Excellent hotel for a young family! It’s very much tailored towards accommodating younger children, with plenty going on to keep them entertained. The whole place is clean and tidy, and the staff are constantly working hard—I’ve honestly never seen so many staff at a hotel before, which makes everything run smoothl

There could be a bit more on offer for adults, but overall it’s really good, in a great location, and well-suited to families. The only downside is that the pool does get overcrowded at times.

First of all it is clear that this is hotel for families with children and only for them :) Very good location of the hotel. The Staff was always very nice and helpful. Close to the nice beach. Absolutely enough number of sunbeds near the pools. The pools clean and most of the times big enough. High quality of the food. Breakfasts and dinners are very high quality! If you come with rented car there is a close parking and many shops and restaurants! We could definitely come again to this hotel.

The only issue that might effect the stay are old rooms. Old furniture, really outdated. If Hipotels would invest in the renovation the apartments than that would be perfect city hotel!

Hipotels Coma Gran has got a big swimming pool with plenty of planned activities for families in the pool (volleyball, gym, dance, pool), and also a kids water slides just nearby. The property is clean, well looked after. The staff is very kind, helpful, and professional. The entertainment was well organised.

Our room was facing the swimming pool, and that is also the area with the stage for entertainment. Despite the closed balcony door, it was still pretty loud. If your kid is a sensitive sleeper, I would advise against a room that faces the swimming pool. As the area in general is surrounded by hotels, I do not know if other room options would solve the issue with pretty loud entertainment all around, so may be earplugs could be a solution.

What we liked most about the hotel was the children's play area, which my kids really enjoyed. The pools, the activities in the pools, the soccer field and the playground. We have no complaints about the room. The beds were comfortable, the cleanliness always impeccable. The comments here really are true. The hotel staff are also very polite and kind.

The only thing I have to complain about is the coffee. Not the breakfast or the food. None of the days I was able to have a coffee (espresso) because the only one available in a machine was very bad. I had to leave the hotel to get an espresso. Unfortunately.

Location. The location of the coma Gran is perfect. it's a easy 5 min walk to the bus stop (which are few and far between) and approx 10 min walk to big supermarket. the room was very clean, the maid is here six days out of seven and does an amazing job. the room was perfect for two adults and two kids. we had floor 5, room 525 and it overlooked part of the street with a sea view. inside the room there is new kettle and toaster and two jobs, we made some great meals here. Also for restaurants, you have the highly recommended "LA CASITA 1 and 2" very close by, amazing food at very good prices. Beach is only 5 mins walk also, nice beach. and you have a really nice walk to old.ruin on he hill top. highly recommend this hotel. we will be back 🥳

Nothing is perfect, that's life. Absolutely.no complaints here, we were very happy we chose this hotel.

We stayed here as a family with our 5-year-old daughter and had a lovely time overall. The food was of very good quality, the room was clean, and the cool temperature inside was a big plus during the hot weather. There were great shows in the evenings, fun kids’ programs, and the water area was fantastic – perfect for families.

What could be improved: the shower wasn’t very comfortable, and a bathroom renovation would definitely increase the comfort level. Also, the area around the pool drain was a bit moldy and could use better cleaning.

2 pools, a lot of amenities for kids, very good location, close to everything - Sa coma beach, transfer to safari zoo, bus stop (bus going to the airport) are 5 minutes walk, Sa Coma market once a week is just around the corner, a lot of sovenir shops and restaurants are close as well. Good idea with seperate buffet for kids. Last but not least excellent staff in the hotel. Restaurant, bar, cleaning and reception personel all of them were super friendly and professional. I don’t know how restaurant staff can work so fast during meal hours 😄

Old interior of our room, bed matress and pillows are very uncomfortable, making noices with every single movement. On top of that it is very loud at nights, because there are not “normal” windows on the hall so you can hear everything from the nearby bars, music first stopped around 1 A.M. We stayed for a week and because of these two above we haven’t slept good a single night. Food in the restaurant was not the best, missing spices and some meat was hard to cut with a knive.

Nice and hostile personnel, except of reception where we had to fight a bit for the new room, however the new room was great. The initial one was just above the music bar and it was very noisy during night hours. Food was of a good quality with variety of choices. Entertainment for kids and outside playground was also good. Unfortunately we were not able to fully utilize the outdoor pool due to bad weather conditions, so would be great if the pool is heated, as the water was pretty cold.

Overall our stay was very good and would recommend this. The hotel is close to bus stop to airport, Palma and Safari park. The beds were comfortable including the sofa beds. The view from 6th floor balcony is amazing. Breakfast was open buffet with lots of options. Many activities for children and adults around outdoor swimming pool. Football for kids, table tennis, mini play area, pool tables.

Dinner was a bit expensive. You can get better price and better quality at the restaurants near to the hotel. Indoor swimming pool had lots of hair and children got sick after. Some staff at breakfast were not so polite because it was end of season on 1st Nov and were looking to go on their holiday.

The staff were all great especially around the bar and restaurant were particularly helpful. Mario and Migue were always friendly and fun with the kids and always ready to serve you without ever having to wait. Food selection was perfect something for everyone and plenty of fresh healthy food every day. The 3 zone pool area is perfect for different kinds of entertainment and cooling off. Our room was spacious and the sofa bed was two great single beds for the kids and really comfortable. Balcony good size with sea and pool views. Entertainment was good all round. With neighbouring properties offer later entertainment if you want it. Lovely beach and water quality safe for kids swimming. Good run along the prom around the bay for a 6k blast too in the morning. Great holiday all round
