Excellent location for access to three beaches - two on foot within 5-10 minutes and a third one 5 minutes drive away or a slightly longer walk in the heat. Pool access was from 10-19:00 but reception staff didn’t mind when YouTube’s the pool as long as you were respectful of other residents.

Secure parking incurred an extra charge. However, plenty of on street parking available. Restaurant / bar was great, but not water tight during evening showers and cool on windy days if staying in October.

The reception staff was accommodating, providing us with great tips on the best places to visit and local markets to explore. Their hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. The location was also a highlight—it was conveniently close to the beach, allowing us to make the most of our time by the water.

The kitchenware could have been better equipped, which would have made meal preparation more convenient. Additionally, there was some noise coming from the upper floor in the mornings, which could be a bit disruptive. Overall, I would recommend this place while hoping for some minor improvements.

It is the perfect location to visit the East coast of Majorca, right next door to one of the prettiest coves and beaches in Majorca Cal’s Aguila. Lovely pool that is not enough to properly swim in.

The cleaners were stationed right behind our apartment and were there pretty early every morning so we heard them chatting and gaming a smoke. They used our windowsill to put there products etc.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, peaceful, comfortable beds and pillows, functional and well equipped kitchen (some minor improvements possible), smart tv, comfy couch. We were here out of season and the staff preheated the room and left us a small radiator for the bedroom, which was a nice gesture. Easy to check in and check out. Plenty of free parking on the street (out of season).

The pans (teflon/non stick) were damaged (scratched) and need changing. A wooden kitchen spoon would be great. They have their own laundry, which is welcome, but there are only one washing machine and only one dryer for the whole complex - can get busy in the evening. Wardrobe in the bedroom and drawer in the bathroom smelled a bit musty (mold?).

Super nice facilities. The cafe/bar/Restaurant at the entrance ist superb, and the staff is absolutely lovely. Barista skills are next level ❤️ Our two-bedroom Apartment was perfect for our group, although it cold use some renovation-love, it was for us a perfect stay. Nice pool area. Just a couple of minutes walking to get to two different but stunning beaches. Parking places on the street, but I guess this could get challenging in high season. They offer private parking for a fee if needed. Anyway loved our stay and would come again! Absolutely amazing vibes from all of the employees! :)

Bathrooms and bedrooms could use an update/modernization.

We were very close to a lovely beach. One of the best we saw on the island. The resort had a nice pool too.

We were asked about our arrival time twice. I provided it. I was told keys would be at reception. When we arrived no one there. They had given me a phone number which I called. A "grandmother" answered and had no idea what I was talking about. Found phone number on door. Called it and someone said they would be over in 3 or 4 minutes. Took much longer. Person who arrived seemed annoyed. Not welcoming. Very disappointing. Everything in apartment other than the beds which were great was of very low quality.

Fantastic accommodation for a family vacation, seeking convenience and tranquility. It was so great to have a pool and two different beautiful beaches in very short walking distance. I also appreciated the hotel cafe, so I could always pick up food if we needed to. I would recommend a car to visit a cheaper supermarket about 10 minutes away. The apartment was also very comfortable and clean.

Some of the appliances need to be upgraded and a cleaning of the apartment once during the trip would have been appreciated. The kitchen also wasn't very well stocked. Some basic kitchen supplies like paper towels would have also been appreciated.

We arrived late, and thankfully, the keys were already in the door. We received a short video guide on how to reach the apartment, which was very helpful given that it was dark and we had been traveling for a long time. The pool was lovely, and despite our bedroom facing this area, it was very quiet. The available laundry service was very convenient. The complex is extremely family-friendly, and you can park your car safely in the parking lot (though there is a fee). It's just a few minutes' walk to either of the beaches.

The first room we were given was not clean, so we had to switch. The second room was better, but we found bed bugs in the mattress, which was quite unsettling. However, this issue was resolved promptly. Overall, considering the price, the quality is reasonable, and we were probably just unlucky to encounter two issues during our stay.

Very pretty property centred around a fabulous pool. Great location. I minute walk to a very pretty Cala. I couldn’t believe how quiet the property was, just a gentle hum of people enjoying themselves. No shouting or loud music. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Sometimes the management didn’t reply to messages and it took 2 days to get the remote control for the car park. Minor things really

The public transport is very limited. No taxis. You will need to rent a car if you are interested in some activities which are not within a walking distance from the apartments. The buses run every 45min and are often late
