Nice hotel right next to the beach. No parking but easy enough to find parking in the streets close to the hotel. The staff were kind and helpful. We couldn’t get late checkout because the rooms were booked but they have a luggage room and a shower room that is free, and it was really great.

The only thing that surprised us was that there was no table water for dinner for the half-board. I understand drinks like sodas and beers but normal still water should be free, especially when they have water machines out in the hallways. They could just put one of the machines in the dining room and we’ll take the water ourselves.

The facilities were super clean and rooms were serviced every day. Lovely staff members, always very friendly and responsive. An option to have fresh towels every day too. It helped that the room had a mini fridge as well and a lovely balcony. We only had brekfast included in our package and it was amazing. Large choice and very fresh produce and ingredients. Would reccomend.

The swimming pool was open only until 18.00. We wished we could go for a swim later at night, it was slightly dissapointing it closed so early at 18.00 every night.

My family and I enjoyed the buffet styled breakfast, lunch and dinner however we thought there could be more chicken options available as one of the members of our party only ate chicken. Otherwise, the variety was great and delicious. Pep Joan was particularly helpful and a wonderful receptionist who greeted us on our first night there when we checked in.

We visited during midspring and it would be nice to have a warmed pool and later pool hours since the sun sets at 9pm during these times. The hours for the sky deck was also very limited.

To begin with definitely the Staff, they genuinely value all the customers who are staying at their hotel. The entire package is value for money, since we had taken the half pension plan. The location is amazing and you get a feeling of having access to a Private beach. All in all was an amazing holiday.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had a lovely view. The hotel breakfast exceeded our expectations. It was overall great value for money. Rooftop bar offered amazing uninterrupted views. Easy access to local walks around castle.

The air conditioning was not working and was not being turned on yet, making the nights very uncomfortable

Everything was great. The staff is exceptionally kind and friendly and they also speak plenty of languages (Spanish, English, German, Polish ...). The rooms were beautiful and always cleans, also their shampoo smells wonderful. The food was good and fresh, no leftovers from previous days, for dinner there was always something new and always delicious. The location is great and peaceful, very beautiful.

For check in and check out we spent more than half hour. There are two elevators, one really small, our stroller didn’t fit, other one big, but the problem was that elevators work as one. If you call big one you might get a small one because which one is closer that one is gonna come. So many time we just carried our baby stroller stairs.

wish room had some forks or spoons because we brought some leftover food from restaurant and staff at reception or staff at the bar didn't lend us any so we couldnt finish the food. not sure why staff at the bar didn't even offer us spoons when they clearly had them next to them.

Amazing stay! Friendly staff, beautiful room with a great view, excellent location. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Loved the free water in the room and hotel. Everything was perfect – highly recommended!

Everything was just fine. The size of the room, bathroom. Food was excellent. Perhaps the only thing which bothered me was that we didn't have an electric kettle in the room as my wife loves tea before bed but I guess I can't have everything.
