Location was good, 5min to the beach. We had the car and went to other beaches close by. We liked the staff - special thanks to Plamen who was very patient with us and all the animators! Great energy! Room with a sea view totally worth the money. The whole property is very clean and well maintained. Mostly families with kids.

Food was good to average, not so much variety, but I have to admit it was tasty. Breakfast was the same every day. It is actually a 3 star hotel level. You get a plastic cup to keep throughout your stay and drink from it every day!? Some would say good for the nature, I would say not hygienic and unhealthy. You can wash it only if you buy the detergent yourself because the kitchen in the room is literally empty! Almost all the drinks are from the machine.

The location was great. We had apartment with the sea view, so we could enjoyed stunning sunrises every day. Thanks to regular cleaning, we returned every day to spotless and clean apartment. I would also like to highlight that for all inclusive program we got reusable cups for drinks, which I found brilliant. Even that some people might find it bothering, from my perspective if they can carry the towel and bags full of “pool necessities”, the small cup should not be a problem. And as for me, I hate when tons of cups are thrown out after one drink. So big like for this eco-friendly behaviour of the hotel :) I shouldn’t forget to mention great animation program for adults and kids, which made our leisure time more interesting and funny.

Even that apartment has kitchen corner, it is not equipped, so I would love to have there at least basic equipment (e.g. two plates, two bowls, two mugs)

I was pretty impressed by this hotel. Everything was clean, they even put a baby cot in our room although the description states that cots are not provided. All-inclusive here means really all-in because you can only buy chips. The restaurant is open almost the whole day and the food is great. Everything was fresh and tasty. I recommend trying any paella, any grilled fish or meat. There were enough fruit and vegetables. The view from the stairs in the middle of the hotel grounds is breathtaking and also the path to the beach is longer but beautiful. It takes approximately 8 minutes of normal walking to get there. The pool was simple but nice, designed more for children, not for swimming.

There's nothing I didn't like, perhaps only the questionable performance with live animals (iguana, turtle, snake) and the subsequent photo shoot with the snake was beyond ethical for me personally. It is related to the price level of the hotel, so it is not a criticism, it is just information for potential guests. Drinks other than water, beer, and postmix are of poor quality and taste. The coffee is only instant (Nescafé Alegria) but the machine is therefore very fast. The wine was more like vinegar. As for mixed drinks, I recommend a gin tonic or sangria; mojitos and the like are mixed by machine from some prefabricated product and taste very bad.

Hotel staff and location were amazing. Special thanks to Raul and Manos they both were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The bar had a good selection of drinks. Pool aqua gym and evening bingo were our favourite 😍.

The food was very basic and tasteless, not good for value. The availability of drinking water in the room would be nice as the tap water wasn't good. The hotel was decorated with rocks, and they were very rough and sharp. Big hazard for kids, I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and witnessed 1 major accident to an adult and a few minor to kids from the rocks.

Can’t understand the people complaining about food. For the price you pay, it is more than decent. Overall, it was brilliant. It was my daughter’s first holiday and she really loved it. Clean rooms, very friendly staff, excellent pool, kids activities, etc. Would totally recommend to my friends.

If you rent a car, think twice. The hotel has like 10 parking places and it’s difficult to find parking on the streets around. I even spent one night about 40 mins driving around until I found one.

Kids friendly hotel. And if you accept it - you will like it. A lot of things for kids: activities, pool, ice cream, nice animation team. Close to the beach 5 minutes walk. Nice walking area with sea view and beautifully sunrises. The choice of food was good at least for money we paid, we didn't expect a lot from 3 star hotel, but it was better than we expected.

If you looking for more fun, alcohol, disco and etc. for adults - check for another place. ONLY If you have an issues with stairs: older parents/grandparents, all kids in the stroller, missing legs - check for another place.

A clean, well-maintained hotel designed for families. The all-inclusive program runs almost without interruption, and between main meals you can enjoy snacks at the restaurant. Once a week, usually on Fridays, a sharing market is held at the hotel, where you can buy useful holiday items for 1 euro each. These items are intentionally left by other tourists, and you are encouraged to leave your own when departing. Next to the hotel, there are cafés, small shops, a pharmacy, a car rental service, and a travel agency.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Cozy grounds, delicious food, and friendly staff. A special thanks to the animation team — you’re amazing! We especially appreciate the warm attitude towards our child — he was absolutely delighted with the games, mini-disco, and all the care you gave. The only downside was that many guests would reserve sunbeds early in the morning and then leave them unused for half the day, despite the clear rules against this. It would be great if this issue could be addressed more strictly. Thank you for a great vacation and the positive emotions

The staff were friendly and the location was great. It was nice that all meals and drinks were included. Contrary to some reviews, the use of plastic cups wasn’t an issue at all. It was my first time in Mallorca, and unlike other regions of Spain I’ve visited, I didn’t really encounter the lively and warm locals I had experienced elsewhere. The staff were by far the friendliest and the best part of the experience.

There was a small issue during check-in, but the staff resolved it the next day. However, despite the nice daily cleaning service, the cleanliness was not up to standard.

The room was kept very clean! We had a clear view of the sea which was amazing! We stayed up late as we were clebrating our friend’s hen do and we were surprised we couldn’t really hear much noise coming from the other rooms next to us, so we slept really good. Bed was comfortable and did I already say the room was very clean!? Thank you to the receptionist Carlos who was super friendly and helped us re-arranged our taxi! I wish every receptionist are as friendly and helpful as you!

We had an all inclusive during our stay. The coffee, cocktails and breakfast was good but there was lack of options for food during lunch and dinner. We didn’t mind this so much because there were lots of restaurants around and it was very affordable for an all inclusive stay. The breakfast, snacks and drinks made up for it!
