We travelled as a family and rented 3 different rooms in the hotel. Every room was spotless and daily cleaning service was provided. The bed was firm and comfortable. The sauna facilities were awesome - a large pool with Luke warm water and mirror-like ceiling - conveniently positioned next to a hot Turkish hammam + Finnish sauna. The breakfast was exceptional (based on a variety of food available it could easily be called "lunch" rather than "breakfast"). It was convenient to have a restaurant on the premises (with an option to order food at the swimming pool area, the room or the restaurant itself). The staff was super helpful and friendly addressing any need we've had. For example, the staff organized for us to have a free car transfer to the airport and back, helped us buy afrosiyob fast train tickets and arranged for us to have lunch boxes when we couldn't make it for breakfast (as we were leaving earlier than 7am that day). We are deeply grateful to a night manager (Fazletdin) who provided traveling tips to Chimgan facilities and helped us understand local culture better throughout our stay. We have greatly enjoyed our visit and hope to come again! We will recommend this hotel to our friends and family

The only downside we've seen was the hotel's location. There's no place for a casual stroll next to the hotel as it's located away from the city center. The subway is within 7 min walking distance though and cheap taxi options (we used yandex go app) are available to get to the center (~30-40 min).

I stayed at the Simma Hotel & Spa for one night because of a layover in Tashkent. It was a very enjoyable stay. First of all they sent a taxi out to the airport to wait for me (for free). The taxi journey back to the airport the next day was also free. The room and the bathroom at the hotel was big and spotless. There was a welcome plate of nuts, apricots and raisins waiting there. I slept very comfortably. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, eggs to your liking freshly prepared. Then there was the pool, hammam and sauna area which I enjoyed thoroughly. And last but not least all of the staff were very friendly. The hotel is a bit on the outskirts of town so if you want to enjoy the places of interest in Tashkent you could walk to the nearest metro station a few minutes away or take a Yandex taxi. Next time I am in Tashkent I will make sure to stay at this hotel again. Thank you.

I really enjoyed the food at the restaurant. The reception staff were excellent, and the service overall was outstanding. Shakhzoola was especially helpful, guiding and assisting us throughout our stay.

I wasn't fond of the separation between the spa and gym, but I completely understood and accepted it as part of the rules in an Islamic country.

Simma is always our favourite place for staycation. It is a great place for family , couple and friends. The pool was very inviting , huge and fancy. We're so inloved with sumptuous buffet breakfast, other amenities such as billiard, ping-pong and karaoke were well- operated. The hotel is very flexible and versatile whatever the season/weather it may be. The management and staff were very accomodating and approachable, Mr. Shavkhat has been very welcoming and hands-on to make sure that all guests are properly assisted. The room has complete toiletries, clean and comfy. Excellent!

Everything is Outstanding!

Large and clean hotel that is being kept up in great condition. Nice polite staff. Fine condition and design of rooms with high ceiling, blackout curtains. Standard bath setup with flipflops, toothpaste, brush, shampoo/gel/conditioner, hairbrush. Nice design of lobby. Entrance and elevators seemed friendly to handicapped people. An inhouse zoo with variety of animals, birds available. Multioptional spa zone. Clean bathroom in a room. Nice design of the restaurant though it aint have a bar. No noise from the street that was perfect for a good sleep. Great and calm place. European quality and service. 20 minutes and 2$ (20k sum) to city center. Definitely a good choice for your stay. Nice memories. It was twice better and cheaper than some fine analogues. Will be glad to stay there again.

1. Modest breakfast. I mean, no big variety of snacks, fruits or delicatesses. You get some fine quality plain food and coffee in the morning. 3. No alcohol or bar

The staff and service is great, rooms are nice & spacious, swimming pool is a proper sized pool unlike many other Tashkent hotels of same budget, pool table, table tennis, horse riding on beautiful gigantic horses (free for hotel guests) with an interesting collection of chicken from all over the world, in-house ATM, good food at reasonable prices, lavish buffet breakfast and always available house keeping.

the beds can be more comfortable (a better mattress topper), in-room toiletries are not nice, location if you don’t have a car especially if you are staying for more than 2-3 days (better rent a car or hotel should have a shuttle service to and from the city center), room service food menu could have more choice.

I was supposed to have a free transfer to the airport , on arrival he told me he was a taxi and I must pay him He overcharged me and I discovered he’d taken me to the wrong airport . I needed another taxi to take me to the correct terminal , luckily I made the flight but only just !

The Reception and Breakfast staff always goes out of their way to ensure that you are comfortable. The late checkout was also helpful...Thanks

The shower faces the toilet in Room 301 and there's water all over the floor which could be dangerous as you can slip and fall.

Big hotel, Turkish style, nice rooms. Food is very good, big breakfast. Polite personel and helpful. Very good gym and relaxing swimming pool.

It is far from the centre of the city and public transportation is not good in the area. No much to see or visit - no restaurants or coffee shops near by, although there is good food at the hotel. Everything is fine if you don't mind using Taxi.

Amazing stuff. People there r very friendly and helpful. I had no issues with my airport free transfer and lunch box. Hotel looks new and clean with middle east luxury vibe. Definitely I'll recommend this place to all my friends.
