Cheap and good location. Receptionist very welcoming

I already knew before booking but of course to have a toilet in the corridor and not to be able to check in before 17:30 justify the low price per night

Location was great. Right in city center

The toilet seat was broken in our room, they didn't clean up the room on second day and had to let the hot water run for 10 minutes before it was okay to shower.

Very well located. Reasonably priced parking nearby. Very nice host. The apartment was big, old and functional with two small bathrooms.

Kitchen had fridge and would be better with an oven. The place is quite old and in need of renovation.

Room was clean, spacious, accessible. Facilities were good considering it was a budget hotel. Location was great, 5 min walk to town

Cigarette smell in foyer.

The receptionist was very friendly and so was the maid. The location in the old town was perfect. Good shower. There was even a portable fan against the summer heat. Two bath towels. And the pinnacle was the bergère, the eternal French bon-gout!

more power plugs. bathroom toilet hard to turn off. no fridge in the room. hangers and more clothes hangers, please!

Cosy room, perfect for an intermediate stop during the journey. It's right in the center, where you can go for shopping or dinner.

The room was quite dark, but that also helped to keep it a bit cooler. Since there was no air-conditioning available (as described) we left the window open, because it was quite warm. But the next morning (around 6) was a bit noisy because someone was busy outside.

Family and pets are all welcome. Friendly and flexible staff. Clean room and clean shared bathroom (which is well over the average practices in France). Easy to find. I recommend.

Great location, really central but quiet. Rooms mostly well equipped (tower fans were good). Well priced breakfast available at a partner cafe around the corner. parking available close by. Good value for money as a stopover, would stay again.

Some minor things - no mirror in bedroom and pillows were a little too thick and hard. These were minor points though.

It was quiet and clean and the staff were pleasant and friendly.

It's a little far from the station to walk with heavy bags.

I arrived late and was made to feel very welcome. The room, bathroom and bed were all great. Chalon sur Saone is a beautiful town to visit and the hotel is a perfect place to stay.
