The room was really nice and cozy. The breakfast was good as well, the only thing is they didn’t have bacon and my son wanted that. The pool was really nice as well. My sons really did enjoy it although it was only for 1 night. I will definitely stay here again. The staff were extremely welcoming.

They didnt have bacon for breakfast. Also when I was booking I requested a hotel shuttle which was stated on here. When I got to the airport I waited awhile and was looking to see if the hotel shuttle came. Unfortunately I had to catch a taxi. When I got to the hotel I was told they dont have shuttle.

The view from the corner suite was stunning. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel. The shower had reliable hot water unlike other hotels I've tried in the city. The breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and professional

The couch wasn't comfortable, the seats were very loose and would slide forward when sitting on it. The interior of the living room seemed dated in general, which seemed out of place for an otherwise excellent suite. The air conditioning wouldn't lower the temperature to my liking, and was a little noisy when it came on at night.

The only thing I didn’t like is we had a sink but nothing to wash a dish if you got one. Also no dishes in the room, no cutlery. The amount of sugar and coffee in the room was limited. Not sure if this is a standard for the hotel but still a bit uncomfortable for the guests. Sometimes you get something while out sightseeing and would like to reheat when you get to the room. I think it would be nice if Management took this into consideration. Apart from this everything was great.

Very modern indeed, but well over priced. Even as good as it is, is too much. The room was huge with a nice view. The facilities are great, pool is open late. Food is excellent. My room was ready early. Some high rated restaurants are close by, view of the ocean, supermarket within walking distance if needed. Doorman pays attention if you are out front waiting for a car or walking around.

A lot of the staff seem to not want to be there and work. Simply did not receive 5 star service. Is very pricey.

The room was spacious and immaculate clean, and the room service food was not only delicious but gourmet standard. Had I been able to stay more days, I would have done so just for the food. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel staff was very cordial and helpful.

While I did not travel for tourism, one can normally spot the sightseeing and tour options available through the hotel without making an effort. It seemed to me that spot did not meet my eyes. Perhaps because it was evident that a good number of the guests were on a business trip.

The staff was very friendly, room was comfortable, the food was good too but I wish there was a restaurant with other food choices.

Everything was nice till weekend came by. It was a little noisy in the evening. One more thing. A couple of umbrellas by the pool would be nice. The sun was pretty strong.

The property, staff, room was all great, top notch. The food was excellent and breakfast also.

What I didn’t like was the location and traffic all around this area. For it being the first time I have been there it took me almost 20 mins just to get into the hotel with the traffic and some streets being a one way. I had to go around several times just to actually get into the hotel. After the first time, everything was much faster even though the traffic was very busy it was not quite like the first night

That when I arrived right after I settled in my room the cleaning person walked into my room thinking no one was there. Also I didn't like to restaurant food, it was average and overly salty or sweet.

The staff is so kind and helpful. Rooms very comfortable and the bed is great. Free breakfast is amazing, lot to choose.

The property is perfect, fancy, great pool and bar. Have to know that the city has lots of construction areas, so traffic is little hard

I do not agree with having to pay an extra fee if a visitor comes to my room for an hour or two.

My shower gel was finished after using it during my first shower and was never refilled. My last two days were without hot water and I was forced to have very cold showers.
