Great location, the hotel is right in front of the beach, we had front view and waking up to see the sea out of our balcony was just...amazing. You're also just 20/30min away from the most beautiful beaches in the isle. I'd recommend renting a car to move easily. We had paid for breakfast and dinners, the food and the variety was really good. The hotel itself and the bedroom were really nice and comfortable, very clean too. The staff was always lovely and very helpful. We really liked it and would happily come back.

Our only issue was with the buffet cards, I had read about this before booking but thought it wasn't important, they do put cards but miss a lot of them, and sometimes it was hard telling what was what, I don't have any allergies or food restrictions but it was still a bit annoying having to guess.

Amazing location and views; Great breakfast and dinner buffet with huge variety of food; Nice staff; Good animations during day and every night for adult and children; Cleanliness of the pool; Nice gym facility; Friendly staff; Snacks for lunch in the hotel bar are very affordable.

Not really negatives, just some notes: Water could be included in the buffet dinner as refill, just like in breakfast, while keeping all the other beverages to be paid on the side; Pool is nice but not very big for the high season; Rooms are very basic and not too spacious Anyway I would book again.

The Hotel was exceptional, great location on a quieter side of Calla Millor with lots of bars and restaurants close by. There was plenty of space and availability of sunbeds both at the pool and on the beach (although you do need to pay a small amount per day for sunbeds on the beach). The view of the sea was spectacular, and we really enjoyed late evenings on the balcony. The buffet style dinner and breakfast was really good, everything super fresh with a wide variety. Plenty of parking on off street parking (no fee).

Only comment is that there should be a small coffee making machine in the room....

The hotel is clean and most rooms have a very large side view to the sea. Pool area is very nice and clean and the balcony view is amazing. The food was one of the best I ever found in a hotel, with a lot of variety, for all tastes and specific allergies. Lots of fruits and vegetables as well. Our friend who has celiac disease was able to have lots of gluten free options. They also had fresh grilled meat every night and very delicious sea fruit (the grilled sepia was incredible!). There were plenty of fresh towels and sufficient toilet paper and the cleaning ladies cleaned our room every day.They had a show for children every night and also later during the night for adults live music. We had water aerobic with a very nice instructor (included in the price). The staff was very nice and helpful. They were also very welcoming and prepared a cold buffet in the dining room for us as we checked in very late in the night(23 pm).

The clothing rack from the balcony is insufficient, it was a bit challenging to dry our textiles whenever we came from the beach. Even though this is not about the hotel, it is worth mentioning: the beach in front of the hotel and also the nearby ones had a very bad entry in the water, with large rocks and holes and some people hurt their feet trying to get in. We did not allow our children to enter the water there, as it was really slippery and the holes under the water and between the rocks were really dangerous. But if you rent a car, there is a beach at the other side of the town, Cala Petita, which was great. There are also other beaches which I recommend: in Cala Mesquida and in Alcudia, but you need to drive 30-60 minutes.

Views from the rooms were spectacular. Excellent breakfast. Excellent facilities for disabled people. One of our group was in a wheelchair and the wheelchair accessible room was very spacious with good shower chair and hand rails in the bathroom. Also the lift for the pool was very easy to use and lots of ramps in hotel.

Gym could be a bit bigger but plenty of equipment to do a workout. Snack bar for lunch closes at 2:30pm would be good if it opened until 3:30pm as would not be hungry until later after the breakfast.

Breakfast was perfect, room size is more than enough, we had a sea view room which was more than amazing even from the 2nd floor, half board was perfect, the dinner usually was pretty good, there were some days where we were struggling to pick something tasty for us, but it's based on preference. The cleanliness was great in the room and hotel staff were super kind, on the reception Javier (hope i do type his name correctly) was absolutely our favourite, he helped us a lot, by this way we would like to appreciate him again his efforts. Overall a recommended hotel, with pretty decent price tag!

Probably the only thing we would improve / change are the mattresses as they were separated + the beds also. Of course we knew it in advanced so it was not something we didn't know in advanced!

Absolutely amazing vacation!! We had a room with sea view from balcony and it was definitely worth it. I recommend this type of room. You can see all this georgeous sunrise almost right from your bed :-) Room was very clean, all necessary accessories were available. Lady from cleaning service was very nice and polite. Comfy bed, good working A/C, large space in bedroom also in the bathroom. There is also a cozy sitting in balcony with direct view on the beach and sea waves :-) There is a private pool, with enough sunbeds for hotel's customers, also you can pay for your private "bali sunbed" for 12€/day (enough space for 2-3 people, or family with children) and non-alcoholic drinks/cocktails included. You can borrrow hotel's towels for beach/pool for deposit 15€/person, and you can change them daily. Waiters in the pool bar were very friendly and polite.... actually, all staff we met was really amazing, smiling and helpful... 5*/5* !! Beautiful sandy beach was 1 min walking from hotel. Centre of Cala Millor was ca 10 - 15 minutes walking. Every day there were an animation or some kind of program, aqua zumba/cocktail game/karaoke show/mini disco show for children and evening show for adults (e.g.flamenco show, magic show,..) Food in the restaurant was really amazing... a lot of choices, you could find there really everything - a lot of local food, sea food, also continental food, fruits and vegetables, pasta, a plenty options of meat, rice, cakes, sweets, ice-cream, appetizers, for breakfast also all kinds of juices and limonades, quesadilla, crepes and churros, scrambled eggs and toasts. There was a lot of choices for everyone, even if you're vegan, vegetarian or "carnivor" :-) Food was always warm, staff took care properly to add it continuously.

- A lot of german tourists, therefore personal spoke mostly german/spanish. - Trinkgeld cash only. - It was also unusual that pool closure time was at 18:00, although pool bar was open till midnight.

A perfect hotel with such delicious food that you will definitely be satisfied with! The best staff ever ! Greetings to you all ! Hello, I rate my stay at the hotel very good. The hotel is clean and well-kept, the rooms are cleaned every day, breakfast is very good, everyone will find something for themselves. Very close to a nice sandy beach, gentle access to the sea. I recommend the hotel for a vacation.

Breakfast was amazing! Such a wide assortment of all kinds of dishes, warm and cold, a full bread cabinet. And everything was delicious!

Not a biggie but we would have liked to get more info at check-in, specially since there was nobody else there so they had time. There were many areas and services available so it would have been nice rather than trying to discover it on our own.
