The friendly professional staff are the best thing about this hotel. From the efficient reception team, to the cleaning and kitchen staff, every member greeted guests with a smile and a friendly "buenas dias". The room was clean and comfortable. The location, one block back from the oceanfront, was good.

The clientele was overwhelmingly German, so of course the food (and even the TV channels!) catered to this. Hard to get a spot around the pool with everyone staking their claim early with their beach towels. Smoking and vaping in common areas and especially by the pool was very off-putting

Best buffet ever! We had 7 days all inclusive vacation for 6 person in several countries, Egypte, Austria…in the same level of hotels, and the food of mariant was the best. We had all kinds of meat , beaf and lamb, seafood for choice , for children and older people there were enough fruit as well. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful, they helped us with rental car( good prices), shuttle bus, and other tickets arrangements. I have more than 10years experience with booking.com, and I strongly recommend this hotel for all ages.

It’s a bit old hotel but every thing is functional. The shower is powerful and stable.

The location was excellent.

The pool closed too early. Parking a car was too dificult. No parking space. No towels for pool.

the hotel is easy to reach by the public bus from the airport. it has good indoor and outdoor swimming pool. the all inclusive meals are good with different varieties and seafood. I booked at the nearby three star of the same group and was promoted to this four star one due to overbooking of the other one. it is a very pleasant experience in general.

occasionally the food and fruits are not always fresh. suggest to cook less each meal and provide fresh ones. the facilities in the room are not up to the standard of a 4 star and quite old.

Hotel is very good, especially for that price in this time of year. Thanks for showing double room, I booked single but it was too small for me, so I payed little extra and had nice big room. My room was in another building but the view was great from 3rd floor. Food great, many kinds, desserts, fresh fruit, drinks good. Close to beach, bus stop. Close to 2 nice beaches. I think it's perfect for that price, would highly recommend. I had all inclusive and late flight, but I was allowed to stay inside hotel so thank you for that. With these prices it's a perfect spot really. Also beds are good, firm.

The location was ideal. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel itself was very tidy and well maintained. The staff obviously care about the service they provide and want to do a good job. The thing that impressed me was when we arrived, it was 2am due to a late flight, when we went to the desk we were given a brown paper bag with water, sandwiches, and fruit inside to tie us over until breakfast. Very thoughtful.

The size of the cups for the drinks were very small. And there was nowhere to recycle them.

The food was great, the beds were comfortable. Most of the receptionists could speak also Czech or Slovak. We really loved the stay there!

Internet connection was poor. In our room (last floor, edge of the building) wasn't working at all. In the last floor at the edge of the building can be heard some noises from air circulation which is on the roof, but we got used to it.

Very clean,and nice staff everything you need for a good holiday

The location is very nice, close to the bus station that led you to many wonderful places like the Cuevas del Drach, it’s close to two beaches, the people were very nice and the food very good as well!

The place is not so clean, the dishes and cutlery were not washed very well and also in our bathroom we noticed that the bathtub and sink are also not so clean as well. The system they use is also very old, which took quite a bit to do the check in.

It was a great experience (again) - from welcoming team on reception when we arrived to great food, fun entertainment, comfortable room and unbeatable location.

There is nothing much to complain about - we really enjoyed our stay.
