The room was clean and comfortable and staff pleasant.

We were very angry that the Police came to our door. Why did you not take our car registration when we arrived like all the other motels do? You could then have come to our room to ask about the tray we left under our car and we could have told you why. Instead you sent for the Police and being in our late 70's it was a terrible shock and neither of us slept well and the next day we were very shaken.We put a tray under our car with an alarm in as we had our catalytic converter stolen 4 years ago and we do not want it to happen again. That's all it was.I hope you change your policy and get peoples car registrations when they arrive.

Reservation and check in were a Breeze. Front desk staff were prompt, friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable and the bed was cozy for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was excellent and we loved the extended hours on the weekends and serving until 10 am on weekdays! We used the restaurant and bar attached to the hotel. Food was good and our bartender/waitstaff was very attentive. The Manager was visible at all hours of the day. He was gracious to guests, taking a moment to chat and connect. Would definitely stay here again. Also, thank you for NOT being a pet friendly hotel. While we love pets, we have medical conditions that keep us from owning a pet or staying in a room previously occupied by pets.

Prefer hotels without carpet in the room.

1. the location was great 2. very clean, welcoming hotel 3. front end staff were super friendly and gave my dogs lots of pets! (they love that!) 4. the room was great had a kitchen unit although I honestly didnt need it but that's ok! had fridge, stovetop, dishwasher, beds and room for my dog crate! 5. bathroom was clean, AC in room worked amazing (I tend to run hot and with dogs it was perfect) 6. lots of green space and areas to walk the dogs as well since it's based at the college.

1. whomever was in the room above 209, holy stomping! they were very loud, mad either difficult to sleep 2. I know it's not how the hotel is built buuuuut rooms on the ground level would've been better for our needs (I have an injured leg and with pets that would've been amazing to but not a deal breaker) 3. slightly on the expensive side for two nights with pet fees but again nothing too crazy. the room was needed.

It is a newer property

While there were a number of cars in the parking lot, there was very little trade in the restaurant and lounge. Only one couple in the restaurant and their look did not appear a comfortable existence. In the lounge televisions should be showing current sports ie baseball game and news channel. No sound necessary. In the breakfast room same thing. The television should be on a news network or channel. Again, no or minimal sound only!

Breakfast was yummy, love the waffles and meat every morning. The location was perfect, I was taking a class in the building next door for the week.

The resturaunt had great dinner portions for the Ruben sandwich, however the salmon dinner with a vegetable substitute (2 tiny baby carrots) instead of potato was not enough to fill an adult. Very expensive small fillet for the tiny amount served.

The staff at the desk were super nice but not pushy. I do not like sharing my personal plans when going to hotels, I like it to feel like my own home where I can just do me. And they have a great hold on that respect here. The pool was clean and the water slide was tall!! Absolutely great facility for children and adults alike. Room was cool, clean, and comfortable, the bedding was super fresh and put together well. Great place

All the staff were vary friendly and helpful, in particular the corporate manager we met.

Breakfast was an attempt at quality and some variety but the Spanish eggs were like hockey pucks, the potatoes were chewy and overdone and we had to wait for bacon, as it had been allowed to run out. It was not easy to thank staff personally, as the only person wearing a name tag was the front desk clerk,....which only read front desk clerk.

The room was thoughtfully laid out. Nice to see the Olds water tower lit up at night. Had a pretty sunset sky out window. The breakfast area large, nicely decorated and provided variety of tea, hot chocolate etc after hours. Breakfast was included which is always appreciated these days. Very good selection of food options, and a nice room to sit in. The wood keyless cards are a very nice touch. Thank you!

Could hear noise in hall of other people and room above View out window overlooking all the air conditioning units.

Everything. Nice place. The jacuzzi was nice and the pool. Breakfast was great!! Kim the woman who did the breakfast, was great! Our room had a full kitchen. That was extremely helpful. 10 min from golf course. We were there for a golf tournament.

I didn't like that it was not close to restaurants. I don't drive but I'm ok walking and there was nothing good nearby. Oh and their restaurant closed at 8pm so by the time we got bk from the golf course we missed our window.

The rooms was very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. I woke in the middle of the night with a terrible headache and called the front desk to inquire about a painkiller. The woman was kind enough to give me some from their first aid kit. She meet in front of the elevator with some apple juice. She was my life saver!

I found the lighting poor by the dinner room table. Should be some light source there.
