Loved staying at this hotel, especially because it is located in "la ciudad universitaria" (the University Zone). This area is a nice, calm, safe, affordable side of the city of Santo Domingo in which traffic and daily hustle and bustle are very manageable compared to other more congested areas. There are lots of affordable, good eateries within close walking distance of the hotel, and a "Nacional" grocery store is just around the corner. Hotelier, Eric is amazing! He is so pleasant and nice; his custodial staff is excellent. The place is extremely clean and very comfortable. I definitely look forward to staying here again in the future.

Bathroom was a little small in size, but very clean. Nothing deficient at all. Everything was great overall.

When checking in early morning reception staff Eric saw I was exhausted. Long haul flight and tired anyways. He immediately gave me a key to relax in a room and around mid day I could change to the accommodation I had booked (studio). Super clean rooms, perfect working airconditioning system, extra comfortable bed with a soft pad layer on top. Breakfast is simple but very good quality and more then enough. Coffee is a real 'eye-opener', nice and strong! Did not stay 2 nights: stayed 14 nights!!

When taxi stopped at the premises I was bit confused where front door is. But once inside you are immediately in a modern nice cool lobby.

My request for a change of room, microwave and plates was granted. The property is clean and well maintained. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Overall experience was great.

No elevator and the staircase decking is quite low for a tall person to walk through without having to bend the neck.

As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe, from the first contact with the night receptionist to the next morning at breakfast, waiting for my taxi in the lobby with the day staff.

The walls are thin and some other guests are not as considerate, but nothing in the hotel’s control sadly

Small hotel with helpful staff and pleasant facilities, breakfast simple but serve good coffee and it was available from 7am for an early start.

Location is several blocks from sea and you have to walk 10mins to a national supermarket and food outlets, but seemed safe walking this area during the day.

Great location, good breakfast, rooms are clean and have air conditioning and hot water.

Sometimes when I book with booking.com, the reservations get cancelled or the hotel overbooks. When we got there, the receptionist said we had just reserved one room but we had reserved two. Thankfully they did have available rooms so we could have the two rooms we needed.

The space was quiet and nice, spacious too. The host was great and very friendly at check-in and they didn't rush us to check out. It was clean and the rooms are nicely furnished.

There are no elevator so we had to carry our luggage upstairs, however, one of the staff did try to help us.

The mattress was insanely uncomfortable, I woke up feeling as though I was beat up.

Good location, safe neighborhood. Breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfy, good light and spacious room. Desk support was outstanding, real desk-24 hours.
