We were very happy with the location, the staff were friendly. Our room was comfortable enough but could use significant lighting upgrading. The room was surprisingly quiet for an end unit next to the stairs.

The in-room lighting was poor, the fridge was not cool/cold when we arrived and there were no instructions for turning on the air conditioning. There is not enough parking for all guests although free street parking is available on the surrounding town streets.

Very clean, large room with comfy beds, even nice smelling linens! My room had a new TV with great lineup of cable channels plus fridge and microwave.

I don't like that checkout is 10am - a fact that wasn’t mentioned upon checking in (but at least they were thoughtful and didn't knock at my door till nearly 11am). I resent that this property charged a $100 deposit on my TD Visa Debit ?? meaning I had to visit the front desk prior to leaving to get my refund. Angry owners felt entitled to loudly yell, curse and argue with me ad nauseum. Shame on you! but in this review I stuck to the facts.

Warm room and quiet. Could park car very close to room which was helpful in winter.

The fact that breakfast was not available until 8 am. While it is understandable that in winter the sun is not up until 8 am, there were a number of guests who left the motel before that time. I would have preferred to leave earlier but had booked this motel because breakfast was part of the tariff.

The room was clean and comfortable. The manager was helpful in suggesting a suitable restaurant, which offered a discount to Econo Lodge guests.

Breakfast was not available until 8 a.m.--not so good for early risers--and the menu was pretty limited. Some bacon, eggs, sausages, pancakes, and/or waffles would have been nice--though I understand one cannot expect a lot for free.

Lovely staff. Breakfast minimal but still good for me, toast, bagels, butter, jam, peanut butter, cheese slices, yogourt, hard boiled eggs, cereal, juice, coffee. Liked having Keurig in room. Basic room, comfortable bed, dated but clean. It was a place to sleep.

Sometimes street noises--mufflers and motorcycles but did not notice during night.

The hotel is located at the center of downtown. Shops like restaurants, shoppers and pub are walking distance. The rooms are clean and complete with amenities. Fresh towels and coffee are available in the room. The hotel offers free breakfast. It is a family friendly budget hotel.

The refrigerator is not properly cooling.

 The parking was a little difficult but overall we had a great stay, and it is nice and close to lots of different food options, as well as a shopping store as well as convenient stores in the near vicinity. There is a bar and Grill across the road and plenty to look at throughout the downtown area.

We didn't like how loud the air-conditioner was. Also, when we arrived, the air-conditioner was turned off prior to us arriving.
