Very clean, spacious, comfortable and in a really good location to access Gallipoli’s historic old town. Rita on reception was brilliant in helping us check in and out etc even though she didn’t speak English and our Italian was rubbish. She went above and beyond. We had to check out very early so couldn’t comment on breakfast but the bed was comfy and the terrace on the roof was very pleasant too.

Great central location. Room was clean and well equipped - we loved fact there was a clothes rack in the bathroom to dry beach clothes. Air con was excellent and given the heat this was much needed

Very modern & very clean. Bottle of Prosecco & cakes to welcome us to the property. Lovely terrace where we had great selection of breakfast. Two minute walk to train station, which was perfect & 10 mins walk into the Old Town. Giuseppe the host was very informative & helpful recommending & booking restaurants for us as well as booking transport to the beach. The lady who served breakfast was also lovely & made sure we we got everything we wanted. Perfect property to stay at, would highly recommend.

Modern and very comfortable and the lift makes it very easy for your luggage. You will get an excellent night’s sleep, a very quiet building. The parking right outside the door allows you to leave quickly for day trips. Also, a quick walk to the old town. Rita is wonderful and runs the operation very smoothly.

Everything here was just wonderful. Giuseppe, his Mama couldn't have been any more helpful. They just want to make your stay as good as possible. The room was fabulous - couldn't have asked for more, and breakfast on the rooftop - idyllic. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and if ever I return to gallappoli I will be back 🤗 Just wish I could give more than a 10. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I highly recommend staying at Dei del Mare if you are considering a trip to Puglia or Gallipoli specifically. The rooms and cleanliness at the hotel are exceptional! The hotel also has an amazing breakfast on a rooftop terrace. Additionally, the service from the staff, specifically Giuseppe was probably the best service I have had in my life. Giuseppe went above and beyond the normal duties of a hotel manager and really made my stay amazing. I don't normally leave reviews but this hotel deserves it!

The location was good, just a block away from the main street and a 15 minute walk from the old town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, and air conditioning and wifi worked well. We had a car, and they had only one parking space, but luckily no one else was using it. The breakfast was a voucher to a cafe in the main street. They didn't speak fluent english, but they had made a nice info note for us with all the necessary information.

Room was tidy but not shining. We expected a bit more from the breakfast. We got the impression that parking would not be an issue here, but it could have been if another guest had parked in the only spot.

The breakfast was great and the staff were extremely kind and helpful and attending. The room fit 4 people very comfortably and the a/c was great.

We didn't get new towels, not a big deal and we could have asked.

Die del Mare is a beautiful hotel in Gailipolli. Giuseppe and staff are super responsive and helpful. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the beds are comfortable. The air conditioning is cold and refreshing.

Exactly as described and ticked the boxes we needed for our stay. Great food recommendation. Lift to floors. Balcony on 2 sides...you could walk round and see the square and see the sea on both sides. Nothing too much trouble.
