It is so convient to shops restaurants and the beach. Staff are so friendly and the hotel is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely come again. Great value for money

it was our second visit to this hotel and I hope that we visit it again. we like the staff always with a smile and ready to help, we liked the quality of breakfast and the cleanliness of room and common areas,also the pool bar is an oasis of peace in the vibrant and noisy Lloret de mar.the hotel is five minutes walk from the beach.Bar prices are logical.

we arrived hours before the check in between 11-12 am, we left our luggage in a locked area and they gave us cards for toilets we walked to the bar but unfortunately they didn't have lite bites at that time. That's the only thing and I think that's not crucial you can find anything in Lloret de mar anytime

The hotel is beautiful, in an excellent location. The hotel staff is extremely friendly. The room was beautiful, the beds extremely comfortable. It is cleaned every day and towels are changed every day. The food in the restaurant is outstanding. The plaza is very close. There are many restaurants and cafes around the hotel. I don't know what I could write when everything was perfect. The hotel deserves the highest possible rating. I recommend it to everyone. The staff is professional. The pool is beautiful and extremely clean. It's been a long time since I've been to such a good hotel. Praise! I wish you much success! Keep it up!

This hotel is wonderful. The staff are amazing. Very helpful. This is the second time we stayed (out of season) and thoroughly enjoyed it. Breakfast was nice. Plenty of choice. There was also a great little Flamenco show one evening in the bar.

The hotel opposite (Garbi Park) seems to host large groups of students. They are incredibly noisy, shouting and screaming from the balconies and outside the front of the hotel. We appreciate that they are having fun, so we shut our balcony door at night so we couldn't hear them too much. But the air con at the Helios is on a timer and doesn't work in April! It was very stuffy and impossible to sleep. The receptionist arranged for a fan to be provided, which did help. They also sent up a bottle of bubbly as an apology ( very kind). Although the noise wasn't their fault...

Although Lloret is a teenage-party town, this hotel had none of those teenage groups staying in. Good location: 3 min from the beach and 3 min away from the main bus station. Noce breakfast. Cleaning lady changed our towels every day.

Nice, modern and big rooms, helpfull and smiling staff, hotel close to the beach/center/shops/restaurants/bus station. Very clean rooms/hotel. Very very good food (breakfast and dinner) with two kind of fish dish every evening, meat, salads, italian/moroccan/catalan/international food, seafood, fruits, cakes, jamon, live cooking, etc. For your information, the town is full of young people (14-22 years old) and clubs. Platja de sa Boadella (beach) is one of the most beautiful beaches (2.3 km by foot from the hotel or with the bus L011 until the Gardens of Saint Clotilde and then 300 m by foot). The other beaches in town are very nice too, with small and very fine pebbles. A sunbed is 8 euro; an umbrella is 8 euro. But most of the people use their own umbrellas and beach towels. The water is crystal clear but deep from the shore. In the main bus station, you can use the local bus for the city trips (L011 to Fenals Beach or to botanical garden) and Moventis bus for the trips to other cities (Barcelona, Tossa de Mar, etc). We recommend to visit the Gardens of Saint Clotilde (botanical garden) and the near city - Tossa de Mar (11 km with the bus). Of course a daytrip to Barcelona can be included in your programme (it is better to go during the week and not in the weekend; pay a big attention at pickpockets in Barcelona). The best paella is in the city centre of Lloret at a little family restaurant named: La Parrilla. The best salads / tapas are at La terrassa del Bella (restaurant).

There is a lot of noise around the hotel between 23:00 - 02:00 AM but not from the clubs and not because of the music, but because of the garbage trucks that come to collect the garbage from the surrounding hotels and actually smash the garbage bags/bottles/etc. Then in the hotel located near our hotel there are all kinds of people who either listen to music at maximum volume on the balconies, or scream out of the blue and for no reason (probably because of drunkenness, etc.). I don't know if it's like this all the time, but it happened often during our stay. But these are external facts that can't be controlled or blamed to Hotel Helios. People who have sleeping problems can use earplugs provided by the hotel.

The time spent at the Helios Hotel was very nice. A nice, fresh smell throughout the entire hotel space. Clean room with a comfortable bed, pleasantly smelling cosmetics in the bathroom, helpful staff, smiling, caring for guests, very nice chefs who encourage tasting. Delicious, fresh and varied food. Very nice waiters, wonderful speaking Polish receptionist who took great care of us. Charming area with beautiful views, numerous walking routes 😊 Thank you for everything 🥰 We will recommend your hotel.

We booked a 5-day stay with half board included. We appreciated the champagne gift that was waiting for us in the room. For both breakfast and dinner, the hotel offered a wide variety of food. You could choose a starter, main course, and dessert—there was something for everyone. The hotel also offers a spa and has a covered pool.

Unfortunately, we did not enjoyed the noise in the night. Hotel offers earplugs, but sometimes this was not enough. In my opinion soft drinks should be included when you book dinner, in this price you could get only filtered tap water.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel, the lunch and dinner had enough food diversity. Because of my food allergies, I mentioned to the staff about this and they were very helpful in explaining and finding solution about what I can eat. Because we had to leave early in the morning (4-5 a.m.) they prepared us some sandwiches and fruits for the road - this was very nice and helpful! The cleaning lady came daily and washed the floor, changed the towels, wash the bathroom.

The noise outside (because it is placed in a very crowded area) - at night especially. As a family with a child this is not very pleasant at night, but closing the window was enough for us to get back to sleep.
