⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Fantastic Stay at The Colony Hotel, Haifa I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Colony Hotel in Haifa, and I couldn't be more impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made me feel at home, ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing excellent recommendations for local attractions. The hotel is a charming blend of history and modern comfort. It is located in the heart of the picturesque German Colony, with stunning views of the Bahá'í Gardens only a short walk away. The rooms are impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, combining classic elegance with all the modern amenities anyone could need. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Beyond the hotel itself, the location is perfect for exploring Haifa !! Overall, my stay at The Colony Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Haifa—whether for business or leisure. I will definitely be returning on my next trip! Thank you to the wonderful staff for making my stay so memorable!

Honestly, nothing! Everything about my stay at The Colony Hotel was top-notch—from the friendly staff to the comfortable rooms and perfect location. If anything, I only wish I could have stayed longer!

Me and my husband come to the colony hotel every year we love the hotel the staff is amazing the location is super special on the same street of the beautiful view of the Bahai gardens, the street is full of nice restaurants and cafes. And one of the main reasons I chose this hotel over and over is Tamara the masseuse with the magical hands. She gives the best relaxing massage and it’s an amazing experience.

The room was super clean but there was a very strong smell of bleach when we entered the room but it faded away after.

Manager was very keen to ensure that we were satisfied with our room given lengthy stay (16 nights). Key staff members very friendly ... the others warmed up over time with consistent greeting and smiles - by the end of our stay were seeking to make eye contact and share greeetings and smiles. Good selection for breakfast, Israeli and European style. Front desk staff flexible in allowing earlier breakfast access, but even better when ask them to pass on that message to kitchen and dining room staff that such request and arrangement made. Thick walls of hotel block nearly all noise from adjacent rooms. Rooms at rear of the hotel are quietest and a little larger.

The rooms at the front of the hotel provide a great view of Ben Gurion Avenue and cafe strip ... but considerable road, vehicle, and people noise throughout the day and into early morning hours, especially Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.

My husband and I went to Haifa for a Baha’i pilgrimage. The location of the hotel was ideal with great restaurants nearby. The complimentary breakfast at the hotel was varied and delicious. There is a wonderful rooftop space to relax with tea and view the city. Especially nice at night. The staff members were all so helpful and efficient. It’s a great value and I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

The location was excellent, and the staff was very helpful with recommendations on what's around to do and eat. The rooftop balcony was beautiful. The room was small but the tub was huge. Exactly what I was looking for.

Its right on the street, busy street, so it was quite loud at times, like at night. But this might just be the room I was placed. And the breakfast wasn't great but that might just passover.

Good location, very kind staff, great food and generally the place was very nice.

The room was a bit smaller than I expected, the pictures make it seem larger. In addition, I didn’t see any ventilation devices in the bathroom (there was something there, but I don’t think it worked, however since we stayed only one night it wasn’t such an issue).

There was a very pleasant aura of cleanliness throughout the hotel. the rooms were fairly spacious, and the bathroom was exceptional - two sinks and a huge shower - very comfortable access. Breakfast was great, especially with the option to sit in the outdoor balcony/terrace area. very relaxing. Everything is within walking distance from the hotel making the location very desirable. The hotel was very quiet and not packed at all, we were very lucky to be upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the main street and the baha’i gardens. The tile designs all over the hotel were beautiful.

The pillows were not comfortable at all, they were a bit too high for my preference. one of the chairs on our room balcony was broken. shower windows were very exposed, providing very little coverage.

B'fast was very good - a great choice. I loved the room I was given. Loved the small exhibits of brass statues in reception area as well as the paintings.

Booking a taxi for an appointment with the help of staff at the hotel - unsuspecting travellers should be informed that it is best to determine the cost for the specified journey beforehand.

Great location with lots of parking around, staff was friendly, room was more than decent size. We highly recommend the massage with Tamara and Maya.

Downside was the bathroom — damp and could have used extra cleaning.

The staff are caring and attentive, willing to go the extra step to help! Moreover, the breakfast is ample, creative and tasty. All in all, the hotel offers a great package of value and quality!
