Secure parking. A bit tight to get in but we managed in a large SUV, guided by monsieur. Room clean, comfortable and warm (freezing outside). A superb breakfast with a wide choice - muesli, fresh bread, croissants and pain au chocolat along with homemade jams, fruit, yoghurt, ham and cheese, fruit juice and hot drinks. Perfect location in a quiet street within walking distance of centre, giving easy access to tourist sites and a wide choice of restaurants. Above all a very welcoming couple. We left as friends and will surely return.

The property is situated a short walk from the town centre with its lovely buildings and restaurants. The owners were friendly, helpful and informative. The bedroom was a really good size and the en suite ,although a bit on the small side, was perfectly adequate. Tea/coffee making facilities available. The breakfast was magnificent with a large choice of fruit juice, bread, croissants, jams, cheese, ham, fresh fruit, etc. - all served outside on the terrace.

Access to the private parking was extremely tight for anything larger than a medium-sized car.

The property was spotlessly clean. The hosts were friendly and went out of their way to ensure a good stay. They had helpful maps and suggestions for Normandy sight seeing. The breakfast was lovely too. Jacques even lead us to the main highway in his car when it was time to leave Evreaux. Stay here - they are nice people!

Greeted by charming couple. Monsieur helped me park the car in a secure area. Fantastic breakfast. Madame insisted that we took some goodies with us for our journey. Very comfortable large bed. Very good value

The shower was a bit small but nothing we couldn’t cope with

This is just a gem. You meet the owners who are delightful. This is purely “Good Old Fashioned Service” given because the Proprietors are passionate. There is simply nothing not to like about them and their home. They set the standard that most aspire to.

Lovely place with a host couple who took well care of us. Immaculately clean room, small but just what you need. Great breakfast with a wide selection. Walking distance to city center. Secure private parking.

Mattress just a little too firm for my back.

This is a perfect location to explore Évreux and the room was very comfortable with everything we might need. The breakfast was wonderful- home made jams, cheese, croissants and delicious gluten free bread for me.

Breakfast was great, fruit juice/coffee, viennoiserie, cereals, ham and cheese etc. A lovely quiet spot in the middle of a beautiful town, everything within walking distance with plenty of restaurant choice. A very comfortable bedroom and a good night's sleep.

Excellent, clean and comfortable accommodation with very welcoming and attentive hosts. It was good to have a secure off-street parking space, organised by the hosts. This location was close to many good restaurants, all within walking distance. Breakfast was very good. We would return again to stay at this homely property.

Very welcoming hosts. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, practical and comfortable. Secure parking was arranged to the enclosed back of the garden. Breakfast was excellent. The hosts of this property were friendly and provided good advice with restaurant options. We hope to return at another time.
