2 pools, a lot of amenities for kids, very good location, close to everything - Sa coma beach, transfer to safari zoo, bus stop (bus going to the airport) are 5 minutes walk, Sa Coma market once a week is just around the corner, a lot of sovenir shops and restaurants are close as well. Good idea with seperate buffet for kids. Last but not least excellent staff in the hotel. Restaurant, bar, cleaning and reception personel all of them were super friendly and professional. I don’t know how restaurant staff can work so fast during meal hours 😄

Old interior of our room, bed matress and pillows are very uncomfortable, making noices with every single movement. On top of that it is very loud at nights, because there are not “normal” windows on the hall so you can hear everything from the nearby bars, music first stopped around 1 A.M. We stayed for a week and because of these two above we haven’t slept good a single night. Food in the restaurant was not the best, missing spices and some meat was hard to cut with a knive.

Overall our stay was very good and would recommend this. The hotel is close to bus stop to airport, Palma and Safari park. The beds were comfortable including the sofa beds. The view from 6th floor balcony is amazing. Breakfast was open buffet with lots of options. Many activities for children and adults around outdoor swimming pool. Football for kids, table tennis, mini play area, pool tables.

Dinner was a bit expensive. You can get better price and better quality at the restaurants near to the hotel. Indoor swimming pool had lots of hair and children got sick after. Some staff at breakfast were not so polite because it was end of season on 1st Nov and were looking to go on their holiday.

missing a snack bar in “dead” times between breakfast and lunch and same missing between lunch and dinner as is normall in other hotels for the “all inclusive” program, if you come from any trips in such times there is no possibility to eat any small dish for all inclusive guests…

The staff were all great especially around the bar and restaurant were particularly helpful. Mario and Migue were always friendly and fun with the kids and always ready to serve you without ever having to wait. Food selection was perfect something for everyone and plenty of fresh healthy food every day. The 3 zone pool area is perfect for different kinds of entertainment and cooling off. Our room was spacious and the sofa bed was two great single beds for the kids and really comfortable. Balcony good size with sea and pool views. Entertainment was good all round. With neighbouring properties offer later entertainment if you want it. Lovely beach and water quality safe for kids swimming. Good run along the prom around the bay for a 6k blast too in the morning. Great holiday all round

Beach is 5minutes of walking, kids pool was amazing, playground area was also handy. The double bed in the bedroom is very comfy. I was sleeping whole night. The food was mostly excellent, but over the weekend a weaker shift cooked and it was obvious or just the boss was off

It wasn't a problem but I have to mention it. The sofa bed was not horizontal, so the children's feet were uphill. The equipment is old, it deserves revitalization, no hotel parking place, the window from the bedroom is on the common corridor, weaker shift in the kitchen sometimes, NO JAMON, the childrens corner was poor, I expect to see something more than just chips, pasta with tomato sauce and basic meat

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was really nice, from the reception, to the staff in the restaurant and from the animation, the ladies who cleaned the room. The hotel is located in a quiet street, close to the beach and is very clean. The food is excellent. My 3 year old daughter had a really good time during the 7 days we have spent there and we were very happy she enjoyed it.

-We had the room 415, on the 4th floor. Starting with 10 PM till 11 PM was a lot of noise and loud music coming from the hotel from across our bedroom. -The bedroom was pretty small and had only very little natural light -The wardrobe smelled like old wood. I had to leave all the stuff in the luggage during our stay.

Well managed hotel, clean, large rooms, very close to the beach. I really appreciated the fact that, although I arrived late and didn't have dinner, I found our dinner from the hotel in the fridge. Being hungry after almost 5 hours of flight, this caught us very well. Sa Coma is a quiet resort with a gorgeous beach, with a very nice promenade. Very varied breakfast and dinner. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there were new dishes on the menu every day, it was not capped as we have seen in other hotels, which is very good. Live entertainment activities every evening, overall an ok hotel for families with children, a lot of children in this hotel.

During the 5 nights, the bed linen was not changed, for a 4 star hotel this is not ok. The bed in the bedroom was not restful, the mattresses on the bed had uneven depths, the furniture in general a little outdated. Having a fully equipped kitchenette, a putty for washing dishes would be useful. Because it is a hotel intended for families with children, the noise in the restaurant can sometimes be slightly disturbing.

Great number of activities for kids on location, so with a small child it's a paradise, especially if you're into a relaxing, don't-get-out-of-the-hotel kind of vacation. So much so, you may risk _not getting out of the hotel_ for the duration of your stay! Great pool, great food as well on location, and within 5 mins from the beach (if you actually want to go out of the hotel).

While the rooms were very well equipped, what was missing was basics such as dish washing detergent. Though I can understand this is the kind of thing others may want to take with them at home once it's provided...

Very clean hotel, room with separate living room, comfortable bed, many children activities, really tasty evening buffet

We only had two negatives. 1.The children’s pool was very cold. The play area in the pool has water flowing over it, so when the water was on, the children couldn’t play there because it was too cold. 2. We didn’t have all the days half board so we didn’t get a bracelet like most people in the hotel. Every evening at the restaurant we were asked why we didn’t have a bracelet and had to explain and show the receipt. That could definitely be optimized

Everything.. staff were AMAZING.. I informed them that we were there for the weekend for borthdyas and 15th anniversary and they surprised us with not only a bottle of bubbly but a fruit basket and chocolates for the kids. Super clean. Bed really comfy and staff attentive and very kind..smiling even after 12 hour shifts!! Breakfast was great! Cute kids station, Cava on Sundays ( hair of the dog maybe!) Or catering for the more German side( wonderful full English with cava. and Orange juice!) We only went for breakfast as we had a little kitchen and have super picky kids, dad who is constantly on Bikini operation and a mum, me, who is always "starting a diet next week" kids disco and club cool, activities fun but low key as Summer season just warming up.. lots of kids, families and just a bit of relax from it all!

Indoor pool was chilly.. well actually a Outdoors too! But I am cold even in summer! My son lasted all day, each hour in the pool and slides!
