The hotel left me thoroughly disappointed. During my vacation, I had to deal with a couple of troublesome issues. Firstly, there was a noticeable and annoying presence of cigarette smoking by the pool, which greatly detracted from my relaxation by the water. What's worse, I witnessed numerous guests extinguishing their cigarettes in beverage cups, not only unsightly but also hazardous. This seriously disrupted my experience, and I cannot recommend this place to those seeking cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort during their stay.

Hotel could do with a refurb

The room was clean and had everything you need - balcony, plug sockets beside the bed and the room was huge. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and they all work so hard. Especially in the bar area at night when it gets super busy..they never stop. The entertainment was good too. They had aqua aerobics and activities during the day. At night they had entertainment outside which was really good too. The entertainment staff were brilliant too. Really kept everyone involved and had fun. The hotel is big with 2 pools. One is a smaller children's pool and the other is a decent sized pool. There are plenty of sun loungers where if you wanted one, you'd get it. The hotel was clean too. It's in a good area, overlooking a cove. You can walk down to the beach, or walk to a cliff over looking the cove. The beach is quite small, but it does the trick. You get to it via steps but it's good to go see it. It is around the corner from loads of shops, a few bars and restaurants. There is also mini golfing etc. So it's in a good location too. We were all inclusive. The food is grand, with plenty of it. More or less usual stuff you'd get at an all inclusive hotel. They also make fresh stuff like omelette's, pancakes, fish, pork etc to your liking. The hotel also has a snack bar outside where the bar is that does chips, burgers, hot dogs etc. It's open to 6 which is great. It means If you don't fancy anything at lunch you can go there. The bar is great. They have soft drink machines that people pour their own so they don't have to wait at the bar. They also have a slushy machine. They also do different cocktails on different days. For the price, the hotel was very good. We enjoyed it. It had everything you need for a holiday. We would definitely come back again. Some reviews I seen before I went made me think we made a mistake, but everything was grand.

Although the food was good, sometimes it was the same food day in, day out. Maybe a bit more selection. After dinner, the bar area can get quite busy. There are sometimes quite a queue to get a drink. Although, you'd queue in a normal bar to get a drink too so it didn't bother us too much.

• The pool is very small for the amount of people who are staying at the hotel. • Cala Antena Beach has many rocks which make it impossible to swim there, however, there is another beach called Cala Domingos which is amazing! 15 minutes walk from the hotel. • The hotel does not offer taxi or shuttle bus transfers. • Large variety of food although much of it was tasteless but you can always find salt, pepper and many dressings.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was great, loved the theme choices each night. Entertainment was good.

There were alot of steps which was an effort with a buggy. There were slopes in places but not all places.

From the moment we arrived (about 0:30am)we were treated like valued guests. Offered something to eat and drink in the restaurant at our own pace. Then, the following five days were perfect. Great friendly staff in the bar, restaurant, cleaning and entertainment. The room was spacious with a great view (fifth floor) Superb sized bathroom, large and comfortable beds, good sized balcony (pool side for full on sun) The pool was a good size and temperature, plenty of beds and all inclusive fast service at the bar with all the typical alcoholic drinks (local variety) and San Miguel on draft. The restaurant had an excellent choice of food despite the bad feedback. I can only think the people giving this dont like to try things. I had everything from fish paella to rabbit stew, fresh prawns, a variety of fish dishes, various versions of pork, beef and chicken and a large choice of salad ingredients to make up the healthy option. And the range of deserts was so amazing ive come back with a few extra kilos weight! What was also good was, despite the packed restaurant , the food was continually replenished so you were never without a specific dish for long. Excellent team working there, and full marks to the chefs. Each day there's a choice of poolside activities (we had a go at aqua ball and aqua gym) to keep you entertained followed by an evening show of music, dance or acrobatics The hotel is not far from the coastal path and three good beaches can be reached within 20mins or so. To finish off we had an early start 6:30am, and the staff allowed us access to the restaurant where there were all the breakfast dishes available to start the journey home. Id say a perfect hotel to spend a week our two!

The cocktails seemed a little watered down. And the spirits didnt seem strong. On one day the burgers from the poolside snacker were a pink in the centre, this was probably just a blip and didnt spoil the overall vibe. The location isn't one of the liveliest if thats your thing. .

Everything that we both wanted clean, good variety of food and very help and friendly staff who couldn’t do any more for you.

Entertainment wasn’t the best but maybe not my taste but we spent the nights out in the local bars and enjoyed the karaoke 😊

The hotel is very panoramic, a lot of families with kids (but not only) and with great food. Food quality is good, freshly prepared and there is a good variety. Our rooms were quite big and with sea view (for no extra money). Entertainment was also good with baby dance and mini club for the kids. There are also 2 swimming pool for kids. Location is close to other beaches (by car) and few mins walking from little supermarket and other shops. Receptionist were super helpful with any request.

I was a bit disappointed that the hotel does not have a playground for kids. That's a shame considering that most of the guest were families with kids. Also the hotel is huge, your rooms can be quite far from the lifts and when yo get there, you may wait ages to get the lift, they were always busy as people did not want to take stairs up/down the floor 7! I found myself carrying the pram downstairs few times. Last thing is the nearest beach can be reached only down some steps, not very practical I think with kids and pram or for disable/elderly people. My father had a broken leg and we could not go to the hotel beach so I have never seen it.
