Lots of parking, staff were excellent. We had an earlier check in which was so appreciated. Our room was spotless, beds comfortable and the bath tub was lovely. We were close to the pool which was so much fun for the kids. The water was perfect temp. We absolutely loved the water slide. All of the staff were kind and considerate. They seemed to value us as patrons. The room was quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. The lady working breakfast was absolutely lovely. She worked very efficiently and kept everything filled and clean eventhough there was a sports team of kids she managed everything so well. We were very impressed by the selection and the service. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.

Check in was easy, and staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the beds were really comfortable. My kids say the pool was amazing with a speedy water slide. Perfect place to stay of your looking for a hotel close to everything. Fast food and Boston pizza within walking distance

The room we were in being ai close to the laundry and the pool humidity could use a dehumidifier.

Check in was smooth and we had no issues getting into the room at 3 p.m. it was cleaned and ready to go. The room was spaces.

The hot breakfast was the same both Saturday and Sunday. The room was crowded and tables where not washed after someone was done eating. Not the lady's fault who was taking care of the breakfast room. It was busy due to the long weekend and being by herself. She did have a little help from front desk staff but they were busy as well. Kudo's to her for doing the best she could do on a long busy weekend.

FANTASTIC stay at SureStay Plus in Drumheller!! Location was great. Staff were AMAZING, so kind, welcoming and helpful! Our room was very comfortable and well equipped (I mean there was even a veggie peeler!). We will definitely be choosing SureStay the next time we’re in Drumheller.

The only downside was the pool wasn’t great for our kids(6&3). No real shallow end for them so we didn’t get as much use out of the pool as we would have liked. However for families with older children the pool should meet the mark.

The building itself is solid cement which keeps it super cool in the baking heat of Drumheller, and quiet. We really enjoyed the pool and water slide and our room was spacious and easily accommodated our family of four. Breakfast was great!

There aren’t private showers in the pool area so you have to go back to your room to wash off but we made it work. The mattress wasn’t great quality and not comfortable.

Breakfast was great and your employee, Joe in the dining room was most helpful! Our room had a kitchenette....so helpful and convenient for us. The pool was great! The water slide was terrific. I even went in the pool...it's been at least 10 years I put a suit on! It was clean and just the right size for our grandson and the adults.

The bathroom was a bit small. but it was functional.

The room was comfortable and quiet. It was easy to find and had a good variety of eating places within walking distance, one of which was an impressive supermarket called Fresons.

Some of the fixtures and fitting were a bit tired. The breakfast set up was challenging, it’s a large hotel with a very small area in which to eat breakfast, and the supplies kept running out!

Good location, close to all amenities and attractions. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the surroundings and gave us some great tips. Breakfast was good , unfortunately not enough space for all to sit at around 9:00 so we went back around 45 min later and still full. We still had a good breakfast. Wouldn't recommend the room beside the laundry as there were some loud noises throughout the night. Parking was a bit scarce, and as we came back late, we had to park on the other side of the hotel. The water dispenser was also empty. Just a suggestion, but a toilet bowl brush would be an asset. All in all everything was very good. We would book again.

There is not enough room for breakfast occupancy when hotel is full.

Breakfast was very good, although on a very busy Saturday morning the seating area was a little bit tight. Nice to have hot options. We enjoyed being able to walk to a nearby restaurant for dinner (the family chose Boston Pizza). We enjoyed the pool and waterslide. Unfortunately the little ones (age 5 and 3) weren't ready to do the slide alone, but the 8 year old did enjoy it.

The location and noise level was good. The morning breakfast was very well done. The pool was fun when less busy. Check in and check out was quick.

The pool can be chaotic with the very fast waterslide. When theres too many adults using it, it can be too much for little kids and some other adults.
