Five stars – highly recommended! We had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms are modern, clean and very comfortable – you feel right at home. The location is perfect: central yet quiet, with many attractions within walking distance. A particular highlight was the breakfast buffet: extensive, fresh and with something for every taste. From fresh fruit to a variety of breads and cheeses to hot dishes – everything was lovingly prepared and of high quality. A huge thank you goes to Anton at reception. He was incredibly friendly, professional and really went out of his way to organise a hire car for us at short notice. His helpfulness and commitment made our stay even more enjoyable – service like this is not a given! We will definitely be back and can recommend the hotel without reservation!

The look of this hotel is incredible. It looks and feels very luxurious, with rituals products and towels I wish I had at home. The staff was very helpful and nice and the breakfast, chef's kiss. Definitely try out the waffles that you make yourself. It's also right in the center of Hässleholm with the train station right across the town square.

Just the tiniest thing. The instructions on how to make the waffles, despite being right above the station, weren't visible enough for me to register that they were there. I saw others have the same problem. Maybe add some pictures to the instructions to catch more attention, because no one should miss out on the waffles.

The location is just a 3-minute walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for traveling to other destinations or arriving directly from Copenhagen Airport by train. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and reliable Wi-Fi that was more than sufficient for checking emails. The staff were also friendly and welcoming. Breakfast offered a good variety of both hot and cold options, earning a solid 8/10."

No kettle in room to make hot drinks, but I know this is something I could have probably requested from reception if I had cared enough to ask.

A very attractive hotel in the town square. The check in was easy and no wait. the room was smaller than I expected and had two twin beds rather tan a double which is what I expected. It was decotated nicely and the the shower room as a good size. There were no tea or coffeemaking facilities in the room and coffee was not readily availible in the lobby. ( a little dissapointing). The breakfast was good with plenty of choce. The lobby and restaurant were decorated to a high standard and the staff were very pleasant.

The location was perfect for my stay in Hassleholm. It was minutes from the central station. The hotel was very nice and charming. Great breakfast buffet. They were very accommodating to my travel schedule and flexibility

Very kind staff, funny coincidence that we had a Dutch waiter! They were very understanding about our situation (we got stuck because of our car being broken). They were so sweet for the doggies with dog beds and bowls. The food was amazing! Everything was very clean and the rituals products were very pleasant and smell so nice! This place is definitely worthy of 5 stars :)

I can’t come up with something, the only issue is with booking.com not communicating that there are extra costs because of us having to pick/get a dog room. If there was an option this would be better because then we could book a dog room right away and wouldn’t be surprised by the 300kr + extra costs for a doggie room

Perfect location, clean and comfortable bed, friendly staff. The building is relatively old and is not very soundproof, but nice earplugs were provided in the room, so I still had nice sleep.

It would be better if there were an electric kettle in the room.

The breakfast was fantastic - a great selection and variety. The vegetarian/vegan/gluten free selection was particularly appreciated.

My only complaint could be that we were unsure if we were allowed to sit/order food/drink in the bar/breakfast area, and between which times. A small complaint! But a leaflet or some signage explaining which services are available and at what times would be wonderful.

No parking places available under the control of the hotel. Only public parking is available. During business hours it is tricky to find a parking slot. An agreement with a car park would be an advantage for the guest with cars. This would avoid the hassle with parking permits and tickets from the parking securities.

We were traveling by bicycle and the hotel let us store our bikes in a conference room overnight. The rooms were big and very comfortable. The location was on the central square. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and there was a gluten-free section.
