Clean and comfortable small hotel. Nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Good swimming pool with chairs, umbrellas, and a lifeguard. Within walking distance downhill and to the right to Platja Murada and downhill and to the left to Platja Domingos.

There was parking at the hotel for 10 Euro per day. The street parking, I was able to find street parking nearby in early June 2025. However, it will be difficult in July and August, I'd imagine to find street parking. The breakfast was good. I suggest also offering fried eggs, not just scrambled and hard boiled. Other than that, a very nice little hotel.

The hotel was very nice with staff always ready to help and support. Room was always clean, cleaning ladies always helpfull, the property is very beautiful, very well taken care with a lot of activities table tennis, tennis places, beautiful swimming pool and good entertainment programm. The restaurant and bar in the hotel are very good. Kitchen chef makes amazing fresh sushi! Recommend it highly and also amazing cocktails. Rooms are spacious with big balconies with great view during the day sunsets and evening. Hotel is surronded with a bar and 2 local restaurants and a beach 5 min by walk with also a great restaurant on the beach. We really enjoyed the whole experience and Cala Murada. When we arrived we got a room that was looking on parking but asked a very kind gentleman on the reception for an upgrade with sea view which he gave us (for free). He was very nice. Room is a decent size, with balcony and a nice bathroom. The hotel has a bar with pool tables, also has the pool in the yard. Breakfast was ok, standard i’d say. Keep in mind that Cala Murada is a small place with not much to do. If you are coming to Mallorca to just have some rest this is a sweet spot to be at. My friend and I rented a car and drove around the island so it was perfect!

If I’m being nitpicky the balcony door was banging a bit the first night because it was windy. And maybe breakfast could be better.

I spent 5 days with with 4 friends in mid September. These were my highlights: STAFF The BEST thing about this hotel is the staff. Everyone working there was kind, polite, very well mannered, friendly and happy to help. Our flight to Mallorca was cancelled which caused us to miss our 1st night and 1st breakfast. The manager was very kind and gave us some freebies to compensate, even though our delay was not caused by the hotel. He arranged for a complementary bottle of bubbly to be delivered to my room (for my birthday) and they also decorated with balloons. The staff at the breakfast buffet were so kind and lovely; they made us feel very welcome every morning. The housekeeping staff were also very nice, especially Quina. BREAKFAST Based on other people's reviews, I had some reservations about the breakfast. But honestly, I don't know how anyone can complain about it! It is true that they offer the same items every day, but there is a wide variety of foods to choose from, so you can actually eat something different every day if you want. There is a hot buffer with bacon, scrambled eggs and sausages; a cold buffet with cold meats, cheeses, fresh vegetables, dressings & tuna; a selection of cereals and dry fruits, yogurt, fresh cheese, eggs, different types of milk, loads of fresh fruit, fruit juice and flavoured water, and a large variety of breads and pastries. There are two hot drink machines that serve all sorts of hot beverages. We enjoyed our breakfast every day and did not get bored at all. Everything was delicious. LOCATION Cala Murada is a very small hamlet near Manacor. Not the right place if you're looking for party, noise and crowds. However, if what you want is a quiet, relaxing holiday in walking distance to three beautiful calas, this is the place for you. There are several restaurants right opposite the hotel, and a few more at a short walking distance.

There were a few small niggles I'd like to mention. Nothing major, but there's always room for improvement. I have to admit I was a little disappointed at first impressions. The hotel building and communal areas are nice, but the rooms, especially the bathrooms, feel quite old-fashioned. The red carpet on the corredor gives really old vibes. A bit of an investment in some refurbishments will completely elevate the look and feel of the hotel. The WiFi worked great in the building, but it didn't reach the pool areas. The housekeeping of the rooms could have been more in-depth. Used cups or glasses were not removed and replaced; they were left dirty every day. The shower tiles could do with a deep scrub too, they were not spotlessly clean.

The hotel is really good. The building is well maintained. The staff was very nice. The breakfast is amazing, lots of fruits, breads and warm food. The space is wide and clean. Our room was good bigger than we expected with wide bathroom, wardrobe and a balcony. The best part was the bar. The food was delicious, nice price and perfect staff. About the parking, we paid 5 euros per day and need to pay 20 euros, in cash, as a deposit fee for the private parking. The hotel parking isn't at the hotel but at the end of the street, 2 minutes walking. The staff said was okay to park at the street but we chose to use their parking and it was totally worth it.

They could improve the acoustics. It isn't bad but could be better.

The room was big with space for storing big luggage. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated the staff attitude and the overall relaxed atmosphere.

Breakfast was a bit boring. I’d have expected more local food and a slightly higher quality in general. Sound proofing of the room was not great.

This Hotel is such a sweet little Gem . Our day of arrival was my birthday. They dressed the room with ballon’s fizz and petals . Beautiful touch

It was such good value . I do however feel they are missing a trick . The bar doesn’t open until 6pm , meaning most people went out for the day instead of using the pools . I thinking a little snack bar and somewhere for a cold drink would benefit the hotel and it’s guests greatly.

An ordinary 3 star hotel. Nothing that stands out and nothing that makes it inferior to others. The bathroom is clean but outdated, it looks more like a bathroom from a recovery center. Very tasty fruits.

Noises are heard from the hallway. The same breakfast every morning. Horrible coffee. Price for parking 15 euros/day in the conditions on the street you can park for free.

Really good hotel. Fantastic location. Has 3 restaurants nearby and a shop. Very close to two beaches (one within walking distance). Great swimming pools and lounge/bar areas. Would recommend to anyone wanting to have a relaxed time.

The single room is comfy and spacious, facilities are quite okay. Quality/pprice ratio was really good for the island, even though private transportation (I had a scooter) is advised, since there isn't much in the area. You have to pay extra however for the parking so it's better to park outside

The rooms are a tiny bit old, and the breakfast is rather basic, but good enough for 2 or 3 days
