Everything was good staff very kind and beds very comfortable.Stay here every yr for our family reunion.Was also nice have room near elevator as had the 8yr old with us with walker.

The bed lamps had no bulbs at all in either so had to use only light out by doors so had to walk in dark to shut off for night.Also no table for other person in bed by bathroom which the elderly person needed had to use walker to put drinks ect that need to have in night by bed .Also no rails to help older person sit on toilet so had to help get up as wasn't able to stand up on own for sitting position .Other than few issues we enjoyed our stay .Thanks Nora

The hotel was very clean, had lots of parking (we had a moving truck and two cars), is pet friendly (every room), and has an amazing staff (friendly and pro-actively helpful). The restaurant serves very good food and is open for breakfast through evening. The location is genius, very near the intersection of Highways 17 and 60 👍👍👍

there was no breakfast. disappointed in that we asked about breakfast but said we would have to pay for it. we have stayed at other hotels where breakfast is available.

chairs in the rooms very hard to watch tv when on bed with small thin pillows. there are no smoking and vaping but the stench of pot is present not pleasant.

Room was clean, comfortable bed, nice towels in the bathroom and coffee was supplied but only enough for 1 cup.

Hotel was older and dated. The hall carpets were dirty especially next to the elevators and the hallways sure didn't smell clean. Our room had dust bunnies on the ceiling and lots of flies on the window sill. When you entered our room it smelled like 8t was a smoking room although it was non smoking.

I was actually nicely surprised. I didn’t think I would like it as much as I did. The price was great! It was very clean and comfortable and I loved the dove soap, shampoo & conditioner!!

When I checked in, the front desk person, was not very nice. He seemed like I disturbed him, he didn’t smile or treat me nice at all but the girls the next day made up for it, they were all very friendly! Toni was great and all the room attendants that were there.

Breakfast; a brown paper bag with a couple of items; we went to McDonalds. The stay was good nothing exceptional. Plenty of parking and a drive through covered entrance to allow unloading whilst it was raining.

The location was out of the way and hard to find. It is isolated and my car's security worried me; nothing happened.

After reading many bad reviews I was not expecting much but chose this property for the value compared to the overpriced hotels in Ottawa. Be careful what you read as this property was better than expected. Nothing wrong with this place. Our room was great (401). Only issue was the tub did not drain very fast and could use a thorough cleaning in the corners and along the base boards. I reported the tub issue and front desk was getting maintenance to take care of this. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Room could have been cleaned thoroughly (corners and base boards). Lobby and hallways have a smell (room did not smell this way).

I liked the overall appearance and the restaurant. Rooms are clean.

No vending machines much in the hotel. No coffee machines either. This was odd. Coffee machines are needed here at this location. It’s for the customers.

Location was perfect for me, directly off the route I was taking. The attached Sports Bar and restaurant was an added bonus. The staff was welcoming and very efficient.

Some of the floors could really use a good scrubbing.

It would have been nice if they had a serve yourself breakfast bar with cereals a toaster to make your toast with jam/peanut butter packets bagels instead of the breakfast bags
