The people working at the hotel were super helpful and nice , very good quality of food and drinks , the room always clean and very nice, for people with gluten intolerance / celiac, they have a lot of options, we were 2 with it and no problem at all .

Too much wait at the elevator, almost always, and the location is very pretty but far away from shops , very remote.

The variety of food was great! My husband, I and my daughter could choose a lot of types. The aquapark for kids fantastic, my daughter was so happy. The all inclusive alcohol was not good, not variety, the cocktails were not tasty. So I drunk only Cava and bear.

When we checked in in the room the floor was with sand. Near the hotel was one beach Cala Antena, 5 minutes by food. The beach was bad, the sand was dirty and a lot of stones didn’t give way to go on the sea. The beautiful beach was in 7-10 minutes by hotel transfer, it’s was good and clean. But the transfer car was so small and we need to wait a long line of people to get the seat on the transfer on the morning. I recommend to transfer people to the bigger bus if possible. The hotel entertainment program for adults was not every evening, so it was a little boring. But when the entertainment was, it was interesting

The location was good, and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were both plentiful and had a good variety, although tailored mostly towards the mass of English guests. The hotel has a good kids play pool and a large one for adults where you can spend the whole day, but if you want to get out there is just one relatively small beach (Cala Antena) nearby which is only accessible down a long flight of steps.

There was a loud party every night starting around 9 pm and lasting up to 11-12 pm. Although a family friendly event for kids, it wasn't our thing and was quite bothersome as all the buildings surrounded the party area and the loud music could be heard in all the rooms late in the night.

However it was our first all-inclusive trip, we were blown away with how exceptional was the whole resort and services provided. Amazing staff, always helpful and with smile on their faces. And the food, oh my god the food. It was delicious with huge variety and every day something different. A bunch of water slides and water activities to keep you entertained all day and evening. Definitely will come back next year!!

The staff here are absolutely incredible. We're just back from 10 days at Eurocalas. We had a fantastic stay. We were never hungry. Having read some of the reviews we knew we'd enjoy our stay but it exceeded our expectations. It's spotless. The staff work so hard, they are a credit to the hotel, especially Toni, Said and Kiko. We read some reviews about wasps etc but we barely saw any. Food everyday was really lovely. Shuttle bus to the beach was a great extra. Calas de Domingos is a stunning beach. 2/3 min in the complimentary shuttle. We're a family of 5 and the room was big. 3 kids in the front room then a bedroom for the adults. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. If you're heading to Eurocalas you will have a fantastic holiday.

The biggest issue we experienced was some of the other guests. Loud, drunk and loutish behaviour, from families with small children with them. The staff did so well to keep them in check. This was the only issue we experienced and it was addressed by staff as soon as it became too much. We had read some reviews about the restaurant being loud, this is unavoidable as the staff work so hard to cater for all the guests. We found that going towards the later parts of the service was better.

Everything was good room very clean and modern, food very good, plenty of it and hot and replenished constantly and staff constantly clearing dirty plates, cleaning tables and also around the pool and the bar, staff constantly clearing tables and picking up cups, a very clean hotel. This is a family hotel and there is plenty for children to do including having a play area in the pool.

The entertainment in the evening could be better the Abba night and soul night very good, the magician was strange and the in-house entertainment not great.

Staff extremely good, good value with all inclusive especially if you are with kids. All in one package for family with kids with entertainment, pool and all the activities. Beach nearby , walkable distance/ transfer available. Rooms are cleaned daily, good service.Food is fresh and lots of good variety everyday.

I would say this resort is for family with kids, not ideal for couples.

Rooms are simple but clean. Food is great,, for all the tastes, and every day diversity is very extensive. Different pools for all ages. Stuff cleans nonstop, very greatly appreciated, they try to keep it as clean as possible.

It's annoying to see at 7:00 in the morning people "reserving" sunbeds. Very noisy at the restaurant, you wish to get out ASAP.

The facilities are excellent. Our kids are aged 9,8 and 3 and there was something for everyone. Water slides, pools, activities, the food was good (different theme each day), the staff were all great, very friendly with the kids and their enthusiasm was second to none.
