Location of the hotel is pretty great. The staff downstairs are pretty much helpful, at the canteen they always helped us, and worked devitedly. All our request was handled right away, so a big thanks for everyone. The beach is at the foot of the hotel. Every evening there was some program that we liked.

Cleaning and operation staff was pretty noisy on the 6th floor very morning. (They have an office over there or some similar). The left wing of the hotel was above the service locations, so that is a bit noisy too, but if you close the windows that's okay.

The food could be better. But everything else was great

We stay there just two days but that was really good days ! Even if was there a lot of people wasn't loud, a lot of space, amazing view from a room and from swimmingpool area. There is a path from hotel to the beach just 1 min walk :) Love that place!

The views were amazing and the proximity to the beach was wonderful.

The food was overall terrible and very little gluten free options. Of the gluten free options they weren’t very good either. The cafeteria was always so loud. We ended up eating out for most meals, making the all inclusive pointless. The lines were so long for coffee in the morning it made it hard to get to our booked events on time with caffeine. The beds were really uncomfortable, they were hard and the pillows were so flat we needed multiple to lay on. They also only came with sheets (no blanket) and when I called for a blanket I was lectured by the staff that we shouldn’t keep the AC on for so cold. But that’s not why I wanted a blanket — I wanted it because I don’t like sleeping with just a sheet no matter the temperature. Plus I run cold and my husband runs hot, so even at the recommended room temperature (27) I was still cold.

Location and view

Rooms are dated, not the cleanest, towels are old and off color, food is nearly the same every day, not much to do, kids area (pool and air hockey) need more and no A/C in these areas.

Foods, cafeterie

The staff noticed that we are sitting badly, being with a small child, kettle for 21 euros plus a deposit of 10 euros. We had a room under the stage, it was very bad with a small child in the evenings
