Sea view is magnificent, apartment is spacious and has everything as stated. Do not expect full-size kitchen, but there is enough for 2-3d stay. Good location outside of noisy area, but still close to the harbor, beaches, restaurants.

A/C is rather noisy. Sea view is a bit spoiled by no-style fence, covered with rust. Low stone one would be better IMO.

The ground floor which was once a lovely bar and restaurant is now closed up and quite an eye sore.

It’s just confusing that I didn’t know they won’t clean everyday we stayed 8 night /9 days They cleaned twice ( that’s include clean the floors /changing the bed sheets / toilet towels and cleaning the toilets but no washing the dishes (they offer a soap and sponge to wash the dishes but when they pass by to clean I left breakfast and dinner utensils it wasn’t washed 😅 / no cleaning the tables, and there was no cleaning spray to do so ) To be honest , it bothers me a little because I like to clean the used services everyday Will this make not book there again ?! Absolutely not ! I will just buy a cleaning spray lol

The accommodation was incredibly well-equipped. Amazing facilities for families with children. In the room, we were pleasantly surprised to find a high chair, children’s dishes, a baby bathtub, and a toilet seat reducer waiting for us. We were really positively surprised. The size of the apartment was fantastic, as was the view of the lighthouse and the sea. The location was also good – we had a rental car and mostly traveled by car, so I can’t fully judge the walking distances. However, there were shops and restaurants within walking distance. The main grocery store was a bit further away. The nearby Cala Marçal beach, just about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, suited us perfectly. :) The hotel pool was great – our daughter absolutely loved it!

Although there is free street parking available near the hotel, if you arrive in the evening, you may need to drive around a bit through the nearby streets to find a spot. We were a bit surprised that a nearby bar organized a party, and the music was loud enough to be clearly heard in the room. Our daughter sleeps well, but I can imagine this might be bothersome for some guests. However, the hotel did try to address the situation, and it doesn’t seem to be a regular occurrence.

The views and location are superb. You cannot fault it. Just for those, our stay was worth it. There are no parking facilities but in September we had no problem at all with that. In the apartment you have all the basic amenities you need. The pool area was clean, tidy and not busy. The staff was polite and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will recommend Orange Colom Apartments.

We had a small problem at our arrival: when we booked the One-Bedroom Apartment Deluxe with Sea View, the online pictures are from apartment 305, but we were given the 302 with views to the pool on the left and the neighbour's balconies to the right. As they explained later, both apartments belong to the same Category (*apt with terrace) and they only advertised pictures of one apartment for each category. We politely requested a swap if it was not much of an inconvenience, and after two days they made it happen. I know we were extremely lucky. I'd like to say that apartment 302 was great, it is actually bigger than 305 and also had some beautiful views (find pictures attached), but it did not have the privacy and 180º Sea Views we were expecting when we made the booking.

It was really wonderful stay i Portocolom. The view from the hotel and from the swimming pool is just amazing. Walking distance almost everywhere, ca 15 min to the supermarket, 5 min to the smaller shop with great pastries, and the beach. We were at the beginning of September and it was quite calm both in the hotel (sometimes we had a swimming pool just for us :-) and in the town. Good spot to visit other places around if you have a car. The room was clean (it was cleaned twice during our stay) and spacious, really comfortable beds! AC works as it should. The pentry was enough for us, although we did not prepared bigger meals. The hotel offers even a yoga or tai chi classes. Martina in the reception was really nice and helpful and even though we arrived late picking up the key went really smoothly. We will be back :-D

Location is great, right next to the sea, with beautifiul sea view (be advised, it is cliff not a beach). There are some stores and a supermarket in close range. There were no major problems with parking the car, however it is usually impossible to park next to the building, but within 300m there were always some free spaces. Apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean. Air condition works well and efficiently. There is also a laundry room at this place, where you can do the laundry by yourself at price of 4 euro/laundry with washing liquid included - this was a great option for our longer stay. Swimming pool available is nice, spacious and clean, there are sunbeds and umbrellas around - it's nice option to spend a lazy day there. Rooms are easily accessible even on upper floors - there is a lift available.

Apartment amenities could be a bit better. The furniture requires some refresh, because it seems to be pretty used. Despite we confirmed arrival time few days earlier, that was later than official check-in period start, our apartment remained unprepared for our arrival which was even bit later than declared. We had to wait, what disrupted our plans for the day.

After a few issues within the apartments which were resolved very quickly by The Manager we had a lovely holiday here. Our apartments had an awesome and beautiful view of Porto Colom’s lighthouse, having breakfast on our balcony every morning was just perfect, which can be provided by the apartments. Location is in a quiet area with only a short walk to a beach or harbour where you’ve got a choice of some fine eateries. We especially enjoyed restaurants overlooking the beach.

We loved everything about this hotel! Came here after staying at another place and regreted that we did not book this hotel for our whole stay. The rooms are spacious, equiped with everything you might need for your holiday. The view is fantastic. We were firstly afraid that pool is too small, but it is perfect size with enough lounges for everyone. Beautiful beach walking distance, bakery + Spar with necessities are very close. Nice restaurants in the neighborhood and also in harbor - takes few minutes to walk there. Martina at reception super nice and helpful. Overall - we could not recommend this place enough. This hotel is a gem.

These apartments are located in a beautiful part of a lovely town. The view from the balcony and from the pool is spectacular. The apartment is comfortable. There is a restaurant adjacent to the hotel and lots of other stores and restaurants within a short walking distance. The local beach is great and even offers some opportunities for snorkeling.

There was cold water in the bathroom but not in the kitchen. We raised this at the reception but apparently there is a problem with water pressure. There was no proper cutting knife or board, which made using the kitchen a bit more challenging.
