comfortable rooms and very clean, rooms cleaned daily without fail and all staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble

Hotel was clean, food at meal times was good, selection of drinks was good and varied. Entertainment was pretty good. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful.

The snack bar was really poor which meant you really had to plan to eat in the main restaurant when it was open. The public toilets ran out of soap and toilet paper regularly and took a while to be restocked.

Staff were like family to us, always available and efficient in dealing with all queries. The evening programme was fine, although it was not possible for staff to get anybody for the morning fitness. Lazy British tourists like ourselves! The beach was a 10 min walk distance, but there was a bit too much seaweed at this time. There are plenty of places for dining out and convenience shops around. Enjoyed everything very much!

Everything was fine! The room was clean, but probably a bit too plain decor. A kettle or a tea/coffee maker in the room would vome in handy, although coffee in the bar was always available and cheap.

The beds were comfortable staff were nice and friendly , the rooms cleaned regularly, food was nothing special but good value for the price of the stay , it is not 5 star but a great family budget holiday

I really liked the staff, helpful, kind and always with a smile. The selection of food is not very big, but there was definitely enough of everything. The room, pools was great.

to get a sunbed at the pool, you have to stand in line before 9, otherwise you will have to sit on a chair.
