This is a wonderful hotel. Everything was perfect! We met Annie who did the check in and she was delightful and very friendly. There was a lovely courtyard with a fountain. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed, tea and coffee making facilities, and a lovely bathroom with free toiletries. Upstairs was the pool which was really lovely, and a sitting area. There was a lounge or salon with complementary tea and coffee and an honesty bar / fridge with beer and wine. Such a lovely room and a lovely touch. I would really recommend this hotel to anyone. i Location was right in the centre, 5 minute walk to the Alcazaba, 5 mins to the cathedral, 15 mins to the port.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Murallas de Jayrán Hotel Boutique, and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. The hotel itself is a stunning example of Moorish architecture, with intricate details that transport you back in time while providing modern comforts. Located in a central area of Almeria, the hotel is just a few minutes away from several points of interest and is well-connected to the rest of the city. This prime location made exploring Almeria incredibly convenient. The rooms at Murallas de Jayrán are both comfortable and functional, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail seemed to be carefully considered to ensure a pleasant stay. One of the highlights of the hotel is the small rooftop pool. It is a delightful spot to unwind. The terrace is equally enjoyable, offering a serene environment to relax after a day of sightseeing. Due to my busy work schedule, I did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast. However, this was purely due to time constraints and not a reflection on the offerings of the hotel. An outstanding aspect of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Pedro and his team. Pedro truly embodies the spirit of a perfect host—always available, incredibly kind, and ready to assist with any need. His dedication to hospitality is evident and greatly appreciated. In summary, everything about my stay was perfect. I look forward to returning to Murallas de Jayrán Hotel Boutique in the future and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Almeria.

The hotel is very central and beautiful. It has a beautiful terrace and although too cold in November there is a very beautiful pool. We received a friendly welcome and had everything explained to us. The room was small but beautiful. There was water, tea and coffee and a bonus both a kettle and a coffee machine. There were plenty of supplies in the communal lounge too, along with a very reasonable honesty bar. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but there are plenty of options nearby.

We didn’t like the bathroom. Towels were great and there were lots of products and a separate loo but the bath area didn’t work for us. We enjoyed the bath but it uses a lot of water. And the shower arrangement doesn’t work. The rain shower was too much and only came out of a single slit. The shower on the wall wasn’t high enough and had to be hand held.

The hotel was fantastic! Culturally decorated with every convenience. Annie was so helpful when we arrived and providing a helpful map of the city. We met Pedro the owner who was also kind and helpful. There are five rooms around a beautiful central courtyard and an upper terrace with dipping pool to relax. The Top floor is the luxury suite. Our room was cleaned every day and a fresh bottle of water provided. I loved that there was a kettle as well as a coffee machine. The hotel position is perfect for many local tapas bars and restaurants as well as the Cathedral, and Alcazaba. Only a 25 minute walk to the beach.

Fabulous relaxing spot in a great location. Staff very friendly and helpful but it was also very quiet. We stayed 4 nights. The only slight negative was that the room we had was not very big to accommodate 2 suitcases. There was some wall hanging space but no wardrobe. However, bed large and extremely comfortable! Small pool and terrace area lovely for sitting relaxing/reading. I would definitely recommend

Stunning facilities matched only by the stellar customer service. Even though we arrived hours after the designated check-in period, an employee still left his dinner and rushed to the hotel to let us in. The entire hotel was quaint, artistic and wonderfully decorated and the rooms were truly breathtaking, replete with countless upscale touches. After checking out, the staff offered to watch our belongings while explored and even invited us to stay in the common areas if we needed to relax and use the wifi.

The minute we opened our room door we were in heaven! The owner checked us in and explained us not only everything about his wonderful hotel, but also pointed out points of interests, cafes, restaurants and bars that are in short walking distance of the boutique hotel. It is architecturally fascinating, tastefully decorated with many unusual features. Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. We loved everything about it! The breakfast was lovely! Thank you so very much!

This hotel is stunning, the rooms, the pool area, the building itself. The facilities include hot drinks, water plus an additional selection of drinks to purchase. Overall a really lovely experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff could have been onsite more, there were a couple of occasions where we had questions and no one was around during the reception open times.

Everything, Fantastic decor.Beautiful landscaping to garden area. Pool area immaculate with plenty of seating for shade or sun. Excellent amenities with tea coffee and water available all day. Staff exceedingly helpful. We left after check out time and had use of pool and areas to change. Out of eight hotels, this was our best one. Highly recommend.

Cute interior design, feels very peaceful and familiar. Super lovely staff, best beds I had during my trip through Spain. There is also a tiny kitchen (not amazingly well equipped, but for basic dished like pasta it'll do). Very cute decorations. 3 mins walking from the old town.

Was all good :) Just too bad that their parking spot was taken, but there was another parking garage close by.
