We stayed in a king suite which also had a jacuzzi tub and separate sitting area. The room was very spacious and clean. The room also had a mini fridge, microwave and kitchen sink. The hotel has a pool area for families to enjoy. It also offers a hot breakfast along with all the usual continental breakfast options as well. It was one of the better hotel breakfasts for sure. The front desk staff were polite and check in and check out was easy. Lots of communication from the hotel before and during the hotel on email and by text. Groceries, walmart and a few restaurants are close by, otherwise the main restaurants are a bit further down the main highway as the hotel is at one end of the town.

The facilities were very clean, beds comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was better than most, although very busy and additional staff is needed to restock during the rush. Pool amazing!

There was a strong smell of perfume in the room, not sure of the source - could be cleaning products or in the air conditioner unit. Clean means the air needs to be clean as well, as in no perfume.

The beds were really comfortable and the pillows were quite nice. The front desk staff was so helpful and let us do an early check in which was so awesome as we needed to get ready for our cousin's wedding.

The shower was not great. The shower head was too high up for my short self so I couldn't change the options for better water output.

Very friendly receptionist. I asked for a ground level room and she accommodated my request. Rochelle was who cleaned the rooms - she was exceptional in the exchange I had with her.

No complaints except for the Keurig that I couldn’t figure out how to heat up a cup of water. I told Rochelle so she could at least empty out the machine.

There was always enough for the amount of people that were coming for breakfast, the selection was good. You could choose a hot or cold breakfast and fruit and yogurt were always available. The staff are very attentive, they fixed an issue with my sink that I did not know was an issue, and when I did need something fixed it was attended to immediately. I will continue to stay at the Ramada whenever I am attending courses at the Olds College.

Room was clean, facilites were well kept, breakfast was nice and pool was fun

Communication by the staff members, they don't seem to talk to each other or read messages. Had a lot of issues with back and forth on whether pets were allowed and late check out. For the price I would have expected a much higher level of customer service.

The pool was good. It was also well located with lots of amenities around.

I really like the new hotel trend of not washing towels daily, but I think hotels should then, add more hanging/drying hooks for towels and bathing suits. I suggest they add at least four hooks for that purpose.

Very Clean, friendly staff, well lit parking lot. Excellent breakfast fresh, hot and a lot of variety. Rooms comfortable & spacious. Beds great and pillows fantastic. Extremely quiet and the parking lot was full!

Not enough room in breakfast area for the amount of people at times.

Great staff, very clean, very nice pool area, great breakfast every day., great location. We ended up with the flu and staff was accommodating in helping ensure we had everything we needed to make it through. Not once did we ever feel like we were being a bother. We were here a total of 5 nights.

Room was perfectly clean, area felt safe and the breakfast had tons of options and good coffee.

The front desk was often empty and it took a while to find help when needed. They said the hotel was booked solid for the weekend, so perhaps they were short staffed.
