Beautiful, new hotel, delicious breakfast, right across from the beach, a lovely little bar on the terrace with friendly service. The room was clean and modern, and everyone could find TV programs in their own language. The ladies at the reception were very kind and helpful. The room was cleaned daily, and towels were changed. The cleaning lady was also very nice. There’s a secure parking area for an extra charge a bit further away (150 m), but it was worth it for us. We left early in the morning, and they prepared breakfast packages for us. Everything was perfect, I can only recommend this place. We’ll definitely come back. Thank you for the comfortable and carefree stay. ❤️

There was nothing like that.

The hotel is quite new, opened 2 years ago and looks exactly as in the photos. Amazingly clean throughout. Very stylish, with a nice touch of detail, ideal location for the beach. If you dont' like to park on the street, there is a paid parking/6E per day/ just 150m away that is well arranged. Good breakfast, no fresh orange juice though. Strong espresso for a reasonable price and great cocktails are served at the bar. Special thanks to the two young ladies Voula and Natalia who take care of guests and their needs. Both are very professional, polite and smiling all the time. The two are very helpful with any information that you may need, i.e. recommending excellent restaurants with fresh fish and/or tasty traditional local dishes in Leptokarya and around.

The shower switch didn't work very well.

We have really enjoyed our staying at the Costa de luxe suites. It’s a new modern building. I was surprised by the super cleanliness of all the rooms, lobby, lift. The breakfast was the same every day but everything was so delicious and fresh. The fruits (not much but fresh) and vegetables (usually tomatoes and cucumbers) were sliced and dished up neatly , the baked goods were delicious, fried eggs, omelettes, juices were replenished during the breakfast. We have two- story rooms with two big terraces. There are air conditioners, safe, fridge, everything for tea, super white sheets and towels. The beach location was close. You can pay for chase long and get drinks or food. The Aegean Sea has been beautiful and not cold not hot. You should taste the sea foods in the Medusa opposite Costa de luxe. The good tasty food in Navarino restaurant also. I would wanted to say many thanks to all the employees of these suites especially Vula, Nataly, the women who cleaned the rooms and cooked the breakfast and, of course, great manager. They have been so helpful and friendly and we have completely relaxed. They tried to do best. I recommend this place 💯

Everything has been perfect

Quite a new hotel with absolutely amazing staff! They were extremely helpful and accommodating to all of our needs and questions. Breakfast food was quite nice. Room was very clean and spacious, with nice big balcony and very well working air-conditioning. Comfortable beds and pillows, power outlets on both sides of the bed. The hotel has a central location, so parking on the street might be a challenge, but you can always pay for access to hotel's parking lot "on the go" if you failed to find a free spot when you came. Beach and closest beach bar are just across the road - you can "rent" sunbeds simply by buying any drink from the bar, which keeps the price at reasonable level.

Nothing major, just some suggestions on improvements :) Wifi coverage in the room, especially upstairs was quite poor. It would also be great to have: wine opener, wine glasses, knife, additional trash bin in the room. We also felt like there was not really any space to unpack our clothes.

The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the sea side. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. I can recommend this hotel!

Breakfast could use a boost! While it was certainly convenient to have breakfast on-site, I found the selection to be quite limited and repetitive over our stay.

I can’t say enough about this property, The location and the staff! We chose this place while wanting to stop on a drive between North Macedonia and Athens. So glad that we came across this hotel. I absolutely recommend it. You will not be disappointed. Sidenote, just something to be aware of as with most places in the area you may need to park on the street as it is on (across) the beach and you may also have stairs in your hotel room, so make sure you are savvy with those! The stylish design and modern architecture of Costa De Luxe distinguish it from the rest of the hotels in the area. The interior design and the lighting is also impressive. Our suite was a maisonette with two balconies both with great sea views. The main balcony was really spacious and we could stay there for hours. The breakfast was served at the open area at the back of the building which was adding to the overall tranquility and freshness of the mornings. The food was always fresh, delicious and with enough variety. There is also a very nice coffee-bar area in front of the hotel where one can enjoy a frappe or a cocktail in the same stylish atmosphere that is typical for the hotel. The owners are putting their heart and soul to welcome the guests and make the holiday stay comfortable and memorable. Thank you for your hospitality! There is nothing which was not to our taste.

The apartments are well fitted, clean, modern and stylish. I particularly enjoyed the morning breakfast and the evening bar had a nice vibe. The staff were 1st class and really accommodating; nothing was out of their reach for you as a guest. The proximity to the beach was great, as well as neighbouring restaurants, bars, and cafés! I certainly would recommend this to anyone looking for a great stay in the area.

I can't complain about anything as I really enjoyed everything about it.

awesome place, clean, new, very friendly staff. We got upgraded to a junior suite with our baby and it was very nice, the balcony is a huge plus.

the curtains should be longer and complete blackout. There is a light right outside the balcony and if the curtains are longer it will block the light better in the room, otherwise you can see inside the room.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. It is probably the most beautiful hotel at the Olympic coast. The room was very clean, the staff was so kindly at the breakfast was excellent! We were really grateful to get a room during the high season and hope on next years vacation to be able to stay again.
