We had two queen bed room. Very spacious room. Bed were comfortable. The shower was good. We were able to park and unload in front of our room. Breakfast offered gluten free bread. Great tea selection but no black tea. Groceries store across the road. Tim Hortons next door. Close proximity to town and attractions. Staff was friendly.

The room had probably a pet friendly occupant before us. I ask for the carpet to be vacuum since there were pet hair and pet food left on the floor. They came to redo the carpet cleaning and upon our return everything was clean.

The friendly staff upon check in and out, this one young lady especially was a 110 out of 100 with being nice and helpful, I always say a smile goes along way and this lady was big on smiles, perfect customer service. The room was nice and comfortable, and having that outside access directly to a parking spot in front of our door as well as an inside room entry off the main hallway internally, really nice feature, it was clean, breakfast was very good, location is excellent, price was very reasonable and parking was great.

The gentleman checking us in was really lovely. Having a lift up to the second floor was helpful, as we are travelling with a lot of luggage. We had a room with two queen beds - spacious for a family of four. We didn’t hear noise from neighbouring rooms and the hallway, so slept well. Lots of parking onsite. Included breakfast was pretty good by Canadian standards - don’t come with expectations of a UK / European breakfast.

Wow, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. World traveller here and I felt like I was at home. Comfortable bed and pillows and super clean, I mean the room attendants love to vacuum and it shows. So so clean!!! Breakfast was good too. So glad I picked this lovely place in Drumheller.

If I had to say a negative, it would be the aging toilet needs replacing.

The breakfast was surprisingly good! Also, the bathroom and room in general was very clean. We had everything we needed.

The only thing that would have made it better is if the sink was inside of the bathroom instead of outside. But, apart from that everything was great.

Friendly and helpful staff, have a food allergy and they were helpful with finding out ingredients. Rooms were clean and spacious. Housekeeping was friendly and quick to help. I definitely will stay again!!!

The rooms were spacious, clean, tv worked well, desk personnel were wonderful. Parking was great. Breakfast was good.

Would have liked a swimming pool but can’t always have that and may not have had time to use it with so much to do in DRUMHELLER. Found prices very high - likely due to concerts this weekend in the amphitheatre and summer is their season to be busy. Prices are up everywhere. This hotel was one of the more “reasonable” ones.

Nice room as pictured on booking com. We liked the breakfast as it offered some varieties of bread and sweet bakery, ham and egg, joghurt, etc. All in all a selection encouraging also for a stay of more than only one night. No plastic or paper dishes - great! And the breakfast room had been taken extra care of by staff memebers, kept clean and the food fresh. Well done - thanks!

I have walking difficulties so prefer a walk in shower to a bath
